Thank you arun associates I received my passport. But I had to call several times to make it happen.

Worst service ever. They lick your feet until they get money and after after taking money they don't bother about customers. I had to wait for more than 6 months to get my first appointment for passport verification after hundreds of calls and requests.

I do not recommend it at all especially for college students (college passport Mela for NITK). He will waste your time and destroy mental peace.

Take residence certificate and bonafide certificate and apply online. It is best

Its been almost one year and i still i didn't get a slot for passport.i have called every week and they respond rudely and then inform me that i will get a slot nxt week and that next week never came.when i ask them about slot they said they have already booked the slot but i never got the the mesage, when i asked about clarity they behaved very rudely as if we are asking them for free services. They really have no Idea of dealing with customer.i always pushed them about urgency about passport but they ignore that everytime. Better u apply yourself then spending on this worst service provider. Will never recommend anybody to them. The other reviews speaks for itslef leeches.

Update: - I've completed my verification after literally begging them to give a slot.they are so rude.guys dont ever contact this people u can go to passport site and boom for yourself.u will waste time oney on this service for real!

This is the worst place where you can go for passport. Firstly we pay and then they talk to us like they are providing the service for free. They talk so rudely when we call them for booking a slot and keep postponing the date.

I wasted my money and time by consulting Arun associates, more over my peace of mind too spoiled by his arrogance response.

If anyone want to spoil your money, time and dignity then you can contact him. He behave like he is superior and knowledgeable but he knows only data entry work nothing else you will get help.

Better you guys enter your detail directly and get your passport instead wasting your 500rs for data entry frm him.
