Our 4 year old loved this place because of their water park and play area. The maintenance was ok.
The rooms were clean. The bathroom was big and clean. We did not face any issues with the room service. The breakfast buffet had decent options.

One of the worst property I have ever seen in India. The staff is very rude and they don't know to talk to guests. Food is pathetic. No Room Service.
The staff initiates argument for every small issue we report.

Rooms and staff service was good. The pool and gaming zone needs a lot of improvement/maintanence.

Nice ambience near to the beach, they got lots of amenities like swimming pool water park kids play area net cricket volleyball basketball virtual games table tennis some more etc …. We enjoyed lots actually I can say our day spends awesome. If you want to go Malpe Beach it’s only 3 km staff are friendly. And we’ll trained Rooms are very spacious and clean.food is very delicious. Overall I like this resort, you must visit once

Staff not well trained and do not know how to serve customers. Lack of coordination between the front desk and food section. Bathrooms are NOT AT ALL maintained as the bath tub does not have a hand shower and you have to use the tap. Overall not a good experience. The only plus point is the beach is just 800 meters from the resort and it is absolutely clean.

Dont get attracted external fasades shown in photo on vsrious booking website.
The Resort is in secluded place. It is not even facing sea side.
Both the rooms of suite were stinking due to seepage and resultant moisture. The lagoon was full of trashes, used bottles and uncleaned so standing in a Balcony holding a cup of coffee seeing serene beautiful was ruled out.
Breakfast was just okay.
We did not find this place worth they charged us.
Other newly constrcuted, well mamaged and beach facing properties were not charging as much as they were charging. Probably, holiday season rush led to high occupancy and our last moment travel plan and booking left us with not many choices.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and the high quality of service and attention to detail remains. The staffs are amazing the room have been comfortable and clean.
Every time we visit here as we were enjoyed staying at aryaan resort.located in one of the most peaceful area.
The team not only providing basic customer service. They tried their best to ensure the tourist who don't know the place well to have a pleasant trip like arranging a ride for us.last but not the least Mr. Suraj a person who is responsible for management you have done a great job will surely visit again

Rooms are not well maintained and even the pool is too bad. Not worth as shown in images, they have ability to increase provide quality product and service but their management doesn't care I think. One more thing is the food especially the rice items quantity is quarter portion which is totally a cheat and better take phulka instead of chapati - they sent pulka for chapathi. Only great part here is staff service, they responds promptly when you ask anything.

I had a good 5 night stay at Aryaan Resorts.
The apartment was good except for the stinking water body in front of the balcony because of which the balcony could not be used.
The staff is very courteous and helpful.
The restaurant food is okay.no seafood is served.

Booked a premium room for two days. It was a beautiful experience for me, my wife and my 4 year old kid. The rooms are spacious, the view is great. The service is impeccable and the staff is polite and ready to help. The food is slightly on the higher side but we couldn't find a bad dish - everything was good. They have an adult swimming pool, a baby pool and a mini water adventure park (which is the highlight of this resort).
The only con of this resort is that the pool and the water park is not cleaned. The water is dirty almost always with bird feathers, algae, leaves, bird droppings and what not. It can get anyone sick unless you are very lucky.

Spacious and comfortable rooms. Good location, walkable from the beach. Food needs improvement.

Cosy place and suite rooms are really wonderful the prices are also affordable! Kids would enjoy the pool and playing area

Beautiful place but needs lot of maintenance.

3. Rooms need to be cleaned.
4. Approach entrance is very bad because of bird droppings
5. Hand wash/ wash room area were blocked. Need maintenance.
6. Tables are not cleaned at the dinning area.

Needs a real good make over.

Location is far from the city, lot of bugs and mosquitoes during night time. Pool and water park is good. Breakfast is boring. Overall nice to stay with family

We liked the apartment room, it was clean however the lift and passage was smelling badly.
AC was not working, TV was not working, we had to call for many times to fix issues.
Restaurant food of very poor quality.
Complimentary breakfast was horrible, as Udupi is famous for its food everyone expects basic breakfast like idly dosa to be tasty but unfortunately it was very bad and not served hot, very limited options.

Staff was generous to make a bday decoration inside room.

We had to face a small accident of getting a cut on toes as there was a sharp granite edge in the bathroom, this was a horrible experience.

On the day we checked out, staff checked our room for property damage and they observed that the blanket had some small stains of food and flower petal decoration for which they demanded 1500/- which is not reasonable and also the logic is not right. How can they expect guests to keep everything clean. If that's the case they should inform while check that if blanket gets dirty we are supposed to pay. They are trying to grab money as much as possible which is not correct. We have not seen any lodge/homestay/resort which is asking money because blanket has become dirty.
We were happy with the pool somehow bcoz our kid enjoyed but during checkout time we are very disappointed with the additional demand they have made.

Good place to stay for holiday. Away from city and walkable to peaceful Kadike Beach. Food and staffs are good.

