Requested for a syringe to syringe feed a kitten at 11pm at night. Staff blatantly refused to give me just a syringe saying that the shop is "closed" and i should get lost, despite another customer buying medicines at the time of requesting for a syringe. I've had previous problems with this pharmacy too where they have behaved very rude with me. Do not go to this pharmacy until it's the last resort. There are much better pharmacies around this area which can serve better. It's a shame that a pharmacy refuses someone any medicine or medicine equipment. Highly recommend action being taken against this pharmacy.

I had been to this store. Store owner was rude
. He gave me expired solution which is same as water.
No quality control. Fake expiry on solution

Current store manager is very slow. He doesn't care for customers. Needed to wait long period to get medicines. Too lazy staff.

The staff is really terrible. The guy does not talk properly. And during lockdown he was selling some duplicate masks for very very high price

The way of talking with the people its not good. No empathy to the customer. Medplus is customer oriented services is excellent.
Take training from them.

The staff is very rude. I had a horrible experience in the shop. He refused to give me a bill for medecines saying the working hours were over (they were operational till 11 pm, and i went at 10: 45 pm).

The fat guy sitting at the counter is a cheat. He overcharged us for a particular item without providing the bill stating that they've closed the system. (We went at 10.45 p.m). We found out about getting cheated when we checked the price of the item on Apollo pharmacy website. When we confronted the guy with the proof, he tried to act all smart but gave in after a while. Gave the extra money back. Didn't still provide the bill though.
