Worst token system and no time sense and as per token if are have on time also we have it wait for more than 2 hours instead token will confirm with first come service

Most unprofessional and lackadaisical experience faced a short while ago. My teenage son was sick with high grade viral fever and we came to the clinic at 10: 45 am for an 11 am appointment. No sign of doctor till 12 pm. Patients are waiting and staff has no clue about the whereabouts of this physician. Extremely disappointed with such a level of patient care. Pathetic to say the least. We finally went to another physician in the area to attend to my son.

This doctor killed my husband by wrong treatment, he passed away, now we are helpless, better don't continue the proffession, those joining in fortis hospital then only he will talk with us, no punctuality, we have very bad experience and better stop his proffession.

I had to visit this place and the one thing bothering me was Timing sense. I was very much satisfied with the politeness and service of Nurses and receptionist. The way Doctor treated was appreciable and we are very much satisfied. The real time issue is timing sense.we have to wait for nearly 2 and half hours to meet Doctor in spite of taking the appointment beforehand. We the patients also have many commitments and our time is also to be respected. Waiting time of 30 minutes is nominal but not more than that.

I went there on saturday. The time mentioned on Saturday is 6: 00 pm to 8: 30 pm. I went there at 7 o'clock but doctor was not there. Doctor came at 8: 30 pm. There is no proper schedule of doctor visiting the clinic. I can also see some elderly people waiting for long period of time. I would suggest if u r having high fever then don't visit this clinic at any cost because the doctor is careless. Other person have also given 1-2 rating on Google which suggest the competency of the doctor.

I have a baby back home plus office.i took permission and hamdled the situation such that my baby was take.care for an hour
. I came to the chinic took an appointment.the clinic said its open and functional form 11 am.i was there sharp.patiently waiting for an hour now.the doctor hasnt yet come.i see elderly people just as patiently waiting.still no sing of the doctor.
The reciptionists though.the mosssst impatient.absolutely ZERO hospatality.they are running tv serial inside the clinic.although ive visited before.i always think twice to come here.but once im here i hate it.itor rather the way this clinic funtions is makomg me hate it.so lets see how to consultation goes.

One of the best internal medicine doctor at fortis, bannerghatta road.was part of my wife' s successful both hip replacement surgeries. She is on her way of recovery. Very soft spoken, highly experienced and caring doctor. Effectively involved in pre and post surgery medical care and treatment requirements as she was suffering from pulmonary embolism, diabetes, hypertension, hypopituitarism problems. Thank you and we are very much great full to you doctor.god bless.

Veryyyyyy costly. For middle class please don't go. IV, SV set we get out side for 50/- but here they charge 400. I enquired with medical shop guy outside. They told on each medicine hospital charged 3x amount. Please don't go to this clinic

One of the worst doctors I have come across in Fortis Bannerghatta. I was suffering from vomiting and abdominal pain and decided to visit Fortis Bannerghatta ER.post initial check ups, the doctors advised me to get admitted. Post that the doctor assigned to me Mr. Anilkumar Kustagi didn’t bother checking even once. My stay in the hospital was for 1.5 days. During that time not even once the doctor or the hospital bothered to confirm on the cause of vomiting and abdominal pain. I was asked to do sonography. Even after that the doctor didn’t bother on informing the outcome of the scans. The on call doctor informed about some sort of blood clot near liver. When asked for the cause, she was unaware of the same (here I started questioning the hospital as well as the doctors hired as they were as clueless as I was). The next day I insisted that I have to meet that doctor as I still had no clue about the cause of all the issues. After all the waiting, Mr Anilkumar finally showed up and refused to even listen to the concerns. When asked about blood clot, he mentioned just forget about all that and what I am saying is final - you had food poisoning because you had “exotic food”. It was utterly disappointing experience and moreover had to go through all the rubbish that Mr Anilkumar said without even listening to what the patient has to say. If ever someone is assigned to this doctor, please ensure to ask for an alternate doctor.

Horrible system of appointments, every time I visit this place, there is a delay of at least 1.5 hrs. If he can't adhere to the timings, why should he give appointments to so many patients?

Why are you giving appointment, when you don't care for others time. Howsoever good a doctor you are, you should respect others time particularly when you want them to book prior appointment.