Disappointing experience. Although the room and the food was good, the ambience outside is not clean. The corridors are dark and dusty. The pool and water park needs to be maintained as well.l

A resort with great amenities, but most of them are not operational (yet), but pool is good and it's depth is neither deep nor too shallow. And there's a beach near by, I would recommend visiting it if you like beach. Overall, great place for kids, they will have fun.

Room service and housekeeping: Under staffed (may be covid impact) and you struggle to get the basic amenities that need to be part of the room like coffee makers, door mats, bathroom mats, television not working or unsubscribed, chairs/coffee tables missing, corridors full of used plates/glasses.
Location: it's better one goes with their own vehicle to this place. Else it will be a bit difficult to go the city with autos charging atleast 150 to 200 one side. Anything you need you need to go to the city.
Bar Menu: Serves only beers and allowed in rooms only.
Air conditioning: centralised

Its the restaurant I think that is attracting the people as the food is too good and hats off to the chef.

Worst staff behaviour. They are very rude. Worst food and breakfast. Rooms and property is good but due to the management will never visit again.

First let me talk about Good things
1) Situated not too far from main road.
2) very close to a calm beach
3) Clean and spacious rooms
4) Polite staff at the reception
5) Food is good.

Cons
1) Prices could have been better
2) the swimming pool is in a little bad condition, but good enough.
3) Food is costly (breakfast is complimentary though)

And overall, a good stay. Stayed here for 2 nights and never felt anything is wrong with this resort!

Advise to the management: Please keep an extra bucket at the bathroom as not everyone likes to bath in bathtub. Also, the glass-wall in bathroom is unnecessary.

Full marks for the water park. The rooms r nice but the resort seems very new with lack of adequate staff. The rooms were not equipped with towel or toilet items including toilet paper. Took more than an hour and several phone calls to get them. Also morning tea wasn't available as early as 7.30am. The kettle and tea bags also came after several requests. Breakfast buffet was the same for the 2 days we stayed and could have been better. Staff was courteous and trying their best to meed the demands.unfortunately the hotel was extremely understaffed. However the water park is amazing and compensated for everything else.

The best part about this place would be the spacious rooms, and its location near the beach. Pool could be better maintained. Breakfast was good and had enough north & south indian options. Although the staff were well spoken, the room service could be a lot better. The TV wasn't working in our room. We didn't have bath mats either. When we spoke to the front desk about it, they weren't of much help. We also had requested for an early check-in, but still had to wait for 20-25 minutes after reaching the hotel, because "our room was getting ready". And despite the wait, one of the beds had dirty sheets.

Water park is the only compensation for the ill service and pathetic plight of the stay! Would refer raj front beach resort instead! Ants on plates, houseflies everywhere, torn curtains, unclean bath tubs.

Service is very slow, total waste of money and facility cleanliness is poor, water game is good but bad smell in water, single star hotel is good compare to this. I paid 5500 INR for 2adult and 2kids not worth

Very Bad experience from this property. They should improve in basic guest management and property management.

Poor state of facilities. The entire property is in disrepair. Broken stuff, dirty corridors, leaky ceilings, unclean bedspread and the location is so isolated (not in a good way). I would avoid this at all costs.

Pathetic apartment.poor service.no maintenance.dirty water in pools. Do knot go by fancy pictures.it is not the same.

Over all experience was not good. There is no ameties in washroom. After so many remainder also not given.and room was completely smelly like storage room. Even out side the room like fungus and bad smell.after that break fast was very poor.even food got over also they are not filled.break fast was like local hotel they provided.very expensive and we requested for late check out. We are ready to pay also but they force fully they made us check out.staff was not help ful.very expensive and no value for money.

Worst hotel.no cleanliness.they are showing fake photos and fake services on the list.food is very bad in taste. I don't like to give 1 star to this hotel.employees are not cooperative.in total the worst hotel ever.

Beautiful resort at 10 minutes walk from Kadike beach.
Has a good swimming pool for adults and kids.
Some gaming facilities are also available like table tennis, pool. And bowling activity in resort is going to start sooner too.
The restaurant in the resort serves tasty home like food.
Resort Staff is polite and helpful.
Loved my overall experience. Would love to visit again if I get the chance.

It’s worst resort I have ever booked in my entire traveling history of 15 years.rooms are very very dusty and in very bad condition, cutlery in buffet are in such pathetic conditions, the dust in the entire resort is sure to give u health problems.avoid at all cost guys.book home stays rather which will be clean and hygienic.

Good location but the apartment rooms are not functional and the equipments are faulty.the design of the building means that all pool goers will drag water onto the lift and hallways making it muddy and messy.it is quite close to the beach which one of the most calm (in terms of people traffic) beaches i have been to.i wouldn't suggest staying here unless u want a cheap-ish stay nearby.

