The prices are not worthy of what they are providing. It’s almost 3.5x of what they are providing. Linley water bottle 1l is 70 rs (I mean come in). There are very limited options for Vegetarians (not even limited) very few.

Ordered fried chicken and got necks backbones and all bones from a chicken,
After making the payment just told the guy as a feedback but the guy said it’s like this only!

I didn't like the food at all, I have been in Korea and here in India and also frequently visited Korean restaurants. I thought to try Arirang this time with my family, my kids are big fans of Korean food, but we got disappointed.food was tasteless and not presented as expected. The staff is good but in a restaurant food is important. Dont plan only for soju

The food is good and the ambience is pleasant. But I don’t recommend the floor seating if you’re wearing jeans. And it’s toooooo expensive.

The place doesn't look anything in the photos here. It was dusty and not so clean. I wish they had a better ambience to enjoy the good food. The food was tasty but I was not able to enjoy it because of the poorly maintained restaurant. It will be good for a takeout though.

I was very excited to try soju & the main reason for me to visit this place, the staffs are really lovely but the food isn’t great. I never knew I could hate any dish with chicken but this place proved me wrong, we spent over 5k here but it definitely wasn’t worth it. Wouldn’t really recommend it for anyone Especially if you are trying Korean food for the first time.

Arirang is by far the best for Korean food for me in Banglore. Loved the service. The place has a few rooms, inside floor seating and tables as well.
I especially loved the cold buckwheat noodles.

Dislaimer: we favour Chinese over Korean cuisine. That said, we find this place quite overrated. The ambience wasn't pleasant at all, and we found ourselves sweating on a hot afternoon. The service was average, and the food even more so. We were crestfallen to find ourselves charged a fortune for this very lousy experience.

I liked the restaurant a lot and it really gave a very good korean vibe. You even get soju here. The quality of the food is really good. Loved it.

The place gives a nice traditional feeling of a korean restarunt and the food is really good the sides as well as the main course.they give it in a large quantity so i would suggest whoever would want to go there go in groups that way everyone can finish the food easily

This is the best Korean restaurant even i have ever seen in Bangalore, if you are interested in Korean food, you must visit it once.

I dont know whether the food is really good or not as I have never tried Korean Cuisine before. But I am extremely disappointed at the unbearable attitude shown by the waiters. Right from getting our orders to paying bill they have shown kind of indifference. The tone was intimidating and was sniggering at us while we asked our doubts.

My friend and I visited the restaurant today ie August 30,2022 at 8: 30 pm.

Horrible customer service and poor hygiene.
Food is expensive. So please dismiss the service guys and up bring the standard.

They serve good quantity and authentic Korean restaurant. But prices are on the higher end. I didn't like the hygiene of the place and the customer service.

The portion size is great!
They have the best gimbap and Korean fried chicken!
This is my third time and the quality still stands great.
Inhouse tofu and the little sides that come as a part of every meal are delicious.
If you're going to have hotpot- make sure to take more than 2 people- it is huge!

From watching people eating food in Korean dramas to actually eating Korean cuisine was a dream come true for me.
The food is good with a variety of options to choose from.

Came here on a Sunday at 12: 30pm. The place smelled foul from the raw meat downstairs. Upon entry, the receptionist was busy on the phone and blatantly told us that the place was closed without any other reason. The board outside mentioned that they are closed on Mondays, not Sundays. It was embarrassing as I came there with an expat. Wouldn’t come there again based on the first impression.

This place is one of those quintessential places that fleece you in the name of authenticity and serve you frozen packaged food. Don't go here! It's a rip off amongst many other things

Authentic Korean experience. They have the floor seating and the regular dining tables and chairs that you can choose from. I wanted to have something vegetarian which was quite difficult as most options were non-vegetarian so Kimchi noodles came to my rescue and it didn't disappoint. Service was good too. Loved my time here would visit again for sure.

It's a lovely little place with very good food. Just the ambience leaves an little to be desired. Maden up for with very helpful and courteous staff.

Nothing exceptional to give a 5 star rating. The place is over priced for the quality. As someone who have stayed in Seoul and many parts of South Korea, the food is a let down. The taste is not quite upto the mark. If the argument that you don't get good Korean ingredients here, then other restaurants serving Korean should also have had similar problems. But that's not the case. Soorasang and Hi Seoul still gives better & authentic stuff.

The Korean Food Spices are pretty different from Indian ones.
Most of the korean dishes belong to non-veg category. So if you are a non-vegetarian, you will have a lot of options.
Even for Vegetarians, there a certain options in noodles and main dishes.
The restaurant has great vibe of korean culture. The staff communicates in English.
The Food is served well, Good Hygiene.
Soju and other alcoholic beverages available here.

