It's Very Good Apartment to stay with the family, and the Apt owner will treat us like his family members. Almost 2 years I stayed there.highly recommended for OTHERS.
Some of them are giving bad reviews but I never felt like that, might be they r competitors.

I have not got back my Rental Advance even after one year and called many times also. Do not get cheated by the landlord. I have filed complaint against the landlord also.

Flat is good, but you will never get your advance back when you vacate the flat. Better to adjust it from rent. I vacated my flat 2 years back. I never get back my advance till date. Worst response from owner.

The approach is dangerous. Slums are around and bit unsafe for ladies after 8PM. Drunk men stroll around and the roads are narrow for driving. My husband was man handled one late night we were returning from airport. Apartment has and allows dogs which is frustrating!

During rain the place gets water logged. Has too much mosquitoes from the huge open drain in the backyard.

Good place for family. Owners are non interfering and we got back our deposit money in time. There are no such deposit issue as others have posted.

Unsafe, no verification and you never know who is your neighbor.
Do not pay deposits as they will not refund. Pay at most 3 months and adjust with rent. Any amount paid in deposit will be lost.
