They give wrong information at the time of recruitment. Don't even deserve a single star.

You won't deserve respect from manager and if you are working hard even your manager will not call and is there any challenges or issues are facing. If you ask for salary increment or position change they will treat you like anything.

I am working in Ascent HR from last 1.6yrs as a Senior Team Leader.

I joined in the month of Dec, as a Executive in AscentHR Good atmosphere, Great learning platform we have lot of opportunity to learn new things. HR team will be helping out us in all our aspects and I have supportive colleague in my team

Except IT team, remain teams have politics especially smart report team have more politics, they will get only Telugu people if kannada people hired they will target them and give the torture and make them to leave company as earliest. @Ascent team please advise those fellows and try to remove them and add new team due to those people your company reputation going to down.
I referred my 2 friends they both said same reason as I said above.

Ascent is a good platform and good company to work. Freshers as well as experienced are getting trained well.
Ascent has it own software development team and the software is good and user friendly.
I am associated with Ascent for more than 10 years (quit and rejoined in between).
I am receiving a good cooperation, encouragement from the Management. Management gave me an opportunity to work on multi projects / multi departments and due to this my payroll domain is improved. I worked in almost all departments in payroll including India and International payroll / recruitment and selection of candidates/training/development/Software development and providing specs / Migration Department etc.

Pathetic. Took more than 1 hr web interview for the post of Payroll Officer but no feedback. Waste of time

Pathetic.
Their website is down for almost for 5 days. Unable to get the payroll data. Come on, this is year 2022. Gone are the days where the services used to be down for some time. But if your services are still down in this era, you are just incompetent.

Very worst company. I attended an interview for payroll. 2 times I went there for an interview. They told you are selected. They told another one round is there in online. But I didn't receive any call from there. I called and then asked to them. They told we will check it and then intimate you. But they didn't do that.

Attend the interview if you want to waste your time.they don't have any intention to hire.simply wasting candidates time. On top of that behaviour of the interviewer is worst.

Worst company ever, interviewer behaviour is like s**t.if you don't have intention to hire don't waste our time by making phone calls.and first teach that interview how to behave with candidates.

This is a very worst company. It's management is not good. At the time of joining one thing. After joining different. No informed anything before taking any step.

Just to approve PF transfer request, they take months! PATHETIC!
Will definitely raise a grievance against them on EPF portal.

The worst HR service you can have. I quit my work 2 years ago and I have not received my PF fund so far. Everytime they give me some reason and make me wait for a couple of weeks to get another worthless comment.

The worst Company to work in. They do not value their employees. The HR Manager is inhumane and bosses over you, Employees are constantly monitored. Lack of work life Balance initiatives. Long working hours.first of all very low salary and on top of that delayed payment in Salary. Please don't join this company which do not respect employees.zero employee recognition. Worst place to work in.

Worst website ever. Doesn't load half of the time. If you're planning to tie up with them, here's a piece of advise - DONT.

Horrible experience with the hr team.worst interview process.if you want your life and career then do not join this company otherwise they will ruin your career

Worst environment than any other software company in bangalore.you are not allowed to come after 9, no phones, dont talk to anyone, dont take more than 30 min break, worst salary structure.for freshers they only pay 7000 and package mentioned will 2.24 lakh.worst company ever.

Horrible experience I had. Even After clearing all the rounds and after getting a call about joining in coming Monday. When asked for offer letter they kept saying will be sending at eod and at last informed that I am being kept on hold.
Recruiter itself doesn't have any clarity on the selection process.

Ascent has more technical issues in their service. I found many technical issues while using their HR solution tool. Very bad service.

Don't waste your valuable time. Just in 5 minutes they will finalize your skill, that is impossible and also I have felt very bad experienced with the security guard, he doesn't have manners to talk with the visitors.
I suggest management to replace the security guard.

Office is at good location. Don't know much about the company but got to know that they cannot afford quality people which is really sad for the companies who wants to grow.

One of the worst companies I have seen. They don't even treat the employees properly. Its like you need to sacrifice your personal life.
