Apple ENT and Children's Hospital

No use of consulting Dr Kiran B, ENT specialist. Better to find another doctor. Even doctor fees is high no matter but need of honest service.

Dr Kiran didn't take time to listen to patient or ask basic questions. Went twice and he always seemed in a hurry. Not willing to answer to any of patients question.
Would not visit again or suggest him to others

Useless hospital, nuserses always in confuse state.they get confused with patient names.horrible expierence.doctors are useless.you got fight with them for discharge.they adminster useless medicine.not worth

Very good hospitality and tentative attention of the staff even in the night shift. I like the response of the doctor Mr. Kiran, and his staff who are very cooperative and good supportive even the staff also. I have advice my other colleague also to get treatment in this hospital and get soon well.

The hospital is meant Dr to be present in a given time to attend patient. It not opening hospital and Dr never been to treat patients.when patient come and pay money Dr come after 20 min or not available at all.

The Dr need to treat patient has human beings and charge nominal fee.

The experience is not good at all.

Today, I visited Apple Hospital and met ENT specialist Dr. Kiran, as I had some problem related to ENT.
As per my experience with Dr. Kiran. He is just useless/garbage doctor and he is stupid person because he has no understanding how to deal and talk with patient. I advise everyone not to go to this doctor.

Advice to the hospital: Throw him out or else he will destroy this hospital and very soon this hospital will be closed.

It’s a good hospital for ENT. The consultation fee is also reasonable and crowd is limited. The doctor is also good and gives time to patient. Car Parking is available.

Completely commercial hospital.
Went to show for a ENT he wasn't there and he already left, so the duty doctor was advised to meet the ENT specialist tomorrow, and gave a temporary medecine (costs 600/-). Later when I went again the reciption people are saying no alternative consultation and need to pay for ENT for every visits (450/- per consultation). For the same problem which persistent and not treated at all and asking for multiple consultation again and again. So i went to another clinic called Spandana clinic Dr balachandra a senior doctor took only 100/- consultation and solved my issue.
I suggest not to visit Apple ENT Better to go Dr Balachandra who is an ENT specialist

Happy with overall service with apple hospital. I would like to mention Dr. Swetha reddy. Doctor is very polite and humble. Really happy with her treating waw of patients.

The scales used to measure baby Height and the beds are old and doesn't look clean. Baby has been Vaccinated and the nurse puts the bandage somewhere else.

I meet to Dr. Swetha Reddy (Pediatrician) regarding my 10 months baby. Swetha mam is so professional & well behaviour. She treating the baby with smile. She is one of the best Docter.

Today I took my kid to Dr swetha reddy and given one medicine for caff and vomit on prescription but different medicine given in pharmacy without informing to us.to check it is right or wrong no one is ready to give the call in hospital. If pharmacy person informed me so and so I would have clearly immediately with doctor. Spending money and taking tension is not good. All will trust doctor v/S pharmacy but bull shot people’s are playing with other life and doing business.

The Hospital and doctors became like our family friends.consulting with Dr.shweta n Dr.kiran since 3yrs.they r well educated n very caring.recently visited the hsptl they made lot of changes in the Hospital for patient facilities.felt happy.for dat.tnq.

They all play double game with our lives initially told that all surgery will be done in agreed amount and finally changed the total scenario double double bill collected from friend whom i have suggested this hospital. I feel very disgusting on this suggestion. Please don't play games with patients money health.

Hello.operated here for my ear problem by Dr.kiran.when I visited the website to give review. I felt bad for the people who r spreading negativity.but wn I saw the Dr directly. I got to knw dat how professional n how care towards the patients.and one more thing I got to knw.the people who have good experience r quite.and who r upset r raising the complaints.but complaining is nt bad.it has to be done.in a healthyway.

We went for ear cleaning. They charged rs 350 and asked to come after 5 days asking some drops to be put in ear. When we went next time they asked rs 300 again.when we refused to pay they asked us keledescope charge. And not to come again.

Consultancy fees is valid for only 2 days this is not good & it should be valid for at least 7 days to 15 days, Doctor's play a most responsible role in the society, if they give medicines for 5 days & still your child is not cured, for that again you visite the hospital & again give consultancy fees, is it fare to do so?

Very unprofessional doctors and reception. The doctor left half an hour earlier than the communicated time and the staff denied giving the mail id to raise the concern. Also they didnt took the appointment and finally told me because of out of station travel dr left early.

Loot Money! God, first of all partial dignosis. I was diagnosed with nasal inftecion. That ENT doctor prescribes some medicine which has no effect even after two days. I go back to the hospital to get a new set of medicines, the women at the counter asks for consultation fee. Like seriously, the doctor doesnt diagnose properly, the patients return to the hospital to get rechecked, and they take consultation fee again! I tell them the doc himself told me to report incase the medicines fail. But they reason out telling me that you have to pay because its an "ENT consultation".

People have lost humanity and those pieces of paper having a little worth becomes more important than life.

Scam!

Worst hospital I never seen in my life. With in one week check up also they are charging consultancy fee more than Rs. 350/- I suggest don't prefer this hospital.
