We had been to this place for a weekday lunch with colleagues
Ordered their in house beer and few other cocktails.
We liked their beer. Cocktail and mocktails were not up to the mark.
Their starters were not spicy and had very blunt taste even after telling we need it spicy.
This place has some weird smell that we really hated it about. Couldn't sit inside coz of it. I feel as it is American crafted brewing company only foreigners would like their menu. It is situated in very old building Overall their menu is expensive with blunt taste and good tasting beer
Visited Arbor Brewing Company on MG Road, and it was a delightful brewpub experience. The ambience was lively, offering both outdoor and indoor seating. Following a friend's recommendation, I tried the Smooth Criminal, a flavorful and smooth brewed beer that hit the right notes without being too bitter. I also tried the Turkish Lamb Kebab alongwith, which turned out to be a tasty delight. The commendable fast service added to the positive experience. Looking forward to another visit to explore more of their beer varieties. Overall, a great spot for a relaxed time with good brews and delicious food.
A little hard to find as there are no sign boards, has entrance from the side. Offers a lively vibe inside. Tried the 8 beer sampler, most of them were definitely on the bitter side. Wheat beer flavours, the usual favourite hefeweizen were not available at this time. Doesn’t offer seasonal flavours like mango or apple. Had 3 fish dishes and they were very good, reasonably priced too. Had the smooth criminal (spiced) brew, which had honey and lavender flavours, pretty unique and enjoyable. Service was fast. Recommend.
Got an upset stomach and fever after eating their Mediterranean Burger. This after specifically asking them to use fresh, clean ingredients. I’d stay away from them if I were you.
Had a school friends get-together here last evening. Great atmosphere, comfortable seating, good house beers and appetizing food. The food is multi-cuisine but with very limited options in Indian.
Service was quick. You could place an order through a well designed app or through one of the staff. We did both and it still didn't result in any confusion.
Outdoors option for smokers available. Valet parking is another big convenience in Central Bengaluru which is where Arbor is located.
One of the renowned microbreweries in Bangalore and must visit place if you love BLR. Menu options is quite limited and I was not impressed with food, but good beer and ambience to settle down on a weekend. They have balcony with smoke section, liked it. The place can get real noisy on Sundays when all the tables gets occupied.
Very rude servers. The place has changed from what it used to be. There is no way to check what you had ordered for, they will deliver the wrong order and charge you double and there is no way to know your order details.
One of the OG Breweries in the city of Bengaluru! What an amazing place with brilliant beers and food that's simply amazing! Their dark and light beers are class apart and really good music that swells your mood. Every time that I have been here, it leaves a good mark! Friendly staff, quick service and good parking, 5/5 for sure. Checks every box in the book.
Not worth the money. Apart from the beer, nothing else is good. Food was pathetic, so is the ambience. It's a hyped place and isn't worth visiting. Big let down
Very good crafted Beer, ambience is Average. Good crowd, can improve on service and hygiene, shud attend to customers more frequently, economically priced. Early closure probably due to CV restrictions.
So good Variety of beverages and foods, order item using QR code and very fast delivery. No dance flore but playing nice song. Its suitable for all customer. Want to enjoys with friends you can do, want to talk lovable one in personally you can do, or want to sit with laptop and need to do office work? You can do, this place suites all. Must visit one time in Bangalore. Wonderful crowed in weekends. I love that place.
The beers especially the whitbiers were nice and the service was fine. The decor and the ambience was nothing posh just your usual pub. It wasn't crowded so it was kinda cozy. Its strange that on a weekend half their menu items including many of their Beers and some food items were unavailable. Never seen this happen anywhere else. Coming to my primary issue with the place, the Food was not that great. Arbor's prices are on the higher end and food items are priced quite exorbitantly and the taste and quality is not justified. I didnt want to whine about this but its a deal breaker. Im sure quite a few reviews here critique the food as being subpar. Make better Food and lower your prices maybe you'll not run out of business.
Meh. Seriously. Tried the 6 taster. The Hefe was good, the tripel ok. The IPA was flat and old. Kudos to the guy serving us. He was honest and said the IPA may be a month old. No doubt it was flat and stale. The stout was the saving grace. Full bodied, lot of head and worth a drink. Food wise. Don't order. Lousy fries. But the hummus was ok and the Mediterranean salad which came with it was decent. I guess the smooth criminal may be a hit. But it is not for beer afficianados. Too much lavender, like drinking a aftershave.
Chanced upon this brewery on our long drenched walk on Church street on a Sunday. Luckily, we got seated amidst all the incoming crowd. The opened space is nicely done, sufficient distance between tables. Service was ok considering it was weekend. Their beer is exceptionally good. Had a pitcher of Smooth Criminal, which had such a nice hint of lavender. Must try! Had baked nachos, cauliflower baby corn crispies and a spinach something pizza. All food items were ok, not great in taste but apt for 3 people. Total bill was around 2400₹ which is a tad overpriced.
Their Margherita which is arguably the simplest cocktail to make, tasted like what you'd imagine phenyl is like. When I came here four years ago, their Smooth Criminal craft beer was amazing, which is sad given how disappointing I found it this time.
