Apollo Pharmacy Sanjaynagar

The Apollo Pharmacy, Sanjay Nagar Branch Bangalore have employees that are rude to the extreme that they yell and shout at the customers.   The incharge not only yells and talks to customers but also to his subordinates.   And the subordinates follow suit when he is not around.   They ask us to deposit the prescription and return the next day to collect the medicines.   I help my mom with her medicines and she is 72 years old.   So do they expect senior citizens to visit their pharmacy twice to get medicines.   Kindly review the brance performance and the employees rudeness.

AVOID IT. As many people expressed, the current staff and manager are extremely rude. Always talking to each other instead of attending customers. It was run by well mannered people earlier but now it's horrible. The current ones are just bad and disrespectful.

If you talk to them in local language or even english they respond in some weird (sounds like Hindi but it's not) language that nobody can understand. This has happened repeatedly.

I guess they just want to chase away customers. I shall send a copy of this review to Apollo corporation as well.

Worst pharmacy
And worst customer service. Extremely rude and disrespectful staff.when i asked about availability of medicines they simply got irritated for nothing. Extremely unprofessional behaviour.
They also never keep stock of basic medicines

Always delivered the medicines requested. May take time, but never failed in delivering. Highly recommended

They will never have delivery boys to deliver even next door. Rude and disrespectful staff. They are super uncooperative. I say I’ll Dunzo… but Dunzo can’t locate them. Extremely incompetent and inconvenient.

Very poor experience. Most of the pharmacy locations was showing map wrong.

Last week I tried 3 places in this all as wrong.

Useless pharmacy: I went to pharmacy on 07-Feb-2021 to buy emergency medicine, but the pharmacists who was on duty denied to give medicine because he want to go to home early, this is how unprofessional pharmacists works in apollo pharmacy dollars colony, such a unprofessional uneducated pharmacists available in Apollo dollars colony. APOLLO HEAD OFFICE PLEASE TAKE ACTION IN UNPROFESSIONAL UNEDUCATED PRARMACISTS ON DUTY ON 07-FEB-2021 10.30 PM. I AM ALSO POSTING THIS ON TWIITER AND FACEBOOK

Such a worst medical store, all the time they have problem, about payment getway. If you take today case only, I gone there for some medicine and I took some medicine, then I said took amount paytm, phone pay, they said it's not working, then I said ok from card, not working, cash only, so I withdraw money from ATM, then I given so they don't have change, so I said what have option, then they what we can do? And it's not 1st time most of time face this kind of problem.

Paid for a medicine on 25/06/2020 through BHIM by scanning the QR Code near the cash counter. That money is just lost! I have contacted the bank and BHIM, they say money is transferred to the beneficiary successfully but the pharmacist claims he did not receive the money. I stay in an apartment very close to this pharmacy and people here have expressed suspicions about the way they encourage cash payments and discourage other modes.

DO NOT VISIT THIS APOLLO PHARMACY NEXT TO PEBBLE BAY if you are planning to pay through any mode other than cash.

I would like to appreciate pharmacist Siddharth. Wonderful Gentleman who greets everyone with smile.who knows almost all his regular customers. Good in crowd management as well fast in dispensing medicines. We would really appreciate Siddharth for all his efforts and hardwork.

Govt.has announced 21 days lockdown and my mother's heart medicine and diabetes medicine is about to finish, so, I thought that I will book a delivery (dunzo) to pick and drop a medicine from this pharmacy but before booking a delivery I call to pharmacy and confirm the medicine but the guy who attended my call told me to come pharmacy and check cos this is not a call centre. Strange and shocked. Never going to purchase from this pharmacy.

Pharmacy not here. It's children Park. Please remove this place it's worng location.
