Apple Authorised Service Provider – iCare, Gopalan Signature Mall

Visited I care service center to get the battery replaced. Tilak from I are was super helpful. Got the battery replaced immediately and service was top notch

I had a negative experience with iCare at Gopalan Mall. I had a static noise issue with one of my airpods, which Apple themselves said they would replace it for free. However, this service center at Gopalan Mall claimed that there was liquid damage and refused to replace the airpod. Despite my efforts to get help from the team lead, Shaheena, she couldn't offer any assistance and was silent throughout. To add to my frustration, they shared an invoice of Rs 11,292/- to replace the case, even though the issue was with the airpods, not the case.

In contrast, I got the airpods replaced for free of cost from another apple authorized service center in Bangalore without any questions. I would have ended up paying Rs 11,292/- if I didn't think about taking a second opinion. I can say I was lucky.

This shows that the Gopalan Mall apple service center needs to improve its customer service and treat customers more diligently. I felt like they were just sending me back with some lame excuse, without actually looking into the issue. I hope they can take this feedback constructively and work towards improving their service so that customers like me can have a better experience.

I visited the service centre with issue of bottom speaker issue, the issue got resolved in less time and receiving n response was awesome, Thilak is the person who take care of mobile issues he is very decent n polite. I recently visited the Apple service centre in Kalyan Nagar and was not impressed with the service I received. The staff were in there own world, no response for questions. They didn't found the problem i faced.

My Office laptop had a display issue (Thick Black line on the screen). The issue was resolved within 4 days. Also I had requested the technical team to save my data and they saved my data, which was a great plus and saved my time from re-configuring my laptop. Thanks Again.

This service centre was nearest to my stay in Indiranagar.
The service was quite good. My issue got resolved in half an hour. The staff was very nice and well behaved.
I had an issue with adapter which i thought would take another visit but they replaced the adapter in half an hour.

I visited this icare for replacing my damaged iPhone and got it done in 3-4 days. Assistance and service by Mr. Tilak was so good. Happy with the service.

The overall experience at Apple store Gopalan Mall was amazing. The staff members Bhawna, was also very cooperative throughout the process. The issue was diagnosed and resolved within a short time. Getting timely updates throughout the process was also one of the best parts.

I recently had an issue with my iPad and Apple Pencil, and I took it to the Apple iCare service Centre for repair. I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received.

Firstly you buy a product worth 1.2 lacs and if something goes wrong with it beyond your warranty period of 1 year, you are doomed without extended warranty. Appals as a company I think is the height of greed. At this store they charge 600 for an enquiry, without any certainty that your product will be fixed - just to take a look at the problem. This is ridiculous. I’m done with Apple and its products.
