I lived in Aranha Homes for a good 3 weeks and the experience has been very safe, pleasant, easy-going, and comfortable.
The room I chose had a single bed, washroom with 24/7 running hot water, an AC, a TV, a wardrobe and a study table. It was clean, well-maintained and cozy. There was a balcony with a good view, right outside the room. The staff was very prompt to make repairs that were required in the room. Mr. Henry, Mr. Alan and Mr. Balan made sure I was having no trouble. Aranha Homes is located in a safe area and is proximate from the 100 ft Road, Indiranagar, Bangalore.
The Aranha's are very approachable and kind as hosts, and also great people to get to know in Bangalore. The Aranha's really made me feel like I'm at home. The staff was also very polite, responsible, and caring. From making sure I'm eating breakfast daily to accepting online parcels in my name, the Aranha's and the staff came through everytime. The food served was of good quality and well-cooked. The staff was very attentive because, eventually, they knew exactly how I wanted my food to be prepared, which was quite commendable.
All in all, I highly recommend Aranha Homes to everybody out there, especially those who are looking for a safe place to stop at on a solo trip.

Place is still under renovation. Lot of maintenance issues are there. Service is good. Location wise it's on a residential area and have a peaceful ambience. Overall an okayish place.
