They bill on map for all medicines and claims will give loyalty points and as a customer we need instant discounts like med+. I was surprised and duped and i have decided not to visit any of there appolo stores going forward.

The shopkeeper refused to loose, I needed 4 types of tablets which were important tablets, I wanted two. But the shopkeeper clearly said that after cutting, our tablet does not return. If you want to take, then take the whole sheet, then I took the rest of the tablet and left.

Pathetic customer service! I visited this store yesterday to buy formula for my baby. There were 4 people staff and all of them are backside pretending to work. One ladystaff is hopping counters without completing anyone's bill. Its 5 pm and hardly 2 or 3 customers. I waited for around 15 mins and 2 ppl near counter jus kept goin bck comin front again goin back coming front. Finally i realised i am wasting time here, kept the formula milk there oly and went to another store and bought it in medplus. Heights of laziness from the staff. They all act lik as if they r doctors. Even doctors will show som empathy. These guys r the worst.

It's available 24/7 and all kind of medicines are easily available including home delivery.

I recently visited Apollo Pharmacy located at Sahakar Nagar, and I must say that my experience was outstanding. The first thing that caught my attention was the friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Additionally, the location of the pharmacy is incredibly convenient, situated opposite Reliance Digital on 60 Feet Road in Sahakar Nagar. This makes it easily accessible for residents of the area. The parking facilities was not sufficient, and I faced difficulty finding a spot.

Worst experience I've had with a pharmacy. Excessive wait times. Completely unresponsive staff who mislead you by saying something is available (when you have already placed an order), and when you go to the shop - nothing. You will be left in the lurch with no other option. Do not trust this place if you need any essential medicines.

This is pathetic, Lakshmi and Keshav working there sent wrong medicine and patient almost became serious. What kind of irresponsibility is this from a Heath care provider. The positive reviews here is paid ones. Never use this location Sahakara Nagar if you care for your health. Medicines for diabetic is not a joke. It’s time sensitive and the insulin should be kept cold. The delivery takes almost 6 hours to deliver from the time the medicine is handed to him and it’s stays out without cooling, hence useless. Pathetic employees in this location, Lakshmi told us to manage with the wrong medicine and that this things happen can’t help it? Wow! No words! Working in health industry and telling patients to manage with wrong meds and this thing happen. Lord help who order medicine from here. Have wrote to Apolo not to send from this location when ordered from app but it always sends from this location as it is closer to my location. So the conglomerate pharmacy will not help a patient we as public should spread awareness specially for serious illness medication. Can’t Stress this point enough. Don’t order meds from here if you care for your life and health.

I could have given Negative star if it's available.i have done transaction on 7th May, amount has debited but store staff claims its not reflecting in our account, so remake the payment, default transaction amount will be credited back after 7days tey told. I agree and paid. Today is 31st May almost 24 days, i visited 2 times store, staff giving fake commitments like you will get amount within 2 days and will intimate also.

No info, no money, no proper service. @appllo these guys are spoiling the reputation.
Transaction of money takes seconds, but what is 7 days, where is 24days.

I never ever recommend appollo. Local Pharmacies are far better.

Absolutely callous attitude. We placed order for epilepsy medicine and they kept promising they will get it within 12 hours on every single day we called to check. If they had the knowledge that epilepsy tablets cannot be missed and if they had the business mind that these tablets are taken continuously, they would have been serious about it. Unfortunately, they don't have the knowledge, not the ethics.

I am regular apollo pharmacy customer in this pharmacy very good staffs, whenever will come they'll give good response, and if no medicines also they will order and giving.
In sahakar nagar this is best medical.
In this nutritional adviser is there, she will explain very good.
Plz visit once.

Wish I could give negative ratings. Got a medicine which is nearing expiry and even after complaining multiple times that I need this medicine urgently they called after 3 days saying it cannot be replaced. Pathetic service. Never buying medicines from apollo again. Just wasted my money and time

I have been a regular customer of Apollo Pharmacy at Sahakarnagar, Bangalore. I love the quiet efficiency of the staff. I really admire the courtesy extended by them to all the customers. I have never seen them being impolite or stressed even though the volume of work they handle seems very stressful. The staff are on their feet throughout the day and still manage always to serve every customer with a smile.

While my above observation apply to all the employees of Sahakarnagar branch, I would particularly like to commend and express my deep appreciation for Ms Noor Ameena Khanum who used to be an employee at the branch some months ago. We don't find her there any more. May be she has been transferred to some other branch. If so, please transfer her back to Sahakarnagar. Her polite and pleasant ways of dealing with customers, always maintaining due decorum, has endeared her to many customers here who very much miss her services since her departure.

Another aspect about Sahakarnagar Branch is adequate availability of medicines. I have never returned disappointed due to non-availability of required medicines.

I wish the very best to all the staff members working in Apollo Sahakarnagar Branch. They have served with great fortitude during the difficult Corona times. They deserve due recognition so they may continue to serve the people in the locality with cheerful efficiency, as always.

Many times I have returned from this pharmacy without buying the medicine prescribed to me by the local doctor. They will say the medicine is out of stock. Most disappointing that this pharmacy do not check their stock of important medicines. They say they stock only fast moving medicines. Today the Pharmacy did not have Olmezest AM 40 medicine and I got it from another small pharmacy down the road.

This is regarding the apollo pharmacy at sahakar nagar main road. The people are impolite. I want to cancel order, but they denied saying please return it after two days, now they're shouting on us and denying to take the item back. This is outrageous and not acceptable. I will put this across all social media too. Apollo pharmacy should apologise!

Good stock of medicine but sales boys are fully novice and inexperienced, no idea about any type of medicine, take very long time to identify medicine from the stock, to buy a simple medicine you may have to wait for more than 30 min without any que.
