Excellent service/delivery: Required a 'leg piece' renewal for a bench unit. All what was required was sharing the pics of the damage/unit with Naresh Sakhrani, who promptly notified Jithesh for a follow-up.

Received constant communication from Jithesh on status of spare/service representative. Must commend the assurance of a hassle free service that Jithesh promised on call & it was backed up for sure.

A mention of the representative Arvind, who was courteous, timely & genuinely helpful. He was more than happy to check my other Ashley units (dining table/sofa set).

Over-all extremely happy with the products purchased & more importantly the level of service offered.

Bought 3+2 sofa set and recliner from Ashley store in Dickenson road. The showroom is nice with lot of furnitures available for selection. The approach road in front of showroom has some repair work going on and customers might find it difficult to park. Jithesh and Naresh helped us to choose right furniture and delivered it before scheduled date. Overall satisfied with the quality and selection of furniture. Keep up the good work and great customer service!
