The consultation experience was okay. It seemed more like a sales pitch. I went there to get medicines for my father. They happily delivered the medicines. However, when i went over there to return some extra medication, they denied returns. Upon 10 minutes discussion with the doctor and after his approval they accepted the return. In my entire life i have never seen such a cumbersome return of the meds. Will i ever visit it again. Never. Beware of the doctor and the medical shop inside. They will not accept returns.

The consultation is free here. Dr. Anup, the Consultant Doctor and owner of this outlet is very patient, cooperative and listens to your problems keenly. Prescribed good medicines, which are affordable.

Ayurvedic is best though it's a little slow in acting but its effects last longer without any side effects like allopathy. The staff is good and friendly. The doctor patiently listens to your problems. Medicines are quite value for money
