Very bad experience, she took very high fees and gave unnecessary medicine to charge around 2000 and blood tests cost around 2500 for a simple issue. She don't know the actual issue. However she knows only to collect money and cheating people.

Horrible experience, doctor took very high fees and gave unnecessary medicine to charge around a total of 2000 for a simple issue that got a lot worse because of her medicine (including a baby lotion worth 800) for a dry skin issue, struggled with it for a bit. Better go to another better doctor they will still charge less and get cured faster

Doctor is very kind. But the reception staff is very rude and attitude.no respect while talking with female patient.because of his behaviour patient will be uncomfortable to talk.

Too pathetic receptionist don't know how to handle the client. So rude no time management, for second schedule he collected ₹600 on the day of treatment. Which not to be collected, i travelled all the way from Domlur indiranagar. Here he's telling after 10 people you can visit doctor. Even after getting scheduled with appointment, since I was late for 20min because of rain i need to wait till everybody reach out.i think even the doctor here looks only for money not about client satisfaction. I would never suggest anyone.

I have been visiting this clinic for acne problem for more than six months and it has worsened my skin texture now. The doctor suggested chemical peeling which charged ₹5000 for each session but there is no reduction of acne in anyways. In fact the acnes are multiplied from before and have become more allergic. Pure waste of time and money.

Dr Aruna is very experienced and extremely knowledgeable
She was friendly and helped me with my issues
She was able to identify my problem correctly and gave me the correct treatment

I am very happy with her tretment and i recamend to all dear my friends and relatives and also she will give tipes for cooking to avoide oily skin.

Worst doctor she loots money waste of visiting there, she dont know how to speak to the patients very rude and the medicines she prescribe are very costly and never work

Money minded. I had taken my wife. Priscribes costly medicine and we have to buy from her pharmacy. Very rude. I wouldn't have give one star also since it is mandatory. She will see only one problem at a time, if you wanted to show other issue, you have to visit again by paying consultation.

Dr. Aruna is one of the best doctor in Banaswadi-HRBR area, well experienced, passionate and knowledgeable person. She listened patiently my issues, clarifying doubts and correctly identified the infection without going for any lab test etc. I was struggling with this infection for last six months. I followed her treatment plan and completely recovered now. I would strongly recommend her for any skin related issues.

Doctor sits in a counter and see patients. No empathy, or concern shown, even during follow up, she had no courtesy to come closer and check. What's the use of visiting a skin doctor who doesn't want to even come closer. The only aim is to use the situation of patients and make money.

Worst doctor. I took treatment for my pimples while buying the products she told she will the responsibility if some thing happens to my skin. And after 4 days of using the products given by her I got started allergic for my full face if I go and ask her. She is answering very rudely. Just for pimple I spent 2000 rs.and now my full face is full of allergic she is just making money by giving her own products

I had an opportunity. To meet the doctor Aruna kumari in the clinic. It was regarding my severe hairfall after the covid episode in April. The hair were falling in bunches which made me reach the clinic. I was explained and attended well and after the treatment course which lasted almost two months, the hair fall has reduced drastically and now few strands are falling which is making me quite comfortable. It was timely help and medications which sorted the problem. A big big thank you mam. I was really wondering that I would get bald the way my hair were falling but visit to your clinic made all the difference

Doctor is friendly, consultation fee is a little on the higher side. Follows covid protocol. There is a pharmacy inside the clinic at there is no need to go in search of medicines.

Prescribed strong medication with extreme side effects. When called up to check side effects spoke rudely. We Indians consider doctors to be life savers, extremely disappointed at her attitude and the way she treats her patients.

I went for skin allergy, eventually it increased and spread more, After taking tablets and ointment prescribed by doctor aruna.

Dr Aruna is an extremely professional doc - she listens to you completely, tells you honestly if she can't help you out and prescribes a min amount of meds. Ive been there atlesst 4 times.

Went to Dr. Aruna after developing a stubborn skin rash from using bad quality makeup and improperly cleaned brushes. The rash had already lasted about seven months and was only getting worse. She put me on course for three weeks, with no exaggerated promises of results and minimal medication. She listened to my entire history before diagnosis and answered all my other queries on skin care. She also suggested diet modifications instead of putting me on supplements. Overall, my experience with her was great and so were the results. I’m rash free post her three week course. Highly recommend!

Overall good experience. I had consulted her for Dermatitis and it got cured within a week itself. Dr Aruna is friendly too.worth visit for skin issues.

Dr Aruna is rude, and gets extremely irritated if patient asks questions and clarifications especially when not sufficient improvement over weeks is not seen. Would not recommend visiting her to anyone.

I went for my kid, she given 2000 rupees cost medicine for a simple problem. I better to contact pedestrian. Will treat children well. Unnecessarily I went. Waste of time and money. Not worth

I had acne problem she spoke so well to me tat I must feel tat she s the God for the moment, she prescribed few medicines, den after 15days I went the problem was the same then she gave some solution to apply that dint work she charged 500 for that wen I saw there was no result I returned the bottle solution within two use she never felt guilt r felt anything she took the solution and kept.after 15 days again I went she asked me to take a test after the test she gave me medicine which dint work, now Wat s d point of spending so much money wasting and having hope in her. Bad experience
