I was in artech more Thn 2 + Years. It’s a very good organisation no micromanagement, people are very friendly manager leads even though BU Head.

I loved my days whn I was working with Artech.

Artech is the best place to grow your talent and there is a good Incentive Process and Appraisal Policies based on your performance. Treating all Employees equally.
Proper Follow Up is not there for employees deployed in Client place which is resulting in confusion from Artech OBHR Team

Horrible company, when u leave the company they give the reason and cut all the money. Work environment is honestly worse!

Salary problem. I have shown my commitment under this extraordinary consultancy for two long years. During the relieving time, they promised to credit the last working salary with in 30 - 60 days. It's been 120 days and still did not receive my salary.

Worst experience! Even after you leave the org, you don't get your FNF paid correctly on time. I don't suggest anyone to join and work here.

I see the company is not taking care of their employees properly.their will be ladies working still nights and after 6PM atleast you have to provide basic CAB since i am employee of your company I am reviewing it we have raised issue with company still this is happening Why? I hope you know how far your employees coming from.please be caution before it happens something.

I worked here starting June 2021 to December 2021, worst company to work for there is no proper hiring done they delayed the joining for 3 months and there was no salary credited on time for everything I had to follow up every month this company was taking salary on my behalf on time from Wellsfargo where I was deputed, wellsfargo for even paying me shift allowance which I had to ask artech to pay me. Worst experience and they had promised everyone joined that if the contract is not completed from deputed company they will make sure that we will not be jobless which was a big lie some of my colleagues were asked to leave from wellsfargo due to Wellsfargo’s internal management problem. Artech also released them immediately. I was safe but still I left because this company has no ethics

Worst consultant company ever seen, It's been 4 months I left under this consulting, Still not fnf clearance, Now they are saying No FNF will be provide, Worst HR team, Don't go for it.

They work as 3rd party vendor to few organisations, when u serve your notice period and leave this organisation you will not be paid, they won’t pick up your calls and they don’t respond to your emails. Do not ever get into this one it’s a trap!

Horrible company since they took my interview twice and rejected me without showing me in which area I am lacking
I have cracked so many interviews and I know my potential and shortcomes too but giving hopes to candidates and then rejecting them on what basis I really cannot understand. A particular person may not be good in everything and everything needs time so learning makes a person better and if we do not get that from any organisation I think it is the mistake of the organisation and not of the employee because they cannot train their employees properly. Also I got to know that Artech is the largest woman-owned IT staffing company and as a woman giving interview in this organisation I would rather say was a waste of time and seriously this kind of rejection which i got from the hr literally gave me a trauma.

The Female security in the gate no - 3 (Cyber Park No - 76 and 77) has very rude behavior to anyone entering the office. Except that the other employees in the 1st floor Mr. Edison (Security) and Shabaz (Artech IT Team) has a good humanity etiquette.

Worst Consultancy, rescheduled the interview thrice and still interviewer did not join, Recruiter giving lame excuses. I wonder how clients like Mcafee work with these guys.

It's a great experience to be part of Artech family. No micro management Friendly team leads, managers & colleagues. They give us freedom to work. Good incentive structure. Management supported me in every decision. I worked here 1+years and wonderful experience.

The worst consultancy ever especially HR. They will steal your salary and extra allowance. No proper response from anybody. Worst experience with them. Initially for a month it was good, post that they are showing their true color of stealing our salaries. Please be aware guys. Don’t let your hardworking end up vainly

ARTECH is No. 1 Fraud Payroll in India They Looted my 3 months salary.and Generated salary payslips without money in ARTECH ESS portal. Be were with ARTECH friends YOU don't submit your laptop untill full of salary paid. They Will eat your 2,3 months of salary without shame.

No proper time sense for HR team.

Worst company. The HR Sangeetha does not even know how to hire the candidates. She purposefully rejects everyone. Do not waste your time to attend the interview here.

Please do not waste your time giving interview in Artech. They will take your interview, will give immediate feedback regarding selection. They will say the budget is approved. Post that they will make you wait for offer for many days and again they will tell they didn't get approval.

I had faced this recently. I was called for interview from a person named Deepa, for 2nd round I met another lady (Forgot the name) and final round was taken by Ms. Priyanka. I was first told i will offer on Monday, which I didn't get. Post that everyday there was some or different excuses what I heard. One day Ms. Deepa was on leave, one day portal was not working, one day Ms Priyanka went on leave, the very next day Priyanka was at client location. Eventually Deepa told the budget was not approved. It was 1st of this type of experience for me. Their process is really ridiculous and not proper. So please do not waste your time.

