Worst service, the person attended is really bad and rude, doesn't have knowledge of product and how to behave with customer. Waste of money n taste Unprofessional way, Arguing person, untrained and uneducated employee. Better switch to NATURALS

I heard a lot about the ice cream range and the taste of Apsara icecreams. Finally got a chance to eat them. They have very unique flavours with lots of options for everyone. I tried Pan icecream which was very different and definitely to go for if you like pan. They also have Gol Gappa flavour which is delightful for chat lovers. Apsara icecreams have fruity flavours, chocolates and many others. They even got options for SUGAR FREE and VEGAN Ice-creams. Parking is available next to the road. The store is spacious and nicely maintained. The staff are polite and friendly. Do visit and try some unique flavours

Great place for ice cream, lot of different varieties and good quality food taste for all options.

They are in the industry since 1971. Have several branches. They also take online orders from Swiggy and Zomato. Recently happened to visit this place to beat the heat. Very neat ambiance and feel good environment. Located in the middle of the area where commuting is not a challenge. Coming to their products I can't express how I felt. Honestly I have never tasted this kind of ice cream. I felt like really eating the real fruit. They have so many varieties and whatever we have tasted everything tasted so real. I never felt it as if i am eating an ice cream. This is really worth the money. Just go for it! You will get addicted to their taste.

Ice creams with authentic fruit flavours with real real fruit chunks which really adds to the amazing authentic taste! A must try place which has the best brownie bomb ice cream ever! Also the jackfruit and pineapple flavours are a must try!

When we were driving by, we saw this place and said to each other, soon we shall visit.
That soon happened in an hour. On the way back, we stopped by and we enjoyed the ice cream here.
The choice of ice creams flavours they offer is very wide ranging and some of them are interesting. For me it was the 'tamarind ice cream' or the 'pani puri falvour'. Discover your interesting flavour and do add for others to read.
The guys who served us were courteous and nice.
The place was spacious and well maintained.

Tried Guava glory, Tamrind, Pani puri icecream. Each flavour is awesome. Guava with red chilli power tastes like actually eating chilled guava! Must try. The staff is awesome and helpful.

This icecream store is absolutely lovely! The taste of the icecreams has always amazed me. It truly gives an authentic pulp taste and seems like you are actually having that fruit. Guava glory flavour is a must try and is my personal favorite.

Visited Apsara Ice Creams once again. It still is one of the stores which is an option for ice creams late at night. When we reached they were taking orders but were not allowing to sit inside as it was late. The variety as always is quite good. One gets a variety of ice creams to choose from and that at times is a pain considering the number of options. We tried Belgium Bites, Roasted Almonds, Blueberry cheese Cake, Berrybonanza. My personal favorite was Belgium bites. Someone who likes to experiment has a lot to choose from. Service is good but staff lack the enthusiasm and eagerness to serve customers. Thankfully the overall experience is still good but short of customer delight. I will still go back for the ice creams.

It's on hennur road, Bangalore and they sell good quality icecreams. There is seating arrangement for those who like to have drive and have icecream. They're available online too. Multiple flavours to choose from. Overall you won't be disappointed

The place is neat and Clean. I tried Jackfruit icecream and felt the sugar content was bit high. Four wheel Parking might be a problem in peak hours.

You will get only readymade icecream, they don't have experts to create some better end product. Better to avoid as the price is littile bit higher and you can get same ice cream if you buy kwality walls or arun or amul ice cream.

A small ice cream parlour having a story of its origin from the city of Mumbai in the year 1971 … This outlet has good vibes and has lot of flavours to choose from… pan pasand, pano puri, falooda fantasy and many others.definitely wanting to visit again. Visited on 15th Oct with my wife and family. The owner and staff, were very courteous. The owner of this outlet was a lecturer in Chemistry, and he was sharing his thoughts on how he decided to open this outlet. He is very humble and made us feel so comfortable. I would love to visit here and spend time again.

Nice place good variety. One good thing they give sole to taste before buying. Good varieties but some how I felt polar bear has competitive edge over apsara

When we stepped in they were short staffed so we had a wait. The taste however was delightful. Absolutely worth the wait.

No doubt the ice creams flavor of apsara ice cream are nice but the outlet which we choose was not good. The owner's behavior was very annoying we ask him to redeem our loyalty points but he thought we are asking the ice creams for free and said " I know you kind of people" I mean come on this type of behavior just for asking to redeem the points. Such a rude attitude, I suggest all the people to choose other outlets, not this arrogant owner's outlet.

Good place to have a variety of natural ice creams, you will find lot of new and refreshing varieties of ice-creams according to the the fruit season

Months after they have opened, the Uncle who owns the place did not allow me to redeem my loyalty points here. Thrice have I visited and he denied to redeem my points complaining some technical issue. I also got in touch with #Loyalty team and they said I can redeem it. Fourth time I visited and found the same uncle and also taught him how to redeem by shedding off 4000 (800*5 small scoops), but at the end he again asked me to pay for the 5 scoops unnecessarily. Uncle behaved very arrogantly and he said "Tumlog jaise customers ko jaante hain". This is what I got for teaching him some technical stuffs. He was not ready to give Ice-Creams for Loyalty Points. We left the place immediately. Never going to visit this outlet ever. Rude owner. Very rude!

Amazing icecream parlor. Great service, ambience and competitive pricing. You will find some unusual but delicious flavors here like faluda funda, pineapple cranberry, thandai etc. They are also on swiggy and zomato so you can order sitting at home as well. Worth a try and better than many other famous ice cream parlors on Hennur road.

Very good ice cream, try their iconic almond ice cream. Gauva ice cream is also very good. You can give a shot at other flavours as well.
