Extra accessories quality is worst & charged 5K. They didn't gave bill for the 25K amount (scooter).

Worst service and customer support. Don't have decency to address customer as if they are paying to customers to bear their attitude. Everytime I call I get the standard response to call after 10 mins as if they are really busy.

We booked Access 125 MatBlue Bluetooth edition on 17th June and they said maximum waiting period is 35 days but I got in after 60 days due to huge demand for access 125. Karthik showroom manager was responsive every time I followed up. Overall good experience.

Rude agent. Has no time for customers. Kept us waiting for 30 mins after saying every 5 mins wait request. Has not even told the price range, availability, etc.

Service is too costly and also complaints not addressed properly. They took more than 10k to replace front shock observer but after few month the oil started leaking and same issue again. Better goto some other best service center nearby. Even Local mechanic shops are far better.

Booking a bike here is not worth it at all, given the highly negative experience and the evident lack of customer care. I do not recommend it.

Booked access 125. Even after 40 day's waiting not delivered. No response even if you call no. Evan in what's app also ping just they see message but they will not reply.

Good sales persons over mahadevapura showroom, I have better experience with them to get my vehicle.

Poor service they don't wash the vehicle properly and the service staff was not that much friendly guys if you planning to buy any vehicle in this showroom then forget about nice vehicle servicing

We book Suzuki Access on 10th June 2022, and still we have not get the vehicle yet, we were promised that we will get it in 30 days, but it has been almost 2 months and we have not get any update, every day we are doing follow-up and they are not giving proper response. The worst sales team I have ever seen.

Management is least bother about their customer, they never done a single call to me after I book the vehicle.

Please don't go to Aryan Suzuki.

One of the worst places to get your scooter/bike serviced. If you claim that something is not looked into properly you get that mockery from the service team that they know it all. The way customers are handled is really really bad. Please train your guys how to speak to customer.

One of the worst after sales experience. Think twice before choosing them for booking your Suzuki motorcycle.

Pls dont go to this showroom. I booked vehicle two months back, still vehicle not delivered. Staff and management are useless finally cancelled booking. Worst experience.

I went to Aryan Suzuki, my Suzuki Gixxer SF 155 speedometer was not working. They checked and addressed the issue and repaired my speedometer within half an hour. Good behaviour and service by the Manager and staff.

Extremely happy with the quality of service and customer support. Had a very persistent problem with my bike even after 3 services at various service centres. These guys attended to it competently and did a good job.

Did not get the scooty even after 60days. And no information shared from sales team until you call them. Now, they are saying 15 more days. Finally, cancelled the booking. Never go to this showroom

I ordered a Suzuki access 125 and received it after 65 days We won't get proper response form sales team

Worst management, once you pay the money they will not respond.they are taking more than 2months to deliver scooty, it's not an high end vehicle right.

All been very helpful, security, the head mechanic Arun is very efficient, fast and polite. Service manager is always helpful to guide you, they don't charge you unnecessarily.

Had a really bad experience this time. I had to visit 4 times to get the problem I reported diagnosed properly. Updated review on 6/1/2022 - Please beware of fuel theft here. I gave it for service yesterday and took the delivery today. Found that the vehicle had been ridden for 16 kms and a quarter tank of fuel was gone. On asking, they kept insisting that it was for "trial runs" for testing the vehicle. 16 kms of trial runs! Decide for yourself.

Service is ok, they need to improve lot. For example bill clarity, call after bike work complets, on time delivery.

Need to reduce labour charges. Compare to spare parts labour chary are more here.

I booked Suzuki Access on 30th of April 2022. They said I will get it by 30th May 2022. After calling many times they said the shipment got delayed and I will get it by 10 of June. But still there is no confirmation from their side. Also, their customer support is too bad. They don't call from their side in case of any delay. You only have to call so many times to them and get the information.

If you are here check the price with the other showrooms. Staff can cheat you in price. So ask for the printed copy of the vehicle price rather the staff writting the price.
I took from Aryan Suzuki itself but - Domlur (highly recommended to go there)

Very pathetic and worst service @suzuki2wheelers I wont be recommend anyone to go with this. No proper resolution and no response. Unhappy with service @suzukicycles #SuzukiIndia.

The Delivery and service are at professional level. The staff will politely answer all your queries.
