Same as many of the reviews. So over crowded. You don't enjoy or relax. Poor food. Activites gets over in 15 mins.long queues.

Better of renting a turf and conducting your own activites

Very good resort for corporate outing. All adventurous activities are very good. Lake is really nice and boating is must to do thing here. Food is also good. Less rides and activity for kids though.

Not a very interesting or enjoyable place. No indoor games like Snooker/Pool, Table Tennis, etc.

It's a good place, but there's alot of organization needed to handle activities for large amount of crowd. Should not say that they're open to handle 1000 occupancy.

I went on an outing with my team and it turned out to be a fantastic experience, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by Fardeen and the reception team. There was some miscommunication from marketing, Fardeen professionally and understanding completely turned things around.

Over booking and greed of the owner dampens the spirit of team outing. Due to over crowd, lack of basic hygiene, no potable water available at play arena and we overall one should avoid these types of places who try to make quick buck without thinking about the fun and spacing aspects for the visitors.

What a great place for a team event! The staff was friendly and welcoming, they knew their stuff and did everything right to keep us safe. The activities were awesome. Food was good, lots of choices at the buffet and tons to eat, both veg and non-veg. Didn't use a room so couldn't say but they looked nice from the outside. Wish there was more seating around the pool! Being attached to the bannerghatta National park and zoo the surroundings were lush and green.

I would have given a 3 stat provided the water in the lake was clean, life vests were extremely untidy. The environment, food and other arrangements deserve 5 stars. Especially the cleanliness, nature around and location.

They give preference to corporate sectors because they send their employees in large numbers. Least bothers about other guests who prefer to stay at this place for one or two day peacefully. But that is not possible because of heavy rush of the employees who book whole property for a day and make lots of noise while taking food which is worst I have ever taken. Worst experience.

Amazing resort. It was fun and the team building activities they planned were damn good. Overall experience was good.

It's nice place for a weekend visit, they have different packages with few games, experience the free fall from 80ft. That will be great.

The people is not only from south india, so try to include 1/2 options from north indian breakfast, and also kindly have some water on your wash basin, washrooms, the washroom near human foosball is not having water at all, the washroom near Lake is not clean at all, and guys if you don't know the meaning of high tea get some idea atleast, mirchi bhajji and biscuits are served in name of high tea.and mostly the rules for swimming pool, on 26th November the pool was full with men and they can do whatever they want they are throwing their mates in water when there was instructions of not diving into swimming pool, but when 2-3 girls went to the water with only putting their feets under water, though they dipped only their legs till ankle above and less than knee but they were forced to walk away from swimming pool. Inspite of convinced the guard he is not listening to them. I won't recommend anyone for Area 83.

Place looks to be great. Was their for one marriage reception and duration of my stay was very short to comment.

Amazing place to hangout with friends especially if you are looking for some good fun games. We were amazed by how much fun this place is to offer with variety of games like paintball, human foosball, archery, kayaking, giant swing etc. Ask for Akash (guide at area83) he was an amazing guy who helped us with most of the games and area 83 wouldn’t have been amazing without his company. Would surely return to this place.

Poor experience. There is a huge disconnect between sales and front desk staff who quite crass and rude to be honest. The food was terribly bad. Costs are also quite high overall. I wouldn't recommend the stay over at all.

It's expensive.not suitable for low and middle income groups.good thing is that the package they charge covers every games in the resort including lunch and tea.it's a beautiful place and the main attraction is giant swing

I visited on 3rd week of October. I'm sharing my real time experiences.

Pros:
1. Good chalet for stays
2. Clean environment
3. They take special requests and address them while booking.

Cons:
1. You have to ask for welcome drink. No one will offer you.
2. The website has a different communication than the receptionist. A lot of things were promised on the website but the receptionist denied them. I told them to update their website with proper communication.
3. There's no directional board to tell you which way to go where.
4. Everything seemed too costly for the value they offered.
5. Food was average.
6. A lot of activities were closed.

Overall experience: waste of money.

Ambience is average and the food is below average I would definitely not recommend this place absolutely waste of time and money

It's a beautiful place to spend a day peacefully with your friends or family! The activities are good. I mainly liked sky swing. Even the food is good.

Not a worth the money, very less adventures games (6 games). There are far more better places at the price this cost. It would be better, if it had more adventures games. Not including Cricket or Football as you can play in playground.

Adventure lovers will definitely enjoy this place! They have lots of exciting adventure activities to offer. They serve buffet and I enjoyed their chicken biryani and Andhra chicken.

Amazing place for adventure lovers and big office or friend groups. The giant swing is the experience of a lifetime. Well laid out, gorgeous surroundings.

