Absolutely unprofessional trainer specifically Alex and Disrespectful front desk staff to not keep clients in loop and not passing right informations and keeping clients confused! Overall I was quiet client who had been following gym etiquette and training with discipline, while i was absolutely disrespected and was asked not to workout and leave the gym premises because of a renewal issue, (while i was out of station and asked a specific trainer to inform the front desk that i shall be back from my vacation and renew my membership) but the trainer failed to inform the staff or front desk and kept dodging my messages of me requesting to know what was happening.very cheap and unprofessional and absolutely disrespectfully treated especially for someone who trained with integrity n discipline.it would be better if the owner knows what his staffs on floor are capable and are disrespecting clients who are regular and discipled.very unexpected and sad! I have successfully dodged friends i know to stay away from an unethical and unprofessional gym where owner isnt aware about the scenario and asks the front desk to hold the membership and after all the disrespect no one even bothers to apologise.

It’s a great experience with the Arnold fitness. The staff is really good (Niriksha, Keerthan) they have a good knowledge about all the programs you want to do even they are very helpful for the same time. I would recommend to join Arnold fitness Mysore Siddhartha layout.

NO PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL.
I have been going there since almost a year only because I was stuck with the annual membership and finally left midway due to lack of professionalism.
Very common and basic equipments which you see in any other basic gym, joined there only for the area it is located in and the ambience.
Not very tidy, washroom is not clean most of the time, water supply issue, steam never works, half of the staff don't care about what you're doing, not a good environment. Small issues that could be improved with some care, never gets any attention and is ignored by the management. Overall, Extremely Poor Service.
No certified trainers, you get no respect as a member. They keep asking you to get people to join for Membership or take Personal Training for their income every now and then lol.
Will strictly never recommend this gym to anyone due to the following issues.
A lot of people complain.
Most of the staff don't spot for you or correct the form of exercises until and unless you've taken their Personal Training. And if you yourself try to help anyone who is struggling or ask you for help themselves and not approach the ignorant staff there due to their behaviour, they don't allow you to help others and come at you, since they want you to take their expensive personal training.
You get Zero Respect and no support from them, (leaving a few new trainers) especially if you are Young or a Beginner.
Their whole motive is to get more income through PT or membership and nothing else.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
Being a Certified Trainer and Nutritionist myself, I will not recommend this gym.

I have a great experience from this gym. They maintain good environment and they creat a healthy environment in and around. All the trainers are very professional and well behaved. Service is provided gives justice for the fees paid. I highly suggest you to go and checkout this place if you are looking for the best gym

One of the best Gyms I have been to, the service and the trainers are really good. Not only in the service are they good hygiene wise also they have maintained it really well. Management also very cooperative and Understanding!