I booked a room from Airbnb as it was comparatively cheap. The place is little away from city in between the fields. It has good swimming pool and children play area. The water was not complimentary though we stayed for 2 days.

Please don't book if expecting near beach. It's almost 1km from beach.

Decent place to just relax for a weekend. The rooms are well maintained with a fridge and microwave.

Restaurant is a huge disappointment. Something as simple as tea and coffee are messed up here. The food and bar menu has very limited options due to Covid. Games room has zero ventilation. Swimming pool tiles were coming off from the floor of the pool and caused bruises to the feet. Water park is temporarily closed.

Stayed in their 2bhk apartment. Rooms were good and spacious. Very close to Kadike beach. Also has small water park. Only problem is that they do not check temperature of guests that arrive. Also with centralised AC, its little risky during corona times.

Bathroom are not cleaned properly.after complain again, again, they came after 3 hrs of complaint.service is very bad.very disappointed.lot of cockroaches in room.breakfast is disaster.overall not worth for money. Even we asked extra sugar sachets for coffee but they gave after hour of asking sachets.very bad.

Very immature management, for 180 bucks a bowl of steamed rice is not even in one cup. The waterpark is most unclean, unhygienic place, rooms were not even sterilised, northeast staff who are just there to do a eye wash of a service, reception staff r so scared to even give their name, no towels, the did not work, for two days after asking many many times, moderate food, extremely crowded breakfast place, oh it was a fistfight getting free breakfast, only good thing is the location it is 1km away from beach. I suggest malpe beach front or paradise isle resort way way way way better than this dull disorderly place. I highly recommend against it esoet if u r a family.

One of the best Resort in Udupi to spend time with family kids and friends, clean hygienic spacious Rooms, Service apartments and delicious food served in zaika restaurant and last but not the least Pool with Waterpark is awesome for spending time with all family members
Overall was a very good experience stayed here for 2 days with very affordable and economical price, Hat's off to you staff members and owner Ma'am for developing and maintaining this Resort, like to visit again and again thank you

I have booked the resort to play water games for my kids, but we cannot play because the water is no clean.
Food is pathetic. They are charging more and taste was worst. If you want to in a different place then you have to go to UDUPI which is 12 km. For room service we have to call and remind min 3 times.

Only Good thing are rooms are well maintained near to beach.
If you are expecting to have good food and play at water rides then it's waste

It was a great experience staying at Aryaan for the 3 days we were at Udipi. We had booked the two bedroom apartments that they have with a small pantry area with fridge and living area with attached balcony which has a great country side view in the early morning and evening hours. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. The housekeeping and the hotel staff are very co-operative and try their best to serve you. The food at the in-house restaurant is tasty and well priced. I would highly recommend Aryaan for your stay if you want the upscale treatment and close vicinity to the beach makes it a more sought after choice. Go for it!

I went during New Year’s Eve.

Was disappointed because of rude receptionist.

It felt like a poorly maintained country club kinda place as it had good infrastructure.

The rooms were not clean as they had cobwebs.
The bedsheets had some weird black colored stains.

Room service was not available since they couldn’t handle the sudden spur of guests during New Years.

Good things first- nice location, neat and clean rooms, friendly staff and food is also great.
Our room was nice with frosted glass partitioned bathrooms. But bathrooms were poorly organised. Slippery floors, no waste bins in bathroom, no proper drainage.
In the room, there is no bedlamps, the only light swith is near to the door and we had to walk in dark to tge bed after switching of the light. All controls, Ac, Light etc.is far away from bed. No kettle in the rooms.

Apart from these stay was nice.

I stayed in delux room, beautiful view, very spacious. They have kids play area, a water park, kids can enjoy. Food is very reasonable and tasty, but less varitey. Kadike beach is 700m far from this hotel, walkable. All staff was very helpful and prompt. All togather excellent stay for is.

Food was too good.evening is the best time to spend.descent family resort. Do improve the facilities available in the changing and dining room.

10 mins drive from Mount Rosary Church Kallianpur. The entry was ₹420 <br/>They pool and slides are only meant for kids. Adults u can only use the pool. <br/>Coming to the food. They serve unlimited food with both veg and non-veg. The food was tasty and stomach filling. Food is good no regrets <br/>The staff were also good and humble. <br/>The security guard or the watch man At the gate was very rude. He thinks he is the boss of the resort. He Had problem for each and everything

Super resort.with watertheme park.it was a nice experience.and food is awesome delicious.we had from restaurant inside the resort.its a super resort.

We booked a room for one night stay. Got an upgrade from Standard to One bed room. Room was clean and it had fridge and oven. In bathroom hot n cold water is available. Room service is available, food was good but expensive. If you book the room you can freely use the pools in the resort. Afternoon lunch are free if you are in poolside area.

Excellent rooms. Friendly staff. Good location.
Family friendly place, swimming pool and the children park is sure to be liked by the kids.
Can get crowded on weekends.