Good place for a day out, and there are some activities like paint ball, sky swing, human foosball and so on where u can spend a quality time.

It's great place for fun, amusement. Its great for family, friends, companies. All types of activities including adventure, outdoor, water events available. With a good quality and wide variety of breakfast lunch evening snacks. High swing is a great thrilling one. Many events to make you busy entire day.staffs are well trained and available all the time for the service.

Good place. Food quality and variety is surprisingly good for such a place. Activities can be increased. Also, better maintenence of water sports boats and equipments can be done.

They charge even for small things they literally charged 2500/-hourly for turning the football courts lights on wth.the girl receptionist wasn't even negotiating.

A fun place with amazing adventure sports. Affordable rates and great food. You can spend a full day and have amazing fun.and the staff are so friendly.and their is staff name called Aakash who is currently Incharge of Archery Sport.he s very friendly and guide us to cover all the sports. If needed much more fun and plan about covering all games do contact him once you go there.

I just called the resort to know the details a person named Mr. Angad was so rude in explaining and giving the details as if he is too busy.
As there were some doubts and I asked again so he said so rudely that I have explained you already and listen to me 1st reply was so rude and his pitch of voice was too high.

So as a 1st hand experience I dropped the idea to go there. Staff should be very courteous.

The place is a total bliss away from the city, the hospitality, and customer care is extremely good, in total a worth place, value for money, a must go️ pic by the beautiful lake

Really good adventure experience with the beautiful ambiance. Good for office team events too. The staff was extremely supportive and polite.

Place is good but food was not so good bathrooms were not maintained properly and even projector was not working properly, mike syatem too had a problem

The property is well maintained and clean. Had a great time with a group of 8. The games are all really fun and the numbers of games present will be able to keep you busy for a day at least (even 2). Only disadvantage was that food wasn't all that great. Besides that the staff were good and you will have a good time here when you visit with a group (5 at the very least).

The places is really good for group activities, family picnic, weekend gateways with nice food.
This place offers variety of adventure activities like water cycling, Kayaking, Giant swing, Rocket ejector, superman, Human football, archery tag, paintball, skyswing, Tree climbing, bubble soccer etc
Most of the activities offered are group activity and at affordable price. Though they have individual activities package as well, but its quite costly and have less options as compared to group activity

They also have place to stay and borne fire facilities (chargeable).
Needless to say all Covid protocol has been followed.

We were 4 people, so we took individual packages. We were welcome with welcome drink (lemonade) followed by Lunch and evening snacks. Lunch was buffet and have variety of options including rumali, tandoori rotis and phulkas.

Great place for a day outing (and for stay too). A very green and peaceful place with lots of adventures and fun activities. The staff was super supportive and polite. Pramodh was a fun guy who assisted us in the games.

Highly recommended.

When we visited 2 years back for evening snacks they have provided more varieties. On our recent visits only 2 types of biscuits Tea and Coffee. For lunch also food quality is poor. Most of the items are flooded with oil. Unlike other adventure places Area 83 is not providing any discounts always they are rigid in pricing part. They need to revisit their pricing for some of the adventure activities like 80 ft swing, it is 750+GST. Make the cost little competitive so that all lower middle class family members can also experience the resort environment rather than always trying to impress corporate audience. Please don't take this feedback in other way around. It's only our personal opinion and experience. Hopes team will take it as on a postive note and work on it - Thank you.

Tooo good for a day out in Bangalore. Hospitality was extremely good. I'm running short with words for what all they did! I'm honestly surprised. I never felt I was in Bangalore, I felt I quickly reached Coorg and was there for the whole day. Talking about adventure sports, god I've NOTHING to say, cz it's thaaaatttt good (add whatever adjectives you want). Having kayaking here in the city is unbelievable, but it was one memorable experience. Day out in area 83 will the marked to be the best day ever and will be cherished forever.
Id suggest anyone to go there as couple, team, family. A place not to miss visiting.
Special mention to the staff there- Prashant, Akash, many more who were very friendly.

Awesome place for Day Outing and night stay, all the staffs are very kind, especially in Adventures team (specially Akash he is very good in games and he can tell you what to do and what not to while playing the game), and the team is very experienced and, They make us all the games very interactive and enthusiastic,

One of the best resorts in Bangalore for adventure lovers. There are some mini adventure activities which are really good and safe. All facilities and the overall ambience is perfect:) There is scope for improvement in food. Akash and Dharshan from Adventure team were really ensuring our safety and constantly motivating which added to our overall brilliant experience.:)

Worth every single penny. Had an amazing experience. Good service. Especially the guide, Akash was super helpful and generously kind.

