The approaching roads is congested and expected to be jammed during office hours. Flats are well designed and spaceous. Has good amenities like gym, swimming pool, badminton court, children play area etc. Maininance does not seem to be done efficiently, cracks on compound walls, area around swimming pool is dirty, gym equipments started rusting.

Aratt Felicita apartments in begur is well designed, spacious rooms, well ventilated rooms, garden space for the ground and top most floor and balconies for the residents in the other floor.a good example of a gated community, hassle free place, yes, it is away from the main city, but this is the best atmosphere atleast during the pandemic. You compromise to stay away from the large crowd, you get to live in spacious apartments!

Spacious Apartments in a nice residential area.wide open spaces around with a full view of the nice road. Good society to live in.

It is indeed very good for staying
I am staying here from past 2 years, they have a swimming pool, 2 indoor badminton court, Tennis court, Gym and plants all around.
Security guards are active 24/7 and they are well mannered.
There is no problem of water supply as they have good time up with tank suppliers.

Bad maintenance, you find only Malayalee residents more.the apartment complex looks old and the gymnasium equipments are not maintained at all.the snooker/billiards board is damaged and the cue balls look like golf balls! No proper water facility and they get charge a bomb for maintenance charges (approx 4-5k per month average) and the security personnel are the worst I've ever seen! They just let everyone pass by without confirmation.worst apartment complex! Don't ever buy here! The place is also located in begur village.only suitable for IT people who stay indoors and scared like babies! If your looking for a good apartment search somewhere else!

Nice apartment tucked into this location. The roads connecting this apartment needs to improve.

Community with around 250 flats, having all amenities needed for kids (play area, cricket practice pitch, kids pool), grown ups (gym, tennis, squash, badminton, swimming pool), and elders (walking space, light greenery), party hall, security, away from city pollution. Reasonable distance from to educational institutes (Christ, NPS), malls (Meenakshi, Vega City), hospitals (Fortis, Apollo) and work place (Electronic City).

Approach road bad rather missing. Recently visited the place. Now the roads are good.apartment good and so also the roads evenings gr8,

Well maintained property with spacious condos heard it got a little water issue but got many facilities such as swimming pool and gym
