Hospitality is good, however Apollo has policy to get 700/- as cousultation fees after 6 days on recheck with same doctor and same decrease. So make sure you visit before 6 days including your first day appointment.

Many hospitals not take re consultation fees if you visit same doctor for recheck in 6-7 days withing a week.

Dr Lokesh and Dr Chetan is very good doctor for general checkup.

There is no guarantee that pharmacist will be available it all depends on your luck. The pharmacy was open and the staff of the Apollo diagnostic centre was not even bother to check why the pharmacy has been unattended for more than 30 mins.

It's so lucky that it's not part of a hospital, patients would have to suffer.

Worst approach by the representative. Not even ready to ask the membership details and proceed with the billing. Terrible attitude. When asked for reducing the amount against our apollo cash he denied saying some technical reason. Thumbs down

Customer service was provided by them is good but the condition of pharmacy is very poor, you can't find pharmacy near clinic it's look like gurd room rather apollo pharmacy.

If you have time to waste and want to talk to a arrogant and pathetic receptionist then you can visit this lab. I went to do a medical checkup today and she gave me a token (I don't know the name but she sits near to the token machine). Her attitude was like she don't care if we do test from there. I waited for sometime and asked her if it is going to take long. She was rude and not even told me to wait and also she behaves in way that customers are a burden for her. Appollo hospitals should fire this lady. Never going to visit this lab again.

Very dedicated staffs are there because I visited around 10pm nd it was emergency one dressing was there they did very nice. Thank u

I took my sister she was suffering from fever nd we did blood test we got quick reports thank u apollo

I always see that this clinic is so busy even in the week ends also as they have all the specialities for consultation and health check.i feel it's so challenging to the management and staffs over there to manage the crowd within short time.they also provides free consultation of audiometry, dental and physiotherapy to all the needy people.great job to all team.
