Best budget friendly homestay that too right in front of nirvana beach. There's also a sunset point near to the stay called nirvana cliff. Over all best experience with good Hospitality.

They help us in guiding kumta's most visiting places till gokarna too.

DO NOT SPOIL YOUR VACATION AND MONEY. Horrific experience.at first there were lots of basic amenities not available like towels, toiletries, water bottles, wardrobe, TV, Wifi etc. In the bathroom the water is getting logged and coming back.we had to tell the caretaker to fix it everytime. One room had no wardrobe and other one is having one with full of dumped hotel items. For towels and soaps initially they denied, then later they arranged somehow. There is a kitchen (not a good shape) but no food option. If you order the food they will bring it from market with 200 charge each time.
When at night we call the owner to come down to check the waterlogged bathroom and check by him self (Mr Swastik), he was full drunk and started abusing over phone using as foul slangs as possible. After sometime he came down knocking the door and abused each one of us including ladies (children was there as well who were sleeping and got awake for the shouting) and threatened to get out of the property at night immediately. He was so aggressive that we thought to call local police, but few local ppl including our local driver and his friend get him out and apologized to us. He was continuously shouting using slangs (which can't be mentioned) and threating us to throw out of the property.
Somehow we spent that night while all were scared as it was a very remote area and checked out next morning. Overall it looks like a very cheap homestay with should be worth less than 1k per night for which we payed more than 3k per night.

It was so comfy and it exeeded our expectations.

It's a beach front property. As it is a homestay we had our privacy. The room were comfy and we didn't thought we will get very well maintained room.

Food: -
We had enquired regarding the food option beforehand. They have provided kitchen and also we can order food from outside. So we bought veggies and all from market and prepared on our own.

Overall it was a good experience and would love to stay again at this property. It's a must try if you are planning to visit Kumta.

It's right next to the beach. This place is cozy, and ll give you home experience. Situated in nirvana beach, price is worth the stay. Clean and neat. Humble host Swastik and care taker Karthik are very polite and are ready to assist u any time.
Complimentary brkfst is provided and lunch and dinner will be brought from out with service charge.
