We visited this place on night 2.20 am.
1. Hospital open 24/7
2. Mainly for kids and Gynaecology.
3. Please don't expect all the medicines available here, we visited this hospital to get eye drops, but we didn't get expected medicine, but that's not a problem.
4. It's in Brookfield.

Irresponsible staff
There is no sense of appointment,
people just walk in and walk out, staff does not have a clue of queue/list status

There is no registered pharmacist working here, I just came to ask basic medicine which he refused to give me, there he is not liesnting to anyone he is just talking to someone and not at all liesnting to customers who need meds.very rude behavior. When asked for med aftr waiting for 30min he says I don't have it. And refuses to give me meds or any alternative.im also a pharmacist this way is not the right way to run a pharmacy, not at all ethical, pathetic service. If possible check for 1Am the person working here didn't practice officially. Very rude

Even if the board say it's 24/7. The have separate notice saying that they will only open after 8 Am.

Delivery is not fast it’s been 5 days they have my status packed but it’s not delivered yet. Also there is no working Customercare number. Instead of spending money only on promotion kindly spent some for fast delivery.

What is the point stating that you are open 24×7 when no one picks up the call? How is anyone supposed to know if the shop is open or not if no one responds to call at 2 a.m?

24x7 open is misleading. Shop was closed at 5: 00 am. No one picked up phone. There was only one person and he simply said "abhi to dukaan band hai".

Only medical store around that stays open 24hrs. Got my medicines around 4am. The personnel at the counter could use more expertise though

Giving it 5 stars as it was available at 2am when I needed the medicine! The store is inside the hospital building on ground floor.
