Worse builder. Never fulfilled what this builder build apartment. See the pics which was started in 3 to 4 years back.

Aryan Golden Arena: : The project is already late 1.5 years and 1 year as per RERA. There has been a huge delay and hence a lot of money blocked in my pre EMI interest which builder promised to pay and hence we were initially paying.now they promise to adjust it in registration but i doubt as builder (Bharat Reddy) is absconding and bankrupt. I formed whatsapp group-already 10 people joined it join.mail me your name, phone number and flat no at [email protected]. I dont think this project will complete even by 2025.

A very cunning n worst builder
reviews are by there own team they are not genuine.
No one bothers to answer the call my pre emi outstanding is 4.5lac now since December 2018 nothing has been paid.
I had booked a flat in February 2016, i was promised of handing over by 2017 December nothing has happened till now, no bloody fool even bothers to attend calls.
I request everyone not to get into this cheaters trap. I have sent a cancellation mail even no response.

I own a flat in Aryan Fountain Square Attibele with affordable price.
Good quality & good customer service. I would highly recommend to my relatives.

Booked a unit in Aryan fountain square. Good people to deal with and nice project. Construction is excellent at this price.
