The staff behavior is not good. And i think the doctors are not so serious. I dont know about others. But this is my side of review. I wish the staff behave a bit more responibly

This is the worst clinic I had ever visited. Tthe clinic was infected when I took my kitten and she got infected with it and now she is no more with me.the doctors are highly unprofessional and illmannered. On the reports they are writing that the kitten isn't allowing.this shows there behaviour and approach towards animal. Just having a degree won't save life. We lost our baby because of this unhygienic clinic and doctors.

The clinic is good till now as I’ve got all vaccines for my dog from here, thought I have heard a few bad reviews about this clinic but Its good from my perspective.
The doctor need to be more interactive they should also give some efforts to guide on things which are not being asked.
As many of us are 1st time Pet parents, so a guidances would always help.
Rest everything seems fine. The shop has almost all medicines and pet related stuffs such as food, collars, harness approx everything.

Very worst staff behaviour, really so painful to share you this people. The staff and pratyusha doctor is very rude on the customers, see we will love animals cat or dog no words how much we love, one dog has been came while I am waiting for my cat treatment so serious condition probably 30 they would have make them to wait but finally dog died.so painful this.but morning shift Parwa doctor is fine with animals and customer but staff is not good

Nice clinic to take your pet, the doctor is very good and they have almost all items for dogs and cats. You can book calling them and schedule the appointments. They do vaccinations and grooming also. I have good experience.

Doctor is friendly and knowledgeable, she suggested all the diet plan for my puppy very well and explained do's and dont's.
Bit costly compared to other pet clinic

The idol is very beautiful and pleasant to see. Blissfully experience. Weekends there is free food. Taste good. It will be a bit coward on weekend.

Here my baby's grooming was done, then they charged ₹ 1200 for grooming and did not even cut it with fine finishing, full half hair here, little half hair there, no one does a good job by doing it completely untrendy.

Today dog's medicine taken one syrup 200ml make shampoo 200ml and some tablets 300mg something total bill 1250is not a percent discount ok on top of that GST IGST has been imposed so much means inflation rate medicine from amazon also no need to buy medicine from sister

Amazing place. I went here for a blood test for my pet, they were super fast and efficient. Lab Technician who took my blood samples was so good at her work, my pet didn't feel the slightest pain.and the people at the front desk were super friendly and helpful.and They are using international standard Japanese instruemnt for patients sample testing,
Trustworthy and Competent,
Highly recommended.

How do you maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of your store/shop/clinic? How are the areas treated when pets are brought to your store with aliments that can be contagious and dangerous for others?

A best professional shop for taking care of pets and pets related things. Doctors and shop holders are having knowledge and expertise in handling veterinary associated services. I recommend this place for pets.

Such a heartless doctor Mrs. Asha
My dog has seizure and this doctor has asked to call her when ever needed as I stay in Electronic City, she said she will call me back as my Indie breed had massive seizure that morning
I tried calling all week but her store managers and assistance pick up the call after so many calls and days passed by stating she is busy
How disheartening could this be
There’s no explanation as to why my pup suffers that, no assistance of what must be done! I would never go back here again as this was my worst experience and I have all the proofs of the chats and call records that I spoke to her store workers!
Please show sympathy to all creatures! Indie breeds are equal as other breeds
Hate this clinic and the doctor! I am very very hurt and disappointed! She could have cured my pup but now other clinic is helping me!

Good clinic for emergency services. Doctor is very calm and knowledgeable person. She suggest genuinely and guide appropriately. Not money minded. She carried good experience and helps pet owners even at night on the clinic number if emergency.

I recommend to visit doctor if you have pets and if wants genuine recommendations or treatment for your pets.

They also have stores where you can get all kind of pet treats and foods, pet toys, medicines, dresses for pets, belts, chains, and utensils for pet feedings.

Good place for your pets, reasonable fee and medicine value. However other accessories such as belt toys or leash are quite expensive

Dr Asha neutered my cat (male) two weeks back. My cat is too aggressive still they managed to do the surgery with care. My cat recovered without any complications. Happy with the service.

If at all I could give some negative stars, that would have been my honest review. This place is downright inhuman. These people have no idea how to take care of pets. Trust me, if you love your pet, please don't take them here. I took my cat because she wasn't eating and had dehydration issues, these guys put her on a drip and that has caused such a horrible wound on her arm. Eventually I took her to another hospital and those guys took such great care of her. She had drips from both these places on different arms. The one from this clinic has become a wound whereas you can't even spot it on the other arm which was done by another hospital. THIS PLACE IS A HUGE NO IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET.

