Horrible experience while ordering medicines via chat. I have been trying to order medicines since the past one day and everytime the person does not even reply and adds wrong medicines to the cart in spite of prescription. Three times I had to correct the person since the past one hour. I am going to switch to another medicine platform like Frank Ross

Fraud company. It automatically cancel paid order & didn't deliver order &;didn't refund deducted money.

Ordered baby formula milk powder enfamil stage 1 - two container, but received only one pack. Raised complaint but no response from apollo. Worst service. Better delete app. Now my refund has been rejected. Worst service. Plz don’t order from apollo pharmacy. My complaint reference num: 1977460

Worst service, I was ordering it was showing next day delivery, so I stopped it, they called and confirm deliver same day.but not, they are playing with patients and medicine! Just doing business (cheating)

Ordered medicines worth Inr 1000. They sent me 5 ORS Drinks. There is no way to follow-up except writing emails and when you email you only get a response that they are 'sorry' & that's all. No further actions. NEVER order medicine from Apollo 247.to me they are nothing but a fraud.

Ordered medicines from them, they charged for the medicines but sent wrong items. Requested for return pickup but still hasn’t been picked up even after 3 days. No refund was initiated. Their customer service says wait for another 8 hours, 24 hours but nobody actually cares. All this when I have their circle membership, god knows why it is worse than no membership. Worst in all departments.

I got my consultation on 14 December but still now I did not got my prescription. Very worst customer service. Do not opt Apollo 24/7 for amy reason.customer service is just a lie they are not at all considering customers.they will speak nicely but no actions will be taken all are lazy fellows

They are dng scam on the name of Apollo, cheating people.i have placed order yesterday made payment too. Today without delivering my products thy sent me notification tht my products are delivered. No response from customer care services.wasted my money. Some shld complaint on ths scammers.

I have placed order from app on 26th oct 22 and the order number #264475703.

Till date there is no response update on order tracking and I called to the customer care the they also very very irresponsible.
I had sent mails and no response.
Very worst service and very poor responsibility.
I will say they are cheating to people.
I am suggesting you if you are not providing proper service close everything and don't play with human life's. Try to save life's.

Never order medicines from Apollo 24/7. I had ordered for a Omron BP monitoring machine but they have delivered some local brand that too seal is opened and looks like used one. And upon raising issue they have nit resolved the issue even after 3 days. They dont have customer care number and the they have BOYs which will give the same answer everytime. Ged up by following it with them. These are the emergency use equipments for which we can not wait.

Do not use this at all. On sales team contacts you to sell. Nothing after that! Very horrible experience.

Please do not order anything from this pathetic pharmacy. They have the worst possible website and system. You will place the order and keep hoping that they deliver. On top of that their customer service is always unreachable or just plainly useless. You cannot cancel your order or track the order or get any status. It is very unfortunate that during times of emergencies these guys come in and hit you below the belt. Pathetic pathetic service.

Worst service, ordered medicine Monday, still awaiting for medicine I.e Saturday. If you can't delivery on time stop your advertisement that you gonna deliver in 2 hours.

Worst service. Medicines didn't delivered ontime. And status showing already delivered. Not yet received delivery. Raised ticket regarding not receiving delivery. NO response from customer service also. Never expected from Appollo. UnInstalling appollo app.

One word shame on u Apollo, i hv done the RTPCR test it’s been more then 48 hr. I have not received my report yet … very poor service… very very bad experience… don’t order or do the test from Apolo … they are taking money simply… #fraud#fake#Shame on u Apollo

Your dealing with meds. You commit and never deliver in time! Also there is not way of reaching you! You app chat and email has a 8hr TAT! Spare yourselves the horror guys.

Pathetic service from Apollo medicine, I placed an order #260583256 for medicines and it's already 2nd day and it's neither delivered nor letting me cancel the order. Customer care is the worst and sending automatic replies. I wish I would have seen these reviews and not fell for their 2 hours delivery scam. Please don't waste your time and money and order from elsewhere.

I have placed an order on 9 june and my medicine has still not been delivered and they claim delivery in 2 hours. I tried reaching them through email and what's app but no response. Raised numerous tickets but same automated response.nobody tried to reach out after several complaints.pathetic customer service.pls do not order anything from apolo if thr is an emergency.

Never order medicines from Apollo247, they operate like fraudsters.
We ordered medicines for COVID treatment, but the medicines were never delivered and we lost our money. Moreover this uncertainty caused servere health issues.

The most disgusting and irresponsible service. Don't trap with their commitment of 2hrs of deliver. For me it's been 48hrs, but not yet received all the medicines. Customer care is one of the worst thing I have experienced in today's world. I can say there is no customer support. I have raised many support tickets but no one is bother to look into it.

Worst Service - Bad Experience
I have ordered a glucometer since it was urgent requirement, Apollo gave me damaged product and i have raised a concern but nobody is responding it has been 5 days but it's neither a refund or replacement. Pathetic experience.
Apollo is playing with medical emergency.

Highly unprofessional behaviour, no one turns up for sample collections on time, they don’t even pickup calls. No one even responds on the helpline number or app

WORST SERVICE EVER!
Placed a order a month back, still have not received it.
They are saying it has been shipped through their courier partner. Courier partner is saying they have not received physical items.

They are doing a serious fraud SCAM. Please DONOT use any service from them.

Worst ever. No contact details available in Website or APP. Call centre disconnects automatically. Raised compliant in APP 5times and its been closed with an auto reply. No customer care executive contacted till date for all the complaints raised. Not able to trace the order placed.

One word - Pathetic Service.
Customer Service does not pickup. If they pickup, they give other number which nobody answers. One support person tells me to directly call diagnostic center and ask why report is not released. Are you serious. Customer has to follow up multiple times to get their reports in this IT age? Other support does not know about your App Appolo247. I am saying it says - 'Order partially completed'. Your support person says. Please use Prism site online. I mean why 2 different
systems and support is not even aware of it.

I have raised 2 Tickets. No update through email or Call. And then you say we are offering home lab collection.
Please fix your logistics. My spouse's test done on 20th Apr and I am still following up with you for result. Don't you see it your records, order is not completed and somebody should immediately resolve it.