It was really amazing and faculty members really good was expecting much more games. And one thing disappointed was they charged my wife who was pregnant so requesting the management to do understand it may be the people of some other issues do understand thank you

It was a good choice for a day out. We booked adventures package and enjoyed a lot, must try.

Food: Breakfast was average. Lunch was bad. No good options. Lunch starts strictly at 1: 30pm. So if you are used to having early lunch daily, good luck!
Team building activities: it is done to waste time so that other bookings can enjoy the limited amnities. They take out half day in this. Avoid at all cost.
Grounds: 3 namesake grounds. Very small in size. We had plans to play cricket and couldn't manage to do it since it's shared between archery, bubble soccer and other paid games.
Swimming pool: The worst experience. They maintain 5.7 feet (although manager claims 5.5 and his staff pool side claimed 5 feet). We, a group of 15-20 ppl using itirequested to reduced deptg by pumping out water. But no use
Non-swimmers can just stand in water. The staff is very rude. We were not allowed to put shoes in dry areas after swimming (we tried sitting in 2 places). The changing room can't accommodate more than 3 persons and did not even have single hanging point to put dry clothes while changing.
Snacks: we informed before hand about us leaving early. Even though high tea was part of the package, they failed to deliver it before 3: 30.
In the end the manager at reception asked for apologies. But we are not getting another day to spend, and he is completely out of sync with what his staff tell.
Had visited this place in 2011. Things have changed a lot since then. Would never come again and strongly recommend others to look for other resorts.

One of the most lovely places to stay and have an activity. They are quite professional and employ national sportsmen and scouts. Lovely food and a breathtaking lake.

Though the setup is brilliant, the management seems pretty greedy and they overbook. When we went, there were almost 6 other companies that had bookings. Their staff, though courteous, lack time and material management skills. They also follow a standard lunch break for all of their staff instead of batches which we feel is insane as they are supposed to manage multiple companies that have booked and all the people have to wait for over 40 minutes which is an absolute waste of time.

Calm and peaceful. Outside the traffic to a different world.place is maintained well, the lake side buffet makes it real fun to visit. Though food must improved a lot, the scenic peace over shadows it. I was here for a corporate outing for which we had a blast with team building activities.must visit even for families.

Jungle kinda feelin with lake kayaking, jumping, swinging, human Foos Ball, etc activities. It also has cottages for the stay. All in all a forest experience in the city.

Good place for a time off. Was there as part of a team off-site, but not a bad option for a peaceful family outing. I enjoyed the kayaking there except when our kayak got stuck on top of a rock (we managed to push it back). Overall a good experience for both people looking for a lazy outing or a bit of adventure.

This is great place for family outing as well as for corporate team outing. Its a huge area in the lap of nature including a huge lake where you can do kayaking. If you stay overnight, you can do camping and bonfire. For corporate outing, they offer a range of sports/team building activities like human foosball, bubble soccer, archery, paintball etc. They are real fun. Also, there are cricket pitch, soccer ground, table tennis board, badminton court. The food is decent here and amount they charge is totally worthwhile.

Huge place a day isn't enough to cover the entire activities. Good staff. Food is not at all up to the mark. 3* based on the food. Or else it's a very good place to visit for people staying closer to this

Really loved it.lot of games.not very adventurous.but real fun.great place to go out for team outings.food was also good on that particular day.but the usual reviews say that food isn't great.so can't assure that.but worth it.we tried Archery, bubble soccer, human foosball, paintball, Kayaking, rocket ejector and also played in the pool.they accommodate close to 350 persons everyday.the volunteers were really good.carried out their work professionally.it is around Bannergatta road.

Excellent place for team building activities. We had a corporate event. The price was also very attractive. The event coordinators also did a good job.

The place is situated admist lush greenary and adjacent to a small lake. The adventure activities like Giant swing, Rocket ejector, Kayaking etc.were really good. The only drawback is the pathetic service. The staff kept on giving some or the other excuses for non-delivery of required services. Food delivery getting 2 hours delayed, non-functional geyser (which the manager kept lying to us that people are working on it, but later we found out that they had no intention of repairing). This is not something you expect after paying such a premium.

Bangalore's hidden treasure. Never knew it until this visit. Next door destination. Do not have to travel far. Very beautiful lake where you can do kayaking

Pros: It's kind of nest in nature. Good place for a team outing. They have well trained instructor. Above avg food.location is great. Near to the city.
Cons: uniforms for paint ball stinks.no hygiene at all. They shld examing ground for paint ball little more careful as one of my colleagues twisted her leg because of a pot hole.the instructors are trained for giving first hand relief though