Must increase your 5 % discount to at least 10 % for regular clients, even in regular pet shops are extending 10 percent discount around the city

Everything is good but the variety of Cat food stock is very limited compared to other shops. The doctor here is the best part. She is very good and friendly and will explain all your pet concerns.

This place is located near 9th main malleshpalya, the clinic also has pet food and grooming supplies, The doctor is very polite and explains the problem clearly, staff also are good.

But 5 stars only for the boys who do the grooming.for the clinic it's 2 only! Expensive stuff! I usually take my pet for grooming. Staff is very good but the doc seems to be here to make money. A 11 month GR was groomed at 1500 rs which was a medicated bath. When he turns 12 that became 1700 for a normal bath. When i questioned the lady at the reception, she called up the doc and she said it's 1500. I still wanted to know if medicated is 1500 how can normal also be 1500? Doc told to pay 1400. When i was about to pay the lady at the reception says it's 1500 again as the doc told her so! There's no proper rate chart or fixed price. They charge aa they wish. Not happy

Dr Asha is great as a person and as a expert to take care of our Pet. Her Staff are also very caring and they have good experience store to buy the pet needs. I can only place in our area as of now.

Had brought my lab here for skin infection but when asked for the reasons the doc doesn't have any answers.just prescribed some medicine and take money.anyways my dog wasn't cured and later was taken to CUPA RT nagar.

Just so unprofessional that, I wish they stop their services. The doctor ma'am is just pathetic at it. She never bothered to tell me why my pet was sick and bleeding, which infact the doctor's workers had injured my pet in it's leg. I wish they stop their unprofessional services soon or at least learn some professionalism and work ethics if they're to be called doctor (s).

My cat was suffering from viral infection and had survival chance of 50%. Due to the hardwork of the Doctor and the staff in administering IV fluid and oral treatment, she (my cat) is now recovering and becoming healthy.

Not a good place for pets. No proper response by doctor and more over they have injured my pet while they were treating him. Don't visit this clinic

They are very gentle with the pets and allows the attendant to stand and watch the grooming session. I had a great experience. Recommended.

Deep analysis is needed before prescribing medicine. I'm not happy with the service as my pet is still not recovered, it's been more than 25 days.

I visited the clinic today, No idea what went wrong inside clinic, I lost my 7 months cat this evening. Very heart breaking. Don't know if I should recommend this place to others. Being a Law student just felt harassed that my pet was not consulted properly.

Looks like all those who rated 4 to 5 star are yet to witness the horror. Rude staff, They argue for silliest things with customers, husband & wife duo are here to loot money, amatures in their profession. Don't take risk to ask about online price and their store product price.you will be given lecture of fake products being sold all across Bangalore except Asha pet store and you will be looked upon from head to toe.

Nice doc and staff.the store is equipped with all the accessories and foods for different breeds.

The doctor is good but please don't expect high level treatment here. This is a small clinic good for day to day issues with your pet. For any serious condition or surgery please visit a larger pet hospital
This place also has a pet shop attached where you can find most items you need for your pet

No proper response and waste of time and everytime we try to visit it's always shutdown and worst and we can better go to govt vertinary hospital. Please dont visit this place

Clinic is small and good. Dr. Asha is attentive, spends time to hear the issue. She doesn't want to suggest unnecessary medication like other doctors.
Store is relatively easy to approach for your pet needs. They maintain wide range of products from snacks till the food.

The pet clinic and the doctor accompanied by the staff are very systematic and diligent with their work. Grooming was done excellently. I would recommend them to everybody out there. They're a one stop to all your problems.

The Vet is very friendly and they are very dedicated to work and time. Easy and quick visit and pets aren't stressed of the staff there.

The doctor is so compassionate and nice. All my pets have been completely cured because of her medicines.

Took my male cat for neutering yesterday. I called the assistant by 5 pm Since my cat was in fasting from 10 am doctor agreed to do the surgery by 7.30pm.very polite doctor and 3 attendants are there to help. Charges are economical and work is neat and my cat recovered within 2 hours and it's normal and playing today. Thanks to doctor and team.

Dr Asha is a very experienced and a reliable doctor, a very friendly consultation and she happily answers all queries.consulting her for my Labrador since his birth and it has been 3 years now. Her consultations have been very satisfying with her co operative staff and all the products in the store are of good quality. Thank you madam for your services!

Without a doubt the place we will frequent for our puppy, we had gone there for our first consultation, and while it took some time (around 1hr 30mins), the doctor was very passionate and caring and did not spare any details, had an overall great experience.:)

Dr Asha is so good with Pets and she tries to find the actual cause of issue rather than billing huge amounts. Been going to her with our pet from 3 yrs now. The shop attached to clinic is also good and suffices all needs for the pets

Really polite people in the store as well as clinic. The best part is that they suggest things based on their experience and are very helpful.

