I was not satisfied with this apollo branch
But from last 6 month when the staff's members have been changed I am really satisfied with it
Past month I had ordered the item at 10 pm it was reinaldo
But the staff delivered it in 30 minutes
And I was really thankful to shariq

Worst service by the staff. My mother's gluco meter is not working properly which was brought 2 months before. I was told it has life time warranty and if any fault they will replace it. After giving the sample, the machine goes off. She has already wasted 15 strips. When approached they negligently test it and say it is working and cannot be replaced. If that was the case, why did they mention that it has life time warranty. Even the battery was replaced twice, thinking it was gone. Horrible behaviour to a loyal customer.

Horrible service, do not give the reports on time, don't know the difference between morning afternoon and evening. No serious attitude, vary casual behaviour. Utterly disappointed.

Probably the worst pharmacy ever: they don't have half the basic supplements, and the pharmacist is grossly incompetent.
