Great in-store experience and truly remarkable product knowledge and description by Sourika, must visit.

Got a bad experience today at IPhone care at HSR layout.we reached to iPhone care at 3PM and they called me at 5PM and I have told my phone issue to executive and without checking they asked me to leave now and come on Monday and they are not at all giving the explanation about the phone and the way executive (kamasani.n) spoken with me is very rude.

Visible from the road, They have got the latest Apple products and they have good exchange offers too. Staffs are very friendly are highly experienced about the product and its knowledge. Parking is there infront of the building.

Avoid this store. They are reluctant to give you any information. The phone number given is that of Apple customer care and not the store. They gave me false information about availability at the store and when I visited for an iPhone 12, none of the 4-5 salesmen were keen to attend to me. They just lost a sale.

Just visited the store with my husband and surprisingly the staff did not bother to attend to us at all.forget about explaining. We had come to enquire about exchange offer that i had recieved a message. There were 3 attenders in the store and only 3 customers.it being a Monday afternoon.one of the attender who finally came towards us just replied to one question we asked.he did not bother to come towards us or asked what we were looking etc.the Worst experience i had in a showroom. We just walked out of the store and went to another showroom to buy. Never visit this store.

Praveen Naidu is an exceptional salesman. A thorough gentleman, aware of every aspect of product, knows the financing scheme in depth and extremely patient. If it were not for him I would not have bought the iPhone11 (128GB) model. He needs to be recognised for his efforts and output which is of a brilliant salesperson.

I took my booking amount for macbook pro m1 after waiting for a month which they promised me to deliver in 2-3 weeks.

Recently bought iPhone 12 pro max. The staff are very professional. ‘Raghu’ helped me with the complete details and the purchase process. I must say, hats off to his patience and knowledge on the products. He explained me everything I needed to know without feeling over burdened. Overall, a very good store to but products.

Unlike various other Imagine stores, staff over here is customer friendly. "Ravi" who helped me with purchase was very knowledgeable and addressed all the queries in friendly manner.

I'm not one to share a review. But I must say this, staff in the imagine store goes above and beyond for their customers. I recently bought iPad pro 2020 and got a intermittent line on the screen. I immediately went to the store and Ravi helped me a lot in the process of replacement as product was under warranty. There was a lot of questions from Apple's service side and from my side. But Ravi perfectly managed the situation well and made sure all the right questions were answered. Such professional! Thank for Ravi for the effort and the entire staff for the patience.

Went to purchase mac book pro. Product knowledge is worst. For me being developer Mr. Bharath was showing how to use sheets. This is the worst experience in my technical life. His behaviour is very rude first teach him how to talk with lady customer

This is the worst Apple Service Centre I've ever seen. A black mark on the otherwise successful Imagine chain of centres. My iMac display went defective and needed replacement. So I took it to this service centre. Promptly the Service Engineer told me that no spare is available and hence I can 'throw my iMac in the dustbin' to quote him accurately. I was shocked. Then I took it to Apple iCare, Koramangala where another Service Engineer named Shiva accepted my iMac, replaced the display and returned it in ten days. It is then that I understood that there's something psychologically wrong with the HSR Service Centre.

Please be careful with HSR Service Centre. The Koramangala Service Centre is a preferred option.

We visited the store recently to book an iPad. This was roughly 3 weeks ago, and we were informed that it will be available within 2-4 weeks. We haven't got any calls on the availability status, and whenever we call, either we don't find anyone to answer it or there is a long wait. Today we were told by a rude female customer service person that it won't be available for another 4 weeks, and that we shouldn't call them! I find this incredibly rude and unbecoming for a brand like Apple. Now I am considering cancelling the booking. Even the store staff isn't what you will call warm, they hardly bother to attend to you.
Update- changing the rating as I have seen vast difference in the service quality, esp Ravi who keeps us informed on the product availability status.

So we had the best experience from this store! We've had been looking out to buy the iPhone 11 and visited another store but they had some mishap and we couldn't buy it. Soon Mr. Ramnivas got in touch with us and he himself went to the store and got all the booking procedures done. All we had to do was walk into THIS STORE AND PICK UP THE PHONE!

This dates back to 2015 when my iphone 6 whihslwhich was just 6 month old slipped from my hand and screen had shattered. The imagine service centre at HSR said body is bent so screen cannot be changed so I can exchange with another 6 month old handset by paying 27000 from them with 6 month warranty remaining as per my current handset. I went to imagine service center at Koramangala got screen replacement for 11000 even though expensive my iphone still works in 2020. Worst service center. I live in hsr so went here first.

Service is very good and fast. But people need to increase their knowledge. So, please do your study particularly if you are planning to buy mac or Mac related products.

Iphone XR has been purchased and it had bluetooth issue. When enquired at the store they have a very casual reply “U hve check it with service centre”. When given it for service, we were told that we will b updated via email the next day but no response from them for next four days. Then got an email saying software update thr failed the quality check of a premium pdt. On the day of delivery we were made to wait for two hours that sounds great right. For our surprise the tempered glass was missing when thr is a software issue why shud they remove the tempered glass.for whatever reason they hve removed it shud nt hve been informed upfront. Totally a worst experience purchasing the pdt and service provided from this store.
