The one thing about today's generation is they are impulsive and not interested in spirituality I think this program has been a great kickstart to start working on this aspect of life.

Life changing Program!
It was a great experience for me,
Vasanth and Nandini were the best facilitators who made us feel every single moment in the program.

Recently completed the happiness program. Thoroughly enjoyed the program, lots of takeaways. Definitely needs regular practice for results but the tools are very simple effective. These 4 days of program made me calmer, sleep soundly and the breathing techniques definitely helped with me with my sinus issues.
Vasant ji was a superb trainer and am really glad to have gotten in touch with him.

I did the Sudarshana kriya 4 day/ 8 hour online course conducted by Mr Diwakar. With all his 15 years of experience, Mr Diwakar was able to let us all know the need for Pranayama and how with the help of our breath, we can control the mind and body.

Always available for clarifying any of our doubts and with a very nice temperament, I feel good to have taken the course.

Satisfied as much as Iam, I have also been referring Mr Diwakar to all my friends.

Sudarshan Kriya is a simple and effective breath control technique for wellbeing. The method was clearly explained by the teacher. The course was online and conducted very nicely as though it was a normal class. One could feel the effect of the system during the sessions itself.

Happiness program - Recharging our soul

Just like we recharge our phones and laptops, our soul and mind needs a recharge too. Happiness program helps you to refresh your soul and mind.
For me, it taught the technique to control my mind. It helped me feel better and fresh.
I really liked the breathing exercises and the meditation part of the course. I felt calm after practicing it.
They teach various breathing exercises or pranayamas. The main part of the course is Sudarshan Kriya which is an amalgamation of breathing techniques and meditation. There are some simple warm up exercises, and teach us some basics about good living and life perspectives.

The course was conducted in a professional way. Time was respected. Things were explained before performing the activities so that we got to know what we were undergoing in the course. Though the course was online care was taken to monitor and check if we were performing correctly.
My day to day professional work has a lot of mental stress and anxiety. I have already seen the differences and I’m able to stay calm and focused. My sleep pattern has improved.

Had a detailed nd complete guide for beginners like me. Before starting this "Happiness program" by Art Of Living, I never thought/imagined that I would ever be able to meditate. Now after taking part in the program, by following every instructions by the teachers & learning the technique of Asanas, Pranayama & Sudarshanakriya for just 4 days, I have changed that perspective about myself because now I'm not just doing meditation but also I could feel so much of calmness & relaxation which I consider it as a gift for myself through meditation. I don't want to stop it here as I feel like I'm at the right place with the right people at a right time!
I will continue my journey in this to experience the miracles of guided meditation & Sudarshanakriya.

Sudharshan kriya is wonderful. In a short span of three days I was previlaged to get a glimpse of the self I have been trying to learn theoretically for the last 5 years. One can correlate vedanta tatva and yoga tatva so well. Wondering what bliss jnanis, ascetics, monks, siddhas and yogis might experience, if a commoner like I can experience the bliss of the unchangeable in a day or two's meditation!

I was introduced to the AOL happiness program in August 2020. I have already completed both happiness program and advance meditation program.

Happiness program is a unique program which teaches the profound breathing techniques which helps to dissolve stress and calm our mind. The benefits I am enjoying by practising the techniques daily are phenomenal. My allergy problem has vanished completely and I am more energetic day throughout. Teacher Sanath ji was very professional and communicated the techniques to the best.

Moving further, I was enthusiastic to take up the Advance program too, considering the advantages of meditation and silencing. "Silence" was the best part of the program, which "must" be experienced.

One will experience the divinity to the best during each meditation practice in guruji's voice. After each practice, we experience the complete emptiness of the mind and feels like imbibing the complete cosmic energy surrounding us.

It is just two days I have started my practice and want to continue and enjoy its side effects
"CALM MIND" and being in "PRESENT MOMENT".

If we are serious in changing our health destiny, enjoy the clarity of mind and a joyous life, these are the two programs one must undergo.

It was wonderful experience for me, if you're life need happiness, please take this class. Go with 100 percent effort, you will get 200 percent result, sudarshana kriya is the one of the greatest meditation.

I got a chance to attend Happiness program conducted by Art of Living. It was really a great experience. In everybody's life there will be a certain period/ time / situations where we feel that we are lost somewhere in the busy stressful life & just living like a machine. But this program guided me with such a positive energy & relaxed mind & body. It was only 2 to 2 1/2 hrs session for 4 days, but it totally changed my stressed & strained mind to peaceful & calm mind. If these 4 days can do these much changes in us, then it can do wonders in our life if we do pranayamas & kriyas as our daily routine. I am really thankful to the teachers who guided me with full positive energy throughout the sessions. More than putting it in words, I really wish every one should experience this wonderful session.