Doctor is really patient and takes time to discuss on several queries. She gives time to each pet.

The worst Vet doctor ever I met, only interested in money. They don't even have time to listen the issue. I have went to take vaccination for my 2month old puppy and they missed to do deworming. Next day i realized and called them, wt they are telling is i didn't asked about deworming thats why they haven't given, they are not even ready to accept their mistake. I spoke with Doctor and she is behaved too rude and disconnected the call. Not ready to take the call after that. What the doctor told to me is she given many suggestion to Puppy so i could not blame for small mistakes, Pls note each time I, m paying 350rs as consulting fee for their suggestion and she is talking like everything she did is free. There is no option to give 0 star so giving 1star. Pls dont go to this useless clinic, many small clinic is far better than this, only thing u can buy pet accessories and food from there, the person in store will behave decently, pls don't go there for consultation.

I saw many reviews before visiting the clinic like they won't respect customers and simply argue. Today I felt its true, really bad behavior and irresponsible. Also I saw many replays from owner stating reviews are fake. So giving the details in advance, so pls don't say my review is fake.
In this month (July 2020), I visited the store 4 or 5 times to buy dog food and accessories. Visited clinic on last week to consult my Shih-tzu puppy and yesterday came to take 2nd vaccination for my Golden retriever (07/14/2020) and had this worst experience.
*Try to give respect to others, then only you will get respect. As per me, Minimum qualification needed for a pet doctor is, they should love animals and give importance to their life, here I'm seeing only important thing is money.

*In your replay you have mentioned "During My phone conversation with the Dr, she clearly mentioned that she missed the dewormer for your puppy"-This statement is not true, if she agree it was missed from her side, I can understand that, every one will make mistake but we have to accept our mistake. Instead of accepting her mistake the response I received was, there is no rule is there like deworming needs to be given along with Vaccination, next day also It can done myself and asked me to come again, then only I asked why you missed it, at least you could have given the tablet that time. Immediately she got angry and told she had given many suggestion for my puppy, answered my questions and I should not blame for small mistake.
*Also note, I was not called doctor directly, first I called to your reception number given in site and asked about deworming. I got reply from reception was I didn't asked for deworming when i visited the clinic, so may be doctor not given.they speak like it was my responsibility to ask and get the medicine from doctor, whats the need of consulting the doctor, if I know all the medicine and when it needs to be given. I'm not ready accept this justification, it is very funny that patient needs to ask doctor for giving medicine or she will not provide the required medicine. After receiving this response only I called the doctor, again I got same type of justification and response.
*As you mentioned in your replay, if there was some emergency in the clinic and doctor cant able talk that time means she needs to tell that, I was ready to call her later. But what she did is she was not ready to accept the mistake, simply disconnected the call before completing. As a pet parent I have my rights to question back bcz I'm very concerned about my pets health, You also will do the same if this happen to your kids or loved ones.
*I was observed most of the negative reviews were marked as Fake or unanswered, so I have provided details and justified its not fake. How u can tell its judgement, I was making my side clear, that it.

Dr. Asha Rekha is professional, polite and very understanding. She has been our vet doctor for past 1 year.

Yes ur right never wana be on your database. I have come to you even when you had a clinic in gm palya. My dog never felt good even after several examination. And you are the one who is supposed to mind the words your putting across. I am a professional and I am using my world's appropriately.

Doc has good knowledge about pets, No lavish spending. Very crisp in her approach. I recommend Asha pet clinic as affordable yet trust worthy place for you pets

Best products available for pets also Vet provides gud service for the pet and worth the cost place.

No discounts on heavy bills. All other let shops apply discounts. Very expensive for grooming services. Also staff not that polite and welcoming looks like just some robots on machine who will execute your bills and no more help!
Reply to the owner as I could not in the comments: yes definitely two business work different and your example is like comparing apples and oranges! The reason why u go to different stores to check out for a computer is various reasons - maybe the technical aspects, dicscounts, post selling services offered etc etc. But here madam/ sir we are talking about universal products and brands that you keep along with he other pet stores! Hahaha I mean computers have variations I'm sorry you are just seeking the same product we get outside. So in this case what other factors can we look at to choose you? Maybe the discounts or services.umm so let's see sorry but u have neither of them!
Also yes I DID NOT opt for the grooming services here. Reason- way too pricey! Again.now u will say we provide different services am sure you do but if there is another store who provides equally good services and also helps you with some discounts which one will you choose? Again! If you come in the industry with the unique selling point it makes sense or else it doesn't have to necessarily work different! Hope you get the whole concept of " working different "
