I had been to this hospital from my piercing bump and got the operation done, the doctor who did my operation had very bad communication skills and also very worst humanity’s doesn’t know who to talk to patients he was so rude. Now it’s been years and the piercing bump is back in the same place as the operation they did was not proper.

As my piercing bump as come again I wrote the review now, I guess there is no rules when I have to write a review if something is coming towards you take it in a positive way and start working on it there is nothing bad in it once the bad experience is bad experience it’s done. I was suffering from Sinusitis problem Dr Hemaraju treated me and solved my problem Dr. Hemaraju is the best choice when it comes to treatment related to ENT problems.

We had very bad experience with this doctor when we took my mother in law to get checked for her ear pain. The appointment given was at 7.30pm but we were called inside at 10.45 pm. My mother in law is aged and in cold season her arthritis will aggreviate in leg. Also, she is supposed to take her dinner on time. This doctor made the patients to wait for hours together in open air. We waited for 3hours there to get consulted. He has no care for his patients and keep entertaining unwanted calls in between the consultation. I don't recommend him to anyone.

He behaves very rude with many patients.
Better to complaint against him to Medical Council of India and Karnataka Medical Council to suspend his Doctor License, because doctors should listen the problems of patients carefully and treat well with good words. The people called Doctor as "Vaidyo Narayana Hari".
And also inform to State Humans Right commission, for the reason he behaves rude with patients with rough words which cause hurts to the patients and also create problems to patients health.
All Patients has every right to ask doctors for good treatment for them, because this Doctor has not giving free treatment to patients. It is the compulsory duty of all the doctors to behaves with humanity with their patients.

My niece is suffering from bleeding from nose since 5 yrs shown to different ENTdoctors in Ranchi problem not solved consulted Dr Hemaraju he did endoscopy and mass which was present over septum in the nose shown to us and he removed with cautery Now my niece is not having bleeding problem. Thanks for the treatment

I was suffering from breathing problems with blocking of nose l consulted Dr Hemraju and he operated now I am doing well breathing easily and sleeping well

Very good doctor; the month of July when I was consultant with Dr hemaraju about my nasal bleeding then dr hemaraju treated by electric endoscopy and after that I don't have any problems till now. Even Dr is very polite and he has given all medications

In my throat i got stucked something and had severe throat pain and anxious i consulted DrHemaraj, he did endoscopy with camera and removed piece of vegetable stick from my mouth so i am very much thankful to doctor.

Worst doctor. Don't go. Even if you have small infection, he will make u visit the clinic 4-5 times to loot money. Even after 10days of his so called medication, my pain remains same as day 1.

Dr. Hemaraj knows no patient etiquette whatsoever. Irrespective of his experience in the field, he doesn't pay adequate attention to his patients, is always in a rush to move over to other patients and has zero sense of punctuality. The medication he had prescribed in my case had zero impact and in fact I was forced to seek prescription from another doctor for my progressively worsening illness. He charges hefty consultation fee and has zero regard for his patient's problems. From other reviews posted about him online, I have learnt that his negligent behavior towards his patients is consistent. The only reason I haven't yet filed a medical negligence suit against him is because I don't have the time to do so. Trust me when I tell you this, you're better off not going to this doctor.

Dr. Hemaraj sir is humorous and treats the patient like he is having a friendly talk to them.

My newborn, in the hearing test was in doubt of being deaf. The hospital had asked us to check with an ENT specialist.with all the anxiety and lost hopes we consulted Dr. Hemaraj sir and Dr. Lavanaya mam.they asked to get some tests done and nothing was actually wrong.my kid is all fine and all thanks to these doctors.they were really patient enough to clear our doubts and calm us down and gave us all the confidence and support.highly recommend

I was misdiagnosed for my ear pain by a general doctor (it was an earwax build-up according to him). Dr. Hemaraju & Dr. Lavanya showed me that it was an infection using a special camera, on a TV. Very friendly and they are available in the morning from 10: 00 am - 1: 00 pm unlike other ENT specialists who only show up in the evening.
