Had a bad experience living here in A-1303, Landlord Name Kiran Thomas.

Beware - If you are looking to buy/rent this house.

He terminated the lease coz he wanted to sell the house. Later ate a portion of security deposit, when ideally I should have been paid.

Here since over a month, and the how the backup doesn't kick-in seamlessly after the powercut is quite painful; it effects quite possibly every activity.

And powercut happens 3-5 times a day.

This needs to be fixed.

I rented here for a year. 1st floor.good people. I call this a good retirement place. Not much happens here. Spacious balconies, 1 per master bedroom and hall. Pool is on the roof and the depth is so low that your feet touches the ground when you try to swim. I stay up late so I order food from outside. After 11AM they do not allow any delivery, that was a bummer for me.
Nowadays everything gets delivered to your doorstep so the connectivity is not a concern for me.noisy chorus singing school behind, an hour a day.
If you buy to stay, then please do these adjustments
1. Replace all the buttons with panasonic or better
2. Replace all the faucets
3. Install separate geyser per bathroom, big or family size.
4. Replace the whole window slider set in the hall and all the bedrooms with tough and better quality sliders. They rattle at slight wind.
5. UPS point.
6. Ethernet cable, fiber, cable connection cables in all rooms.
7. Walls between master bedroom and bathroom has water creeps through them, means the paint keeps falling. I suggest waterproofing your bathroom walls from outside.

This is a great set-up in one of the more recently developed areas of Bangalore. The apartments are spacious and the whole site is very clean.

Very good amenities, spacious parking garage. Small downsides are the tight turn to get out of the parking garage, and the elevators can close suddenly and quickly.

Security is good: The guards are friendly and there is a good and safe system in place to keep the grounds secure.