Good environment, learning opportunity is good for freshers and the management is decent approachable and responsive.

I worked here for almost 3 years. I have learnt many things with respect to new technology. Artech is a great platform for freshers.

Join if you don't have any option left.
They are good until you are working on their payroll. As you are out of their payroll (either converted to client or resigned) they will cut unnecessary money from your due salary as form of due tax. This deducted tax is also not submitted to Income tax.
Their finance team is extremely bad.

They deduct unnecessary tax (like if you joined in january and your CTC is 10LPA then ideally they should deduct tax only for three months salary paid, but they will not do like this. They will deduct tax on your complete CTC on pro data basis.

There is no insurance for family (like wife and kids)
Finance team never replies to your query, you have to send multiple mails like 20-30 mails (even if you got reply then lucky)

One good this, their HR SPOC person is good. They will help but turn around time is very high as they are also dependent on Finance dept for clearing dues.

Don't know why these guys conduct interviews, even though you have enough communication skills they won't select you, may be they're expecting Americans to with here, actually they even won't hear when you're taking they select just blindly like pre-planning or like that. Wasted

They gave me a offer letter. They told to join with in 2 days. I resigned my old company I went Artech they told to wait for 3 days, now they are telling Project is on hold will try to deploy other client. Now I am jobless from 1 months. Please don't go for this consultancy.

I was attend to my campus drive of this company don't know why these people are wasting much time. I attend for interview by 9: 00am and they make students wait for 2hrs and they conduct by 11: 00am as it is a walk-in crowdy people came, around 800 people came and 2 recruiters came to interview these 800 people how funny and they complete it by night 11: 00 overall they took 12hrs to hire 3people, so sad! And job role is not a big dept like analysis or data scientist for the job role of hr they took 12 hrs time. I think it's better for the people who are working in this company to learn about the interview skills and time management to hire or to interview the candidates and please learn about the value of time

I'm sharing the incident happened during interview. I don't know on what criteria they were hiring. They have conducted 3 rounds of interview in which all the 3 rounds are same. No change in questions or the person who asks questions. We went @ 9.30 am and we returned back @ 9: 30 pm. I personally feel i wasted whole day waiting for 2 round and 3 rd round. And they called for 3rd round and asked the same question and told that I'm selected and there is gonna be a manager round in Skype the next day. I waited whole day for the Skype call, i i drafted mail to the concerned hr but no response. I tried to contact the person who took the interview. No use. I searched the recruiters on LinkedIn in and sent a message.

My only request form artech is
Stop wasting time of candidates by conducting interviews which don't have a proper feedback, time=money
Atleast respond to mail as we can look farward to search for other opportunities.
Don't try to bluff or give hopes to candidates if you think they are not right fit for the organisation
Last and important. Kindly change the recruitment team.
These guys don't know how to conduct interviews,
Don't know how to distribute work,
If a walk-in is going on and it is expected to have bulk number of candidates appearing. They should distribute it in such a way that pannel interview should be arranged. Batch wise.
The results are not declared even after final round of interview.

I request the manager or top level management to consider my feedback on top priority and assign people who don't spoil the name and fame of the company.

Its been 1 year i have been associated with the Artech, initially i had a good opinion about the solution, but now they do not respond to the requests even after too long follow ups. They are not transparent about the process. Please respond to the resources as early as possible.: (

Irresponsible people. Never take their interview call letter seriously. They will spoil your day entirely. You won't find any interviews going there once you reach the venue.
Also, they will keep irritating you till you reach the venue. When you find no interviews are going at the venue, then they will just apologies saying that we had some miscommunication with client and interview panel is not available.
Don't believe these people and don't go to any company for interview scheduled by this consulting company.

Don't every work with Artec and also if the client is finfort.

These two company are such like worst company ever I have seen.

Ek number ka ghatia company he artech and Finfort. They have not given salary from 3 months and when I am asking Artech is telling that contact with client.

Don't join Artech info system pvt ltd as Payroll company. Pay is very less due to many deductions. After getting hike also take home has increased with 27 RS. Client people are paying per month 29k. But artech paying 16k per month. 5600 is deductions. Deduction are 2 times of PF and ESI. Employee gratuity is 560 rs.
