I was staying in a nearby hotel and they were making efforts to procure a medicine they did not have stock and deliver at my place

Worst Apollo pharmacy service! First of all they don't have basic sense to serve customers and no knowledge about medicine. This one branch is enough to spoil Apollo brand. I am client of Apollo since 6 years & never experienced such worst service.

You go for a brand druggist for 2 reasons one you get the right medicine, second you believe they care for customers. In my case i brough a medicine (10 no's) on September 11 based on doctor advice, one day later doctor has changed the prescribed medicine and i went back to the store for replacement (we do consume a single tab). They denied it and trying to tell to buybright medicine. NO COURTESY AND CUSTOMER CARE. Overall down.

Very Bad. First of all 9 out of 10 times I have come to this Apollo Pharmacy the card machine doesn't work. Today also it was same.
The person at the counter asked me to pay by Paytm. Tried scaning the QR Code multiple times but it failed. Then I asked the sales person to provide the phone no linked with the Paytm A/C so that I can pay. The sales person took my phone to scan the Paytm QR Code himself. When he handed the phone back to me a phone no was showing & I made the payment of Rs. 972. Once the payment was done I showed the sales person the confirmation msg. He checked & said this is not their (Apollo's Paytm A/C).
Because of the sales person's mistake I have lost Rs. 972.

Very good pharmacy staff is excellent but are anabolic steroids available without prescription for bodybuilding

Horrible attitude to customer. They don't give bill print. Fraudulent store. Standard discount not applicable

Fantastic service, very friendly, very flexible and really helpful. Good prices. I really recommend Apollo. In Bangalore just very briefly and they were able to help me very quickly, arrange delivery at an awkward time for them. Top marks!
