They are not interested in helping people by any payment modes, but instead to save the charges of credit card they stopped accepting credit cards also.

It was very Pathetic visit.

They are only interested in making money. I don't know how people give 5 stars for such hospitals.

This is our first visit to the hospital, and the experience was really great.the staff were so friendly and helpful Felt safe with every step that was taken. A 10/10 on the hygiene!

I had come on emergency and i have visited here 2-3 times. But emergency service is not good. I was having fever n was shivering like anything. N there is no concession to enter before other patients.
So pathetic. I agree we should wait for reports but for consultation they don't allow even if ur in critical position. Same way we ourselves have to stand in Q for medicines. That help service is also not provided.
Karwar needs a good hospital like KMC Manipal.
And Karwarian are so pathetic that they don't even help anyone at hospital.

Good hospital clean and well equipped.
Doctors provide proper medications unlike some doctors who give lots and lots of medicine that doesn't cure any disease.
There can be delay in appointments sometimes but the treatment provided is up to the mark.

There is no value to patient time. The board says 4.30 PM consultation starts. Staff will give you call to come by 4.00 PM docter will reach around 5 PM.

Spouse is not allowed when carrying women go for consultation. Dr Amruta Kamath is knowledgable but not patient friendly. Which makes you feel uncomfertable.

Staff nurses are overloaded. They are more than patients.

However if you are looking got clean hospitsl you csn choose this.

Medicine advised here not available in any other medical shop another drawback.

Patient’s appointment is given at 4pm from the staff and re-confirmed at 2pm. We travelled from outskirts of karwar and arrived 10min before the given time. It’s 4.50pm now and the doctor is not yet here. Question is who is irresponsible The doctor? Or the staff who cannot manage the appointments efficiently? There is no value for patients and their relatives time and their pain? Or the doctors think only about their comfort? Hope this review can help to make improvements and other patients do not suffer same as us. If you cannot treat all patients same time then don’t give appointments at same time!

Very badly managed covid vaccine drive by this hospital no social distancing and very badly ventilated and even after online registration had to wait in queue as there was same line for on spot registration and online registered and price of vaccine is covishied is 780, compared to Shetty hospital where it was 250

Kindly dont take any appointments on phone of Arth Medical. Today I had taken appointment at 12pm in the morning of Dr. Amit. I had come from Hubli for my mother. I reached the clinic at 7.20pm as soon as approached the reception I was informed appointment are close. It was really weird. Still I said the reception that I had taken appointment at 12pm. Later reception told me I have to pay ₹500/- as special appointment. Really Arth Medical has lost its value and respect. Dr. Anvith when you had small clinic it was good but now your clinic is worst.

Staffs are not well mannered, they don’t no how to talk to patient, if we have any enquiry, they talk rudely, very disappointing, and unhappy with there service, there should be workshop on how to talk to patient and handle them, this should be done asap from Arth medical management.

Always give high doses, they are too dangerous, once dr.amit suggested tests for normal cold n fever it costs me nearly 3000 for the treatment. Making a business in the name of hospital. God dhanvantari is watching u buddy u r going to pay for this in their own way. Arth means money in sanskrit, that's what u r doing.

Very nice hospital and doctors. Dr Anvith family Physician is very good. I liked the professional approach. It may be a little slower depending on the rush during Monday's and Saturday's but it is worth it. After all, treating illness is not like ordering fast food. I am very happy with the systematic approach and I would definitely recommend it. I think that some of the harsh reviews here are based on impatience. I am the frequent visitor to this hospital with many patients, It's best in karwar for laboratory and imagining services. The only thing which I don't like with karwar hospitalsis NEED TO REMOVE FOOTWEAR!

Never visit this hospital sells only their medicines which is only available at their clinic, these people are money oriented business people, shameless people which sell such costly medicines, moreover these are such pathetic people which change the blood report for their needs, i got to know about them when one of my family member consulted for diabetic and pressure report, and when done testing at other laboratories where getting low digit output where at these arth medicals where showing different, such mannerless acts will put any patient to believe he has diabetics or presssure, it happened twice, be carefull never ever recommend this hospital for our karwarians

Frauds! Only interested in making money.sold us expired medicines.issuing illegal medical certificates in Rs 200/- and they have pasted this rate even in their medicine shop down below. Unethical people.

After reading the reviews, I expected this to be a decent hospital. Have never had such a horrible experience at any hospital before. They must stop calling themselves as 'Doctors', these ppl here are only running a business and are shameless. When they see that one is from a decent financial background, their sole purpose is to extract as much money as they can, without giving receipts. Plus, the chemist here gave expired medicines. If I hadn't checked, they could have gotten away with this too.
Would never suggest anyone to go here. Terrible experience. Shameless doctors.
