Apollo Pharmacy

I visited the pharmacy for some important medicine but your staff refuse to take UPI payment totally disappoind.

No use of listing the number. No one picks up. They are busy at the store watching online videos

No customer service qualities. No pleasing attitude not even one smile in the face of sales persons. Non of them are from Pharmacy background. If you ask any question about medicine you buy they don't know the answer. Landline phone is just for name sake. They don't pick the call. If they pick also they disconnect without answering. Every time when I purchase some thing I should tell them to add points to my number other wise they wont. Very lethargic ppl.

If you dont have change.either die or forget the reminder change.

Recently I was about to buy some cosmetics, no where it wer available except the apollo pharmancy. The store will be opened 24* 7 all the time. My grandfather medicines are very rare and they are always available in the apollo store

Look for other pharmas nearby (Frank Ross is great and have stocks) as the lady who works here is not only judgmental (esp if you're buying birth control pills) but also a terrible character.they don't keep a basic change for 100 bucks (or maintain keeping change) and instead deny business right away.
What if people don't have phonepe or paytm? Say someone marginalised needs meds and didn't have change, would she deny him business? (this is what ia sked her) She said yes she would. Good work humanity.
