I visited the center today for my screen color issue and the executive there saw the phone and in no time without diagnosing it, he told me to change the display of my iPhone. I asked him if there was any other way and he refused and asked me to call the customer care. I called the customer care and I was asked to hard restart my phone and reset all my settings and the issue was resolved. It was just a waste of time going to this service centre. Very Naive executives are appointed here.

A good service centre with very good knowledge services staff (Sachin & Prasad) at Apple service at Belgaum station, i have never disappointed from their service.

I have a case online via the apple tool and when I visit the place I don't see they even asked me to share the case number for hardware. Service timeline is more for asset what gets here, but executives are more comfortable with customers and answer queries calmly.

The worst apple service provider i've ever been to! The staffs are just unprofessional.i asked nicely to them to give me updates regarding my pending replacement but no updates were given at all.of course, i need to ask them "how's everything going on? " then they will reply, just casually, not even sorry.guess what, it's already 2 weeks and i still didn't get my replacement back.at this point, i don't know whether they have replaced my broken device or not.you guys are service provider so do like it!

I have given my type c to lightening cable for replacement 2 months ago they told me it would get replaced within 1 week time and when we try to call they are not responsive

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I was pleasantly surprised to find vey practical tips to maint my iPhone. Would love to come back whenever required.

Not even checked the product & estimates the replacement. Just checked local store it’s started working.

While you can get your problem solved here, service attenders are extremely unprofessional, non cooperative, and needs constant follow ups. I’ve had a better experience in Bangalore and Mumbai. I’d say better go for metropolitan cities or nearest Hubli.

Worst experience ever, they took my phone about for 6 months and not even fixed the problem my warranty is also void now, I have a speaker cracking issue, these guys are worst, this service centre should be banned, better go kolhapur or hubli rather than these illiterate guys

I got my MacBook repaired here. Very professional and experienced Engineers. Prompt service. Happy to have an authorized apple service center at Belgavi.

The technicians working there can solve only minute problems like battery change (any apple product), resting or refreshing your Mac or iPhone. They can’t solve your bigger problems like macbook getting heated up, or making stupid noises. They don’t even know that a mac machine most of the times never lag or hang as other computers do (eg. Windows).
I have wasted my money so I recommend you not to trust them for any major issues. You can always check other cities like Bangalore, Mumbai or Pune for major issues.
Don’t waste your time with these guys, stupid apple service I have ever received.

Very casual staff. Do not have standard tools like HDMI cable to resolve small issues. Service does not meet expectations.

Very hopeless. I took 2 of my iPhones and didn’t get any replacement.so I took to Hubli centre and there got both my iPhones replaced! This place sucks.
