Doctor sourabha treated me in very friendly nature and she explained each and every steps of my pregnancy changes during every visit. On 16 th June 2023 we blessed with our first baby girl. We are there for 6 days all 6 days we felt like home it's self. Staffs and nurses are well behaved and Hygiene is very good, really i appreciate hygiene.

I never seen this kind of bad and poor service in the entire tumkur, from gate keeper to the receptionist, no one dont have knowledge how to treat a public or patients, do not recommend this hospital to anyone.

Aruna hospital is one of the best maternity hospitals in tumkur. Dr. Lalitha Avadhani Gynecologist, she is very good in nature, so supportive while making any decisions and guiding in right way. The nursing staff are caring well. Hospital is maintained hygienic. The staff member Madhumitha is motivating and boosting the confidence in leading post pregnancy lifestyle.
OPD token system needs to be improve to reduce waiting time.

Dr Lalita Avadhani is one of the true hearted doctor that we have seen in Tumkur, we have nice experience that we had during G2, staring with maingate we got very good welcome from Security, help desk is also good, had a great caring with nursing staff, house keeping members. We had baby second delivered in Aruna Hospital and Thankful to Dr Lalitha mam for the detailed information on everything we asked.

Very friendly staff.while we were at the hospital - the staff helped us a lot even during night without any irritation.

The hospital is very clean, the rooms are well maintained - and the cleaning staff keeps cleaning multiple times every day.

The best part is they have a 24X7 emergency and Pharmacy - this is good because most of the pharmacy close during night in tumkur

Aruna hospital was outside network for my insurance - so I had to submit a claim. But the hospital insurance department was very co operative and prepared all the required documentations and helped me a lot submitting the claim.

I have a very special bond with Aruna hospital why because my mother also gave me birth there and now even i gave birth to my child in the same hospital from the same Dr. Lalitha. She was very helpfull and sweet as it was my first pregnancy i was little scared and tensed but she made me comfortable through out my labour even the nurses, house keeping everything was very co operative to me through out my labour journey. I have personally visited Aruna hospital for various purpose. I have consulted surgeon, orthopedician, physician, Gynaecologists for various reasons.
One can make an appointment with the doctors via phone call or in person. While taking the appointment, receptionist will let you know about the approximate waiting time and the time doctor will be avaialble at the hospital. This had worked with me all the times. Quality of the doctors at Arun hospital is high. They analyse the problem by well, recommened required blood or urine tests and then they provide with right medicines if required.

They have a very good lab facility as well. Tests are done at reasonable price and quick with accurate results. For example during peak covid time that is Jan 2022 many laboratories were charging 2500 INR for RT-PCR test. But at Aruna hospital it was 800 INR and the results were avaialble within a day time.

Staff and nurses at every department were very friendly. Wards are very well maintained.

Dr. Lalitha strives hard to provide a very good healthcare system at reasonable price. I must say that this is one of the best hospitals in Tumkur. I highly recommend this hospital anytime like be it during emergency situations, to handle women related issues, surgery and regular healthcare.

‍Coming to delivery: admission process take place swiftly with all the explanations before taking the admission it may be insurance etc,
The ward selected is clean and hygienic.
‍ My intention was to get our baby in a healthy condition, and that happend with all the support of medical and non medical staff.

Throw some light on canteen condition, its bad and can be improved if interested.
When card payments are acceptable, why not UPI.

Worst Reception staff, very much money minded. Won't accept any online payment. This is in consultation with female gynaecologist. Am a pregnant woman went to take token for checkup, was not carrying money and requested for online or card payment. They insisted only cash and asked me to go get from ATM, which is far from hospital. Please carry cash when ever you visit Aruna Hospital

Visited Dr. Radhesh for my wife's back pain. A very good Doctor & a nice gentleman. Has lit of patience. Is never in a hurry. Explains everything in details. Fills the patient with confidence. Very talented for his young age. Happy to have met him.

This is one of the best hospital in Tumkur. The doctors are genuine, understanding, humble and extremely efficient. The waiting time I little too much because of the number patients. Their billing is transparent and very economical. The wards are extremely clean and rooms are very spacious. Their sisters and staff are very friendly and caring. Useless and money minded people work here. I had been to Covid rapid test day before yesterday they have charged ×2 amount compared to siddaganga. Took 3 hours for simple antigen swab collection.the staffs don't have the coordination with them.
Even my wife is going for checking up regularly with gynecologist but now she is suffering from severe fever and headache ache but doctor asked us to contact general phycian without any suggestions.

They will charge hefty for the services they provide in their hospital. If we go with insurance then its over, they ll cheat you by charging more. We paid 50000rs with insurance also. Ur insurance is of no use if u go to this hospital. They made 76k+9k bill for c- section with insurance & for 1 day NICU & blue light therapy for baby they made 35k bill. For this cost u can get treatment in good hospitals like columbia Asia & cloud9 only.
If u go to this hospital first u pay the money then u claim ur insurance, else they ll make profit from ur insurance by charging more & they ll make u to pay extra money from ur pocket also.