Hello Arirang! The food was good but majorly disappointed for the way staffs acted. They simply ignored our order when it wasn't even time for the kitchen to close any sooner. No proper etiquette and cordial communication was played on the part of the staffs. Therefore, I would kindly request the person in- charge to look into this said issue.

The place was not clean and had a bad smell. It was 45 minutes until closing and the staff was impatient and not helpful. The food was okay, not great!

Really disappointed today. It was around 9: 30 pm when we were told the kitchen was closed. We have been eating and we wanted to order other items. The waiter should’ve told us if we wanted to order anything else as the kitchen is closing. He didn’t inform us or anything and it was written that kitchen closes at 10 pm. We went back without a full stomach. Travelled around 13 kms to eat at Arirang, just to be disappointed. I gave 2 stars because the food was good.

The location was a little difficult to find, since it was tucked away in a side lane by the main road. The entry is, let's say, unassuming.i found the dinning room a little drab, needs a paint refresh and it could be cleaner too.
For the food, it was good. We had jjajangmyeon, bibimbap, octopus and beef dishes. Portions were good, taste was good and service was fast too.
The staff were friendly and discreet. I like the little bells they have on each table to summon the waiters and staff. Quite a good idea.
Overall, a good experience. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is on the cleanliness of the dining room, it's not that dirty mind you. But it could be brighter and cleaner than it was when we went.
I will definitely go back.
PS: parking on the very busy kamanahalli main road is a struggle and prepare to dive around for a while until you find a spot.

Funny and small place, high price, not an authentic food, poor staff behavior, but then just my personal experience and opinion.

I'm a lover of Korean food and have travelled to Korea to have authentic korean food. I was quite disappointed at the food here. The gimbap was so small and sad, with such less filling, mostly rice. The tukbogi tasted like tomatoes and it tasted like it from an instant package and the kimmari was not crispy at all. Like it was just frozen kimmari. Very disappointed, specially since the food is quite expensive. I would recommend Hi Seoul restaurant over this place.

Amazing experience every time I go. And this time after a gap of 3yrs or more but never failed for them to win my heart. Best Korean restaurant in the city. I had nostalgic feeling of the place from my first visits in 2015. The foods are amazingly good and yummy. Wide variety of Korean stew, grills on the menu to go along. This time was a lunch so didn’t had much time. I enjoyed it a lot. Thanks guys and keep rocking.

Did get crowded on a Sunday evening despite heavy rain showers. Food is good and hence explains this place has its patrons. It is on the pricier side considering exclusivity associated with Korean food. But somehow the ambiance or the service does not justify it. So take a pick, there are other Korean restaurants in the vicinity, found them to be as good or better and yet better value for money. But both Korean restaurants have similar ambiance.

Authentic Korean Food and Experience. They serve chicken, beef, pork and fish. You can choose to eat with a chop sticks or with spoon & fork

Would definitely recommend the Hot Stone Bibimbap (Pork & Chicken), BBQ Sweet Sauce (Pork) and the Spicy Grill Chicken. Incase you want to eat Gimbap (kinda looks like Sushi), please know that it is mixed with Fish Sauce.

The cost for two will be above Rs. 1500 easily as the cost per any dish is more than Rs. 650. They do serve wine and other alcohols. They also serve the famous Korean Soju and Sake.

The service can improve the food and the quantity I would suggest you order one item at a time the gimbap and Korean fried chicken is a must try

A must try for all the korean fanatics, They serve authentic korean food, service is a little slow, but apart from that the food is worth it!

The food is really good, very authentic and yummy tteokboki. It serves more than 3 people and the kimbap is really good aswell, soju wasn't available at that point. The prices are worth the quanity and overall great ambience and food

My first post was in 2016/17 (which was a 5star rating)

4yrs later. OMG not sure if it is Covid or lack of interest. It's evolved in Indian Korean food much like Indian Chinese. Disappointed beyond words. We ordered japchae which turned out to be a lot like the maggi we make at home ans tender pork belly, which I tugged at for the longest time and finally gave up.
You can definitely give this restaurant a miss?

The food was amazing. Offers a wide variety of Korean dishes. Portion sizes are really good. Staff was also really friendly and helped us choose.

I really want to say thank you to the staffs out there. They are very polite n humble and amazing and outstanding. Thank you for the great service.

Japchae and tofu was not so good here.some items weren't available when I went, like Gimbap. Rates are high.quite fast service.ambience is good.hygiene is normal. One suggestion by me is that they can reduce the quantity and which reduce the cost of single dish which makes customers to try more dishes. Add try adding Rameyon to the menu. Just ok ok experience.
