I came up to know about this Arch physiotherapy clinic recently and I have been taking treatment, Dr. Yashwanth was attended me from few weeks. I went for treatment of shoulder pain to Arch. The initial assessment by Dr Karthik was great. Treatment provided by Therapist Urgen Lhaton was precise and professional in her treatment. I had good experience with this place.i was suffering from ankolysing spondylitis i tried so many treatment plans and all didn't work properly.once i started treatment here my neck muscles stiffness got released and i focused on postural corrections and life style changes then slowly focused strengthen programme my body getting in good shape every session was planned and doing by guidance of Arch team (Dr.karthik, Dr. Sanjeev, Dr. Naman and Trainer Mr. Sunil)

Dr Chandana treated me with a lot of care and attention to details to my cervical radiculopathy pain. I had 14 session and by end of 14 days my basic movements were painless. I could not continue for some additional session due to personal reasons.

I visited the place for my back pain which was triggered after a yoga session. The pain was excruciating making it hard to even sit or lie down. I consulted dr. Valmiki at Arch and he suggested me to go for 14 day treatment program after examining me. Dr. Chandana was in charge of my treatment for 14 sessions and through her expert therapy and guided exercises, my back-pain was almost gone in a week and my back mobility improved significantly by the end of the sessions! Dr. Chandana is very kind, caring and extremely patient her patients: ’) She tracked my progress throughout carefully and gradually included stretches and exercises in addition to pain-relief therapy. Even when I was going for the sessions without doing her homework (exercises to do at home), she was understanding and kept on gently persuading me to do the exercises at home.
I was able to gradually include the exercises in my routine thanks to Dr. Chandana’s constant follow-ups and motivation. Back pain’s gone and I hope it never comes BACK ;)

I had both tennis and golfer’s elbow and visited arch physiotherapy for the same. I took package for 10 days package and Dr Chandana treated me really well. I had severe pain this time and she was very attentive, everyday she checked the pain points and targeted it. She was responsive and she was patient enough to answer all my questions related to tennis elbow. During this 10 days sessions she was available on phone also that helped me a lot. If I’m able to go back to my normal work today without hand pain it’s because of Dr. Chandana. I’m really grateful to her.

I had a great experience at Arch Physiotherapy centre where I was treated by Dr Sanjeev & Dr. Nisha. I got sever back pain and I had seen very good result in first couple of days only. I went for back pain and neck pain issues. Dr Nisha treated me with so much patience and complete care. She guided me well through put the treatment program. I like the way they spend complete attention to one person at a time. I highly recommend the place.

I give two starts because of charges they take which is too too high if you current market comparison to other physiotherapy. I would also appreciate the physiotherapist for the analysis and treatment but charges is too much so I would not recommend.

My personal experience with ARCH Physiotherapy and Rehab clinic is very good. I had lower back pain and neck pain. Their treatment is quite effective. I recovered quickly.
Recently, I visited this clinic to take treatment for planter fasciitis. Due to acute pain in my fore foot, I was unable to stand / walk beyond 10 minutes. Once again, the treatment that I received here, was very effective. I am feeling much better and able to walk.
Currently, I am taking rehabilitation training from Sanjeev. I found it very useful and holistic. In this rehab program, I get training for a variety of exercises including - Strength, Stamina, Flexibility, Pilates, etc. This is helping me to improve my strength and stamina. It's expensive.compared to their commitments. I didn't proceed for the therapy, as they were not sounding confident about the cure after spending a big amount of money.

Dr Kartick is a genius. He is highly knowledgeable about his area of expertise. I was suffering from Lower back pain for 3 months & explored all possible options in Bangalore for recovery but in vain. Dr Kartick diagnosis was spot on in 2 minutes. He explained the problems & also suggested a program for recovery with a single medicine. His teammate Dr Naman took over & was highly dedicated, patient & helped me recover in 10 sessions. Dry needling, cupping etc were regularly done to help me recover. I highly recommend this team.

Dr. Karthik is blessed with amazing knowledge. I was having issues while working out from several years and I tried to consult with multiple people online but nobody was able to diagnose the actual problem. I visited and Dr. Karthik have just taken a look and within minutes, he was able to figure out the actual pain point/problem. We have worked on solving it in multiple sessions and after that the results were incredible. I am able to perform multiple exercises in a proper form. Some exercises still need a kind of practice as I used to do them in an incorrect form from quite sometime now and to deal with it, I have been advised to do multiple stretches before every workout and exercise techniques too. I am kind of person who feel behind, less motivated when not working out and these sessions have given me a confidence to start my journey all over again. Many thanks to Dr. Karthik and team.

Very good place for physiotherapy, Doc sanjeev sir, vishnu are very good. The good thing is they just don't give you treatments but they will show and make you do the exercises to strengthen your body which by continuing can give long time results. Thanks Arch

I was suffering from severe lower back pain. I could not even move. Arch physiotherapy has given me a home service. Dr. Pallavi had come and told back pain was due to muscle spasm n helped me out with therapy. After two sittings i am feeling better. I am able to move now.

Dr. Valmiki Karthik is a very knowledgeable physiotherapist. He emphasizes on the technical importance of the exercises taught. The clinic is very sophisticated and clean. Highly recommendable.

Never gave reviews before but this Physiotherapy center deserves one.one the best in whitefield. Dr. Amar & Dr. Karthik knows how to cure the pain and what to do so that it wont come back.

Dr Valmiki Karthik is a very experienced sports rehabilitation practioner. Underwent recovery session with him at Arch after my weekly long run of 20+ kms and felt session really aided the recovery and I was able to run much stronger the next day. Highly recommend him and Arch team