Would give negative stars. This is a inhuman place for pregnant patients. Waiting period is way too much! I do not know whether the receptionist lie to us or the doctors are always late! When you buy your token, receptionists tell a time to come by but the doctors won't be coming by that time. You have to wait like hours before doctor arrive. This is same for consultation or scanning. For a Max of 15 mins consulatation you have to wait for 2-3 hours always. This is not a one time occurrence. Something needs to be done in this aspect. There is no time management. They think the patients have all day free time and wait for doctors and receptionists won't even bother answering the questions properly. Doctors give preference to staff queries, insurance people talks etc while the patients wait all day outside. With this kind of waiting when one go inside how can a patient explain their problem at all with this state of mind which beats the purpose of visiting a gynaecologist. They are prone to forget what the queries or problems all together. All in all this hospital and the doctor's response is for money making aspects and staff and patients are least bothered for them.

Doctors are good and very friendly. But doctors will never come on time. They tell to come at 10: 30 n doctors come at 11: 45-12.patients must have much patience. And even radiologist is not punctual. When doctors are available radiologist will be unavailable. N if radiologist is available n we get scanning reports doctors would have left the hospital. Management is not good. Too much waiting for a patient.

One of the best hospital in Tumkur for especially pregnancy and pediatrics. Management and supporting staffs are very well monitoring/maintaining in this pandemic situation. Mrs. Sourabha madam and Mrs Lalita madam treated our wife in during pregnancy very sensitivity and taken good care. I got a baby girl. Aruna Hospital is one among the trust worthy hospital in Tumakuru. The staff here right from the top Doctors are polite, well behaved and honest and much concentrated on building a good relationship with patients, thus curing the ailment with a detailed explanation and with utmost care.

Hygiene, Security, CoVid 19 spread containment precautions are up to the standards, prices are pretty much affordable for the middle class segment of people.

Department of Gynaecology is led by Dr. Lalitha and Department of Paediatric is led by Dr. Maiya (Senior most Paediatrician) provided us (me and my wife) all the necessary guidance during pre and post delivery period of our baby boy!

We cherish the birth of our baby boy at Aruna Hospital. We are ever grateful to both the Doctors, hospital and the staff!

The doctors Sourabha and Lalitha mam both are good and treating well.
Rooms are well maintained.

CONS.
Receptionist and Billing section: They dont know how to respond for the queries asked by the patient's.
The OTP procedure and token systems not at all good and waiting period is too much.

Doesn't make any sense to get the token early mrng 8.30 Am and cosnutalation by 12 PMand injection or any blood test will be done by 3 PM.

Need to spend a complete day is for a consultation.

Insurance consultant (The gentlemen) is not responding properly for the queries.

Aruna Hospital Tumakuru: In our initial days of Pregnancy journey of our wife we were showing it in one of the Bengaluru hospital and we were impressed with Doctor there, but once my wife shifted to Tumakur and she was forcing me to get things done in Aruna Hospital I was like ok let me see how it is. If you need to continue the pregnancy journey in Aruna Hospital you should be having good amount of patience to wait for Doctor, the reason behind the same is, both Sourabha Maam and Lalitha maam takes care of the entire hospital so some times the wait time is more.
If I talk about the staff here starting from Doctor till the supporting staff they are Simply suberb and polite, I can say best in business in the entire city. We were 5 days in hospital they never delayed any daily routines and never made us to ask anything in person.

I have very bad experiance in this hospital, very negligence nurses, provided damaged blankets, not provided mosquito net for new born baby but one good thing is friendly doctors.

Had a Bad experience with this hospital where they diagnosed for emergency operation for my cousin for stomach ache but when we moved to BGS hospital in Bangalore they confirmed bit was dengue and all needed was platelets. Thank god we moved out and got right diagnosis on critical time.

I had visited here (New Building) for maternity treatment for my wife. Since from first month to baby delivery, we had frequently visiting hospital here. The doctors are too good and generous, especially Dr. Saurabha Natesh, she talks very friendly and treat very well.

I should tell that billing of this hospital is so reasonable with that infrastructure and qualified doctors consultation (if we had same treatment in Bangalore, it was like two times cost). Ward rooms are so well maintained. Nurses are so generous and friendly. We felt homely there.

Only thing i was unhappy was, the token system process. People rush and bypass token system saying that they want to show report. Disciplinary in queue system has to be maintained. Reception people sometimes act too lazy make us wait and tell unacceptable reason.

Doctors are not punctual here, especially Scanning Dr. Ashwin. We were tend to wait for 2 hours from the said time, many people fall asleep:)

Only thing is we should never loose our patience. Overall it was good to be here.
