PLEASE DO NOT TAKE AN APPOINTMENT HERE! THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THE TIMINGS, ONE OF THE WORST MANAGEMENT I HAVE EVER SEEN, If I ask the manager incharge, with a very casual attitude he says "it's common to wait for 1-2 hours even with the appointment", No one bothers to attend to you in the reception, very sad by such a bad experience, never visiting here again, and I suggest each and everyone of you reading this review please do NOT VISIT HERE.

I would recommend this clinic. Please visit Dr Praveen Ramachandran sir very Humble and down to earth. Excellent treatment.

Very saddened by the experience here, no one follows the timings here, you take an appointment or not you will have to wait for 2hrs, all the staff have very bad attitude, no one tries to even address you here, never going back here again.

I met with an accident I been admitted kolkata where I didn't get good treatment.so I admitted here. In arka hospital under Dr Adithya I appreciate his work and Saritha ot staff was very helpful and taken care of me very well thank u staffs, nurses, and doctors well

Best place to get your Diabetes and Thyroid treatment. Dr Praveen is the best. He has great understanding about the disease and medication.

We have consulted Dr.praveen Kumar. Due to thyroid for my mother. I would highly recommend not to visit again. Because they charge highly. They have made hospital as a mall. They have mentioned a post saying that "complimentary test" i.e weight n bp.she will note down these all things.then you will go to one more doctor might be he is practitioner. He will just listen everything take few notes and send you to next doctor i.e dr.praveen he will Google the tablet names. The reviews are paid reviews never believe them and go to hospital, he doesn't have any solution for your medical queries.he will just listen and say few tests. It's waste of time and money. Never visit the hospital.

It's a good and clean environment, all staff members and the doctors are treating the patients in friendly way it's good for the patients to recover so quickly.