Arbor Brewing Company on Brigade road is a great place for dinner with friends or a date. The place is really pretty and the lights add to the ambience. It's one of Bangalore's biggest microbreweries and the beer is really good. The Bangalore Bliss is a personal favorite. They have a variety of appetisers and pizzas to go with your drinks. Service is quick, and cost for 2 is Rs. 1000/-. Definitely a must visit for everyone in Bangalore!
Simple, relaxed ambience to hangout. But the beer options when I visited was very limited and the couple of cocktails we tried very average. Food was quite good. Maybe it was just a bad day to visit but may not go back there.
One of the oldest and most famous brewery. Maximum variety on draught beer and all of them are good. There is one by the name of Bangalore which I found the best. You won't find any offers or discounts here as the place is crowded all the time specially during weekends. The music might sound a bit loud if the place is less occupied. Otherwise the ambience is good with dim lighting.
Went here for drinks and food due to my friends suggestion. Loved the vibe and the drinks especially their beers. Had different varieties of it and it was fun and refreshing to taste all. Loved the food too. Especially their pork belly roast and pizza. A must visit place for food n drink.
The beer selection is probably the best within CBD area. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to beat the summer heat or just need that refreshing mug of beer to take the edge off.
We went on a Saturday night and the place was full of people. Waiting time was around half an hour and they called us once seats were available. We ordered beer, fruit punch, watermelon cooler, nachos, burger, pasta, pizza, paneer, and dessert. Would highly recommend their pizza and pasta. Beer and mocktails were also good. Burger and nachos we're not upto the mark. Place is good, crowd is trendy and music is also amazing. Overall a good place to party out with your gang.
The most amazing and happening place in town. You go again and again if visit once. Must visit and enjoy the ambiance, food and everything. Worth spending hours!
ABC has a vibe to it that makes it the perfect hangout place. Inhouse brewed beer- check, good food - check, large seating area check, noise and music low enough to have a conversation- check, which is what makes this place one of the chosen breweries of Bangalore. ABC being one of the first few breweries of Bangalore, is still serving some kickass beers.
Decided to drop in quick for a beer last week; Stout; which goes by the name Michael Faricy- I am a sucker for dark beers, so if a bar is serving stout then others don't stand a chance (one of the reasons I stopped visiting Toit as they stopped serving their stout-the dark knight). Anyway, the irish stout has a pronounced coffee flavour with undertones or burnt chocolate, so if you like a bitter, full bodied beer then go for it. Smooth criminal- H ordered this. He liked it, its one of those smooth tasting beers.
If you are not a beer fan, then you can stick to the safe ones like Bangalore bliss, Phat abbot. The description of each beer and its composition is mentioned in detail in the menu. You can also choose their beer sampler and then go for what you like the best. Pulled pork sliders- Served 3 small sliders. The filling was pulled pork meat in barbeque sauce and a slice of pickles. It was decent in taste, however wish the pulled pork quantity wasn't so meagre. Have had their other dishes before, pork ribs, spicy barbeque pizza, wings and they were pretty good. I love that this place serves beef and pork. Highlight of the evening was the bartender Manoj. He recognized us from our visits to Old Madras Indijoe until 2014. It made our day!
Famous for its tasty craft beer and great food.located very next to Garuda mall this place is must visit for every craft beer lover.not very loud music.great ambience.great interior.nice place to spend quality time with friends.please book seats in advance.craving for more.
Oldest and definitely the best brewed beers in town. Try "Bangalore bliss" or "smooth criminal". Can get too crowded during weekends, but guess what, they don't have early reservations. At most you need to wait for 20-25 mins and your table will be ready.
Has a great expectation before visiting Arbor Brewing Company. But was very disappointed with the Beer, Food and with the attitude and service of the serving staff there. I had heard a lot of good things about the Beer but it was not at all anything close to what I had heard. Rest things are good. Well located and connected place with good infrastructure. If the staff behavior is somewhat inviting and pleasent with some more choice of food with good beer then this would be the place to hangout in Bangalore. For now there are other better places.
Just another micro brewery. Nothing out of the world.young and bubbly college crowd mostly. The food is good and portions are decent. Laid back service. 3 stars coz the restrooms were stinking and quite dirty - it was not looked into anytime the 3-4hrs that we were there for that evening!
Great set of beer from its brewery, true blue US style food, keeps the Michigan roots true with a great assortment of drinks, beers, food options and a great experience. Seating is available both inside and outside with the road view towards Garuda mall, outside being the smoking zone as well. Located right in the middle of city in MG Road this pub is great for meeting friends or a casual after office hours party. Highly recommended based on my experience.
Great Ambience, Courteous staff, good food are the positives here. The fish items could have been better. Looks like they are understaffed as there was a considerable delay and some confusion with our order. Overall the experience was good and hope they work on their shortcomings soon.
One of the best microbreweries in the city. Good beer injected with a lively crowd and great music makes this place one of the most underrated establishments of Bangalore
