Aroma Caterers & Event Managers

We used Aroma Cateres for our office Onam celebration on September 4.
They arrived before time and came with everything from water bottles to banana leaf to disposable table sheet. The food was yummy, though we did run out of banana and papadam but it did not matter much as the payasams they served was top notch.

Very poor service. We had ordered food for 290 people for an onam function. The service started one hour late. Then most of the food items got over when first100 people were served. Then the supervisor got I D porattas which were served uncooked. And after all this there was not even an apology from them.very very bad

Totally unreliable caterer. We ordered veg buffet dinner for 290 people at our society for an Onam event. They were supposed to arrive at 5.30 pm. They finally did 2 hours later by which time there was a long queue of impatient folks waiting for food. The set up was further delayed by a totally unprofessional catering staff. Some of us had to get behind the counters to speed things up. And then after about 70 people ate, some of the main items started getting over and they had no provision for replenishment. They went out to buy third rate stuff from elsewhere as replacement. Their management didn't have even the basic courtesy to call up and apologise for this major goof up. Please think twice before availing their services. Better to go for a good, reliable caterer even if you have to pay more.

Looking at all the high rating on Google, we decided to give an order for 300 people In our society. First of all these guys came an hour late to the venue. These folks goofed up and food started getting over after serving 70-80 people. The folks went to nearby shop and got ID readymade food items and started serving the guests. Curries got over half way and the guests got agitated. All high rating in Google fooled us. Please do think twice before going with these guys

Mr Rolent did a very good job with catering and decorations for my son's baptism. I personally love the biryani that he makes and would recommend trying out the same. Mr Rolent has exceptional skills in coordinating different activities be it catering or decorations. He ensures that everything is executed well on time! Keep up the good work mate.

They have own kichen and packages are affordable. Apart from catering they do have aroma gown factory

Worst response by the owner, don't give any order or service to this team, always show off as busy people, not even responding for calls/messages.not worthy candidate for any type of events

I took their service for the House warming ceremony yesterday and I thank Roland and Shyam for their excellent service which exceeds my expectations. All the guests were happy and praised us.

Extremely nice service, no panic, well before the function all arrangements were done and absolutely we never had any arguments or issues.

My Sons birthday events catering was done by Aroma, both Veg and non veg items were cooked deliciously and service was very decent and professional. My apartment didn’t let them bring the food truck all the way to banquet hall but none of them complained and managed to bring all the food from main gate to hall on their own, I really appreciate such professionalism

They had done complete justice to my wedding outfit. I contacted them when it was hardly a week for my marriage. In 5-6 days, they had done an amazing job.

Aromas helped make my dream wedding gown. Special thanks to Ms. Femi who took extra care in helping me design my gown. The flower girl dresses were also made beautifully. I was extremely satisfied and happy with services provided.

We had a very bad experience with them.they charged us unreasonable rate with few spreads. (only chicken and veg). When we asked them to add one more non veg, they charged high rate for that dish also.they slapped us a huge amont, nearly 27000 during the last week of the function.on top of that they were very rude.since it was the last week, we couldn't change them.on the day of the function, they were very late.in spite of calling them many times, they pick up the phone.it only raised our BP. And much worse one of the guests found a cockroach in the veg curry.out of courtsey they told us after 2 days.it was very embarrassing
plz don't take them for catering.customer service was very bad. I would give them zero rating.
