Great ice cream flavours that tickle the taste buds with a twist. The crowd favourites seem to be the guava chilli and the paan flavoured ones. The staff are courteous and allow you to try a bunch of flavours before you zero in on your choice. Although the prices are on the higher side, you get good quality and good flavours. Good to visit once a month or once every now and then.
We tasted 2 flavor and we liked roasted Almomd, it was optimally sweet and the other was chocolate which we didn’t liked that much. But over all felt good to have original sancha icecream. It was 22nd Jan, which they observe as Apsara day and they had offer of flat 50% off.
Few ice-creams with chilly powder, or chat masala, or Jalgeera masala, Pani puri flavour, etc
Worth it, everyone must try atleast once Great place to visit. They have great variety of ice creams with tangy or spicy toppings. Must try is spicy guava. Never thought masala, chilly, and spices would blend into ice cream and taste awesome. They give taster with masala. If you like taster, then you can pick the scoop accordingly. Must visit.
Cosy ice cream parlour, offers variety of flavours and all of them taste amazing. They have different fruit flavoured ice creams based on the seasons, love the idea of their Tamarind ice cream for all sour lovers its a must try.
Waited for 25-30 min to collect my order which I ordered through their own website. Not recommended. One at the desk didn't give the order despite of showing order made on their website and payment status. If their systems are slow and can't reflect even after 30 min it's not customers problem. They need to fix it instead of asking us to wait for 30 min and wait for it to get updated in their system
Natural, fruit, different varieties of ice cream available here. Pan pasand and guava with chill is awesome to taste. Small, medium large scoops available. Container, kulfi etc are also available. Good place to eat and talk with friends. Friendly staffs, good ambiance.
Ice creams are really tasty. Sugarless options are the favourite ones. Guava ice cream is yum with the real feel of guava. Good ambience but occupies less people. One of the best ice cream parlor to eat ice creams guilt free especially if you are on diet
Ice-cream. They are supposed to enhance your experience after you have had good dinner esp in Chulha Chowki Da Dhaba. Sadly, Apsara doesn't do that.
Taste-wise: Apsara doesn't have great flavours. I mean, they do on paper, but when you taste, you wouldn't be impressed. The biggest let down is Kulfi! Kulfi can't be served as hard pie besides the taste being as bad. Only two flavours you would enjoy are Pani-puri and Chilli Gauva. They have done well there. Other flavours won't attract you to come again and try them out. Overall, this ice-cream parlor, however old, doesn't live up to the expectations. Better try Natural, Rollover, Smoked Monkey, Kwality Walls etc.
Presentation is also average.
Item-wise: A lot to offer.
Price-wise: Expensive given the taste. It seems not as worthy.
Wouldn't suggest to people who go to Chulha Chowki Da Dhaba to try desserts here after such good dinner.
Different flavours available.you can taste and buy (try guava masala). For take away buy half kg box rather buying small cups. I bought 2 boxes. Kids will enjoy. Nice experience with Apsara.
I first tried this in mumbai. Later found one here in Bangalore. Icecreams are very nice here. Its apparently made from some wooden equipment called kancha. Paanipuri, chikki, tamarind, paan flavors are very unique and tasty. Pani puri flavour is suggested by me. Although my favorite is coffee flavor. It tastes so fresh made from fresh coffee beans.
Came across this place after having a healthy meal and thought of trying it out. Newly opened in JP Nagar 2nd phase next to chulha chowki. The two boys behind the counter are very friendly and greet you with a warm welcome. They give u a chance to sample all the flavours. The rates are pretty good and taste of the ice cream is pretty decent. We had ordered a cocunut craving which tastiest exactly like a cocunut unlike other cocunut ice creams out there. The brown blast was also good and too sweet exactly how I like it. Over all a great experience and would recommend others to try it. Cheers.
Quality = good Cost = 65/ small; 90/ Med. Worth= cost can be reduced with respect to quantity. Variety = available Suggestions: 1st Guava glory with chilly powder 2nd Pineapple with cranberry 3rd Roasted almond/ cheese and blueberry
Loved there range of ice creams, there ice creams give you the natural fruit taste you can also feel the pulp. There gauva with chilli powder, pani puri pataka, watermelon with chat masala are very good. Also try funky Ferrero, crunchy chikki & roasted almond. Good flavours nd good place for ice creams
