Most incompetent staff.
Earlier (2016 - May 2019) the staff was good
With recent renovation (from June 2019) they completely replaced the staff. Now most of them doesn't even know the medicine names.

The medicine was delivered to me yesterday and is completely wrong as per what I asked for! Look at the prescription I had sent yesterday to them. I clearly said that I want 2 *doses* of Arnica Montana 1 M (Also known as L Bane). Similarly I also explained that I want 2 *doses* of Ignatia 1 M potency.
I mentioned *doses* specifically 3 times. Even sent the picture of the prescription. And yet I was mindlessly sent 15 ml of the medicine instead of the dose of the medicine for consumption.
Today I had the first bottle of Arnica Montana thinking that I am having the 1 m dose but only after ingesting it I realised that it was nothing but 15 ml of Arnica Montana medicine itself! I can even die or have a severe set of symptoms too. I now am rushing too a hospital as I do not feel well already. Please do not order medicines from here. They know nothing about it.

I've been taking their delivery services regularly. Its simply amazing. The staff is courteous, meticulous and dedicated.

Nice store to buy all brands of homeo medicines. But please remember do not visit the doctor Geetha Bhavsar behind the store. She gives you high power medicines which result in fever and over heat. Later she blames you have health problems that resulted in fever. There are many such doctors in Bangalore who play with our health to repeat visits from us patients.

Very good service. All type of Homoeo medicines available. Staffs are humble and polite. Best part is that, home delivery is available. Medicines delivered within 1 hour always. Thanks to Archana Homoeo House for their best services.
