Had been to Bangalore for the first time. I had mild cough and cold so went to Apollo pharmacy since it was the nearest. I asked for few tablets and they made bill of 370 rupees. I was shocked with the bill. You can easily get similar tablets in some local pharmacy around 35 rupees. Never visited again there. It is even costly compared to American standards.
Always buy common tablets from local pharmacy.

Please twice check and confirm your medicine, they will give different medicine without even confirming. Also cross check price of your product too, they will charge more than the MRP. Be aware while buying anything from this place

Worst billing staff, they won't give you the change unless you ask and act like they are giving it from their pocket

Worst experience ever didn't expect this from apollo pharmacy, i have been looking for particular medicine from past three days but the staff always makes a reason saying it has been ordered and it will be delivered today evening, tomorrow morning etc. Such irresponsibility regards to the medicine wasn't expexted from reputed brand like Apollo

You will get everything here. But billing experience should be improved. Sometimes you won't get the bill.

We wanted a thermometer urgently. Since we were not in a position to go, we had sent our 15 year old daughter. Instead of giving Mercury thermometer of Rs150, (said it is not available) they gave infrared thermometer used by security, that too faulty for Rs1000. When we went back and informed, they said they cant take the product back. We asked them to give some other product of same value since it is of no use to us but they refused. We felt cheated by such a reputed brand like Apollo pharmacy. Don't feel like buying from this place any more.

Biggest Apollo Pharmacy I have seen. Be ready to be told about a lot of one plus one offers and discounts on offer.

Staff gets busy gossiping rather than attending customers. They kept me waiting for a week saying they’ll bring my medicine from store-house. I used to call everyday morning and night for the medicines, but they used to repeat the same thing, that next day they’ll bring the medicine from store-house. At last I gave up and got it online through 1mg and PharmEasy. While visiting the store they’ll try selling apollo products and everything else other than what you need. Pathetic experience.

I am a regular customer here from almost 4yrs.though they give less discount yet choose it due to the way they usd to respond.but recently I purchased a tablet name GLIZID it's 139.60Rs and has 15tablets in a sheet.i went and askd for 3 sheets.they packed it and askd me to pay 628.20 Rs and gave discount of 78.53Rs and said pay 549.67Rs.i paid and came home and checked the tablet price as I had doubt on the price coz GLIZID is a tablet I am consuming frm so many years.and there was just 2sheets in the cover not 3 but they had billed for 3sheets (45tablets) I checkd the price it was just 139.60Rs so for 3sheets it wil be 418.8Rs. I called them up immediately and said one sheet is less and also the tablet price is not correct.they said me to come.when I went they behaved so rudely.they said that they had given 3sheets I said ok fine u gave 3sheets check the bill u have taken amount of 67tablets (4sheets and 7tablets) and they argued. I threw that two tablets also and came back.guys if this is at they do to their regular coustomer than wat About new coustomers.please don't visit here guys.there r so many other medicals in HSR let's go there but not to this cheater.its a tablet why should I lie in how many tablets I recieved, evn if I do wats the bill for.y wrong price and charged me more money.should pull these people to consumer court than they wil learn a lesson. CHEATERS not able to attach the bill pics of not I would.

The staff is ignorant of people waiting. Everyone is busy doing absolutely nothing. Was watching for 20 minutes and no one asked a thing. Was left stranded with zero assistance. Decided to walk away and never go back.

I am a family guy with medical purchases of around 10k/month, I was going a specific medical chain shop until I went to this shop, I liked the atmosphere so I slowly started to do all my purchases from here even though discount they provided was lesser than my previous vendor. Untill today I had very good experiences as I was buying stuff from them but today when I went to return their behaviour changed drastically. They were not responding even though I was the only guy standing at their counter, they only said "We don't take that product back" and didn't respond further. After asking them for 3-4 times they harshly responded its consumable by anyone so we wont take it back. So I bought more stuff from the remaining points I had in my account and decided not to step in again. Bye Apollo, U just lost one more customer.
