Worst behavior from staff. Very dirty rooms with mosquito infestation. Please do visit if u want to contract malaria or dengue.

Loved the place, we got a room with a balcony view, it was very peaceful. The rooms were very well maintained, the staff was very friendly and coordial. Room service was quickly available. Overall 5 stars to Aryana Guest House.

I'm impressed with the receptionist, he was really humble and friendly to us, He have provided everything what we were asked related to hot water and wifi without Any hesitation.

Decent place for the price not many amenities. Great location to visit murdeshwar temple walkable distance. Food not available here and can be ordered from outside. Ordering food from rajdhani hotel not advisable.

You may have the best possible property in this area. 400 mtrs from the main temple gate & 24 hours check-in possible.

Overall a good beach side hotel. Chandrakant was courteous & helped with fixing the TV & sending hot water to the room. It would be best if they start room service for food & a small coffee shop inside

Overall it was nice stay at aryana guest house, the hotel staff were very cooperative and helpful and responsive. Best hotel at murudeshwar for stay with family.

Rooms were ok. Bathrooms are so tiny that only a kid can take bath. For adults like us we have to squeeze ourself while taking bath. Not at all convineant, our arms and elbows hits the walls while taking bath

Sea view was so beautiful.temple near 300meters. Door delivery tea and coffee available.pleaseant place.overall 4/5 rating.

The rooms are really good. Clean and well maintained. Then provide extra mattresses and pillows for free if required. The room service is very nice. Food is also good. The only issue is the hot water. Hot water timings are from 6.00am to 9.00am only but staff are cooperative and can expend the service for an hour if requested. The temple few from the hotel is damn cool.

Stayed on 3rd August, 22. Booked ac room directly @ 1600/day. Location is very good just 400 meter from statue. Not so well maintained but overall clean and spacious room. Ac was sounding heavily. Good view of sea and temple from balcony. Very quiet place. Some rooms have sea view balcony but cost is more. Overall good stay at reasonable price.

Me and my family had very good stay at Aryana, first of all staff and location both awesome.
Rooms are also good, neat and clean.

Quite a good place to stay in Murudeshwar. Hosts were super helpful throughout. Rooms are decent and hygienic. About 300m from the main temple. Also provided food on request!

Nice place to stay.great view from balcony. I would suggest deluxe room.though bit expensive worth it.you can sit in the private balcony enjoy great view of Arabian sea just in front of you with Murdeshwar temple in the back ground. Two days back when we were there monsoon rain was at its peak. You can bring your favorite food and enjoy the rain.caretaker Mr. VASU was very helpful and even arranged earlier check in.

Rooms are ok, but booking through online is not worth, online rates are shown exorbitant, it is double the rate.room service is not proper

I booked this hotel online for 14 members and paid advance for 2000. The movement when I checked in the hotel immediately he is asked remaining 3500 rupees payement. I never seen such lodge in my life paying complete amount before check out.
1. The rooms are provided at ground floor near to wash room and those are completely dirty rooms and so many houses fly inside no sleeping at complete night
2. Water bottles are not provided and rooms suppose to be arranged at least in first floor because we have complete 14 family members.there should not be 2eaprate rooms.

New place and many more to improve. The view they have is for the front line rooms and remaining other rooms have common corridor. Booking on the spot gives you better savings.

Sea and Murudeshwar view is very good from the Guest House. Well Maintained. Hot water available from 6.30 AM.

Good beach view hotel.food is not prepared in hotel.and outside food is costlier when it deliver it to hotel.food quality is also average better to go out and eat as per your convenience.

Woohoo lovely place, reasonably priced, cooperative staff, good owner, well maintained & clean, there's no restaurant but they will get you food from outside at same price without any extra charges, there's parking place, beachfront property, best thing is very near to Murudeshwar temple walking distance.

It's cheap and the best part is right in front of the beach and close to the temple. Only thing it's low budget rooms are bit oldy. Other wise overall it's lovely

Just opposite to beach. But very few rooms having beach facing, so little disappointed.

We booked place for over night bit over price for off season. We also had problem with network we asked for wifi but they couldn't provide because they said they don't have Wi-Fi range till first floor.

In morning we ordered breakfast it was good but it tool long for giving breakfast because they ordered from other places.

Service is worst. Simple room which is not worthy gor 2.5k. Its only the room they provide, for the water bottle and soap other things we have to order from outside.

Aryan guest house is well situated near Murudeshwar temple as well as to beach. Well maintained guest house with park in facility.this hotel is managed and maintained by Sri Nayak, physically handicapped person.this hotel is for medium class people.

It was good as temple and surrounding area was walkable distance from the hotel. Staff was good and supportive. Few things has some scope of improvement such as - AC maintainance in rooms, frequent fluctuations of electricity during our stay, No soap or towels provided by hotel after check in.

Apart from the good Ac and clean rooms nothing else provided with the rate charged.no towels not even a simple soap the hot water is provided only from 6am to 8am in the Morning.

I would recommend it only if you are really not bothered about the washroom, otherwise it’s pretty well and good option in the budget.

Best place to stay in murdeshwara it's near the beach and rooms are good and the faculty are very nice to the tourist. Also it's near by for lord shiva temple in murdeshwara

Small congested rooms. Torn curtains. Bad bed. Toilets with flush not working. Bathroom window is fully open with no grills or shutter covered with mesh only. Very small TV. Had to request for cable connection. No food. Nearby restaurants are not better too. Unclean surroundings. Stray dogs all over. Overall not a good stay. One good part is Nearness to beach.

The rooms very clean and had a very nice view of the beach and the temple.

Host was very friendly and made sure we had the best time.

Would request the hotel to start there own food services as the restaurants nearby didn't really have tasty food.

Otherwise, I would suggest anyone looking for a great deal for stay to consider Aryana.

I made a wrong decision to go by the pictures. Very dirty and bathroom stains were aweful. Lol.the jet spray flew away. They don’t give towels too and charged 1800 for the room.

One of the best and affort places in Murdeshwar. There are not much places in Murdeshwar which are clean and affordable.

Only hotel which has same check in and check our time. I havent seen this before.

It looks good from outside however when you get inside its too UNHYGIENIC. Bathroom is not clean, rooms are not cleaned properly. We asked for an extra bed, even that wasnt clean. Overall only thing good in this hotel is the view from balcony. For this kind of room Tariff should not be more than Rs. 800

Beautiful beach view, Gopuram and temple view from ur room. Good and comfortable rooms. Nice place to stay when ur planning to have a play in beach and then to get fresh sooner. This guest house is right opposite to the beach and a good one.

Though the hotel is not that classy it's great for a night's stay with your friends, has a nice view of the beach and the temple and offers a calm atmosphere to stay.
