Bahut zyada arrogant staff indiscipline staff especially that lady she has so much attitude as if she is the owner of the pharmacy

Unnecessary waiting time before they attend you or do billing, they are busy talking to themselves only.

Worst experience. Very bad and pathetic staff. I purchased face mask box of 100 quantity Worth Rs1000 at 6: 30PM. After going home came to know that my brother had brought 1 box mask so went to return the box I purchased at 8: 00PM on same day but they are telling it is not returnable. I told them that it is not opened and the seal is as it is and it has been only 2 hours but the staff is arguing and saying it is not returnable.

I think if any of there products have some issue still they will say it is not returnable.

After receiving the call also telling customer medical is closed. This is the seriousness of serving people. One person want a tablet and telling he is just behind the pharmacy it will not even take a minute to reach. But they are interested to disconnect telling no come tomorrow. It is really a very bad experience from my side. Being in Medical field when a tablet a can humans life the staff is interested to rush home.hats off

This is the worst pharmacy in the locality. The other local pharmacies have a better costumer service. I buy medicines worth 2-3k every month for my diabetic parents here. The staff here don’t even have the courtesy to respond to costumers. We have to just be standing at the counter like statues and they will respond only when they feel like. It takes more than 30 minutes to get out of the pharmacy once you enter it. Pathetic service! Pathetic attitude of the staff! I would rather go to a local pharmacy like Madhu medicals rather than dealing with these unprofessional bunch of people working in the HBR layout branch! Even in these pandemic times they are not helpful! Avoid this store! It’s not costumer centric! They behave like they are giving away the medicines for free. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone!

The staff in this medical are not customer friendly. They behave very rude during most of the visits. No manners, no patience. Their behavior towards customers is bad. They are bad than government office staff in serving the customers.

Please teach them patience, manners & how to behave with customers even under heavy work load. Please conduct training.

Teach them the mantra "Customer is god in business". And the best thing to make them learn is, ask them to wish customer with smile before "Hello Sir / Hello Madam" & after the billing "Thank you Sir / Madam" with a smile.

No manners to the staff, close before time always hurry to close never co operate even in emergency
