I bought an iPhone 14 this 15th August. I am a super finicky about any gadget that I buy. Imanuel, our POC at the store went above and beyond for an amazing experience of the purchase. Starting with the demo, the explaining of offers some 100 times (which he did quite patiently all the while). The entire staff at the store is very friendly, patient and certainly quite knowledge-able about the products and help tailor it according to our usage.
I got the data transfer done a couple of days later and I literally sat at the store of 3.5 hours as I had a broken android phone. Immanuel stood by the desk with both my phones all the while and helped me with a successful transfer. I am really grateful to the entire staff for such a pleasant experience. Thanks a lot guys! You guys are the best!

I am giving 1* because while returning the old phone in outside cashify store and here they calculate is totally (around 4K) different and even if screen is perfect then also they are adding screen is scratch this the worst I never seen by big Iplanet stores

Planet care V R mall is the most irritating and useless apple service center i have ever visited.it starts with the online registration, they tell you the repair option is not working, use diagnostic option.what they fail to tell you is the ID so created cannot be tracked by apple.i had a simple issue the iwatch cable was not charging my iwatch just a month after i bought it.days after i submitted it i still dont have a cable.when i inquired they told me rudely that its not their issue apple is yet to ship it, just wait.i suggest u go a little further to the imagine store and get your issues fixed

There is no extra device to take a token over there. Even though I had registered first by taking a token other person had got the call first the worst store I have ever experienced in apple Iplanet
