They are fraud, they have not bring all the product for decoration and when we said they refuse to work on

Sangeetha did very nice decoration for the bday party event of my daughter. The team is very experienced and cooperative. They are also very economical in their prices. Thanks for the great decorations done by your team.

Hi all I am rating this because they have refunded only half amount to my brother in-law kiran without doing anything she took half amount by giving silly reason plss go for best event planner than this.

She will change all the rules when ever she needs, don't pay any amount till she do the decoration because we faced an issue if you pay any amount intitally she will return half amount only

You can't have the trust factor! Please have documentation on anything or whatever discussion you have with Sangeetha! She keeps changing the words! Very disappointed

Other than these people if you have got bad reviews which means you have given others also false commitments! Just a shame ‍️

We had planned for a grand birthday party of my nephew. Had booked this event planner. Birthday is on May 16 2021. Due to pandemic and bad situation. Party is cancelled. 3000 was already paid to this planner. She told she will return only 1500. Since she had purchased items. And for 1500 she would do the decoration at home. So that we could do photography session. Later she started making reasons as home decoration will be done if above 5000. I mean who would like to spend 5000 for a party where no one would be invited. Nor she is giving those decorative items for us. Now she is not ready to refund the full amount. How could she be so arrogant at these times. This pure example of how people use opportunity and easily make money. Fraud planner. Never book her. Too much arrogant.

My friend had booked this service for his son's first birthday which is on May 16th, but due to the state wide lockdown and the COVID crisis, the event had to be cancelled, no choice at all.
The owner decided not to give back the advance amount.
I believe this is not how a business should be run, if it was the clients mistake it's totally agreeable to not return advances, but this is a nation wide crisis and people should understand and be flexible and supportive.
I am not sure how the service are, but ethics at its all time low here.
Not really happy.

Now the owner is telling my review is illegal, I am not sure how this is.
Let people decide that.

The owner told the reason for not returning the advance amount was because the props or items were already bought, my friend was ok with that and requested for those items atleast as he had paid for that.
Sadly, the owner refused to give the money and also the items.

Booked this planner for my grandson birthday. Due to pandemic the event is cancelled. Payment of 3000 was done. Now they are not refunding the money. These times people should be matured enough to understand situation and act accordingly. Not only government, the common man also becomes opportunist at this situation. Highly not recommended.please ask her terms and conditions well before booking.

Worth for money, rinkle back drop, happy birthday N baby name is not visible u people can make better.
