Hotel cashier and staffs behaviour is very Bad cleening not good plz don't visit couple. Very very bad experience plz don't visit

Located right in front of KSRTC Bus stand. We had a great stay. Clean rooms and bathroom. Timely service. 24 hours check-in check-out duration. The manager was kind enough to extend an hour for us as we had late bus to catch.
Restaurant on the ground floor is a plus point as we can have bf there itself.

Don't know about restaurant because I didn't taste. But according to lodge the receptionist is very arrogant person. Not customer supported.he didn't listened even our words. And moreover he said he wil take cash only as an advance. Need to develop.

So much better however shivamogga district all lodge best you ask talk front owner lodge couple ask lodge owner

One of the good hotel near Shimoga. Resturant is always busy and taste is good only. But according to Lodging. The who was in the reception looks like a arrogant.

He simply answers your questions with shaking head not even utter a word to guest who wish to come there have a enquiry about room availability.

Very good restaurant near to Shimoga bus stand. No parking near restaurant. Very good vegetarian food. Quality, quantity and taste is very good. Prices are reasonable. Very good professional service. It's non ac. It's part of hotel. It was bit crowded, maybe popular in the area

Worst service suppliers doesn't have manners and they dont know to how to treat a customer.they didn't clean the table also they served on same table worst i never visit agair worst and poor service

Rooms and hotel upgraded in so much better way.staff is cooperative.nature of hotel manager madam is also co oprative with us.high speed wifi.clean room. Quality of breakfast is also good.can stay here without any hesitation ️️thnk u mam n staff for ur coopration. ️️

Nice lodge i hv been cumin here for the 15 years.one of the best in shimoga.n lip smaking food.

We ordered for veg thali, food is not up to that quality and taste is also not good.

Even though bug restaurant by name there is no menu card and also they are not giving the original bill.

I went there in midnight. Got very big room with good view. Room was good and very spacious. Comfortable also. Service was not that good. Very poor service. Price is reasonable and affordable. Very convenient and nearby bus stand and market. Recommended

Good taste. Bit busy during morning hours. Parking is the problem if you have your own vehicle.

1) Restaurant inside says - kindly don't be urgent during food service, but waiters just are so urgent in taking money for the service. ‍️
2) Ordered water bottle to the room, and server charged 25/-, the water was not tightly capped, the water was not clear, then interrogated with the cashier or the restaurant, he said it was tap water and apologized ‍️. Then why did he take the 25/- for that service.
3) as usual the room not maintained well and bathrooms / commodes are not great. Not good for a family but okay for some youngsters who are in a hurry and just stay for quick snack or stay.
Hope this helps. Only good thing about this place is its location. Stay for 1-2 days and leave the hotel and finish your work for which you came to shimoga.

It's opposit to Shivamogga Bust stand. Tough to get the parking.
Need improvement on hygiene.
Taste is not up to the mark.

Pathetic managers, front desk. Worst and Zero customer empathy. Arrogant lot. They think they are doing favor to us. Story of tier-2 cities.come with no/zero expectations. Advantage, attached hotel (at the cost quality and hygiene)

Management is not good with customers. No proper response. Here no couples are allowed if you're 18+ also.

Since rating is not zero giving one start. Lodge is not too bad. Hospitality of the staff is worst room was ok but attached bathroom was below the mark as ventilation was not proper and taps were leaking. If owner of the hotel see my review request you to improve the attitude of the staffs being customer friendly and renovate where it's necessary. Only exterior doesn't matter interior also matters. And parking is a big headache no space for parking need to see at the roadsides.

We are Regularly visit shivamoga for official and personal purpose. Whenever we visit Shimoga stay at Ashoka lodge only, because it's Customer friendly staff and well cleaned rooms, its near to bus terminal And also near to the city centre. But I give 4 stars bcz some rooms showers are not working properly and it's highly disappoint us.

Location is near to bus stand, veg restaurant is available in ground floor. Even non veg hotel also few steps away.

Food was good, but poor service. Not many variety to choose from. Lodge Room was good, but the price were bit high. Clean and well kept rooms.

Non ac rooms can be maintained still better. Blankets are not washed. Its are recycled. Need attention

Nice hotel in Bangalore. Good interiors, Food taste is also good. We had masala dosa, puliogare good, but bonda soup is very bad.

Nice place for stay and hang out, friendly STAFF, hygienic and spacious rooms, well maintained and furniturizes in new attractive modern looks which has amazing beautiful architecture and interior designing.

Very unhygienic restaurant. Even the dishes are ordinary. Better to avoid and head to other much better hygienic restaurants nearby

Very good hotel. The hotel is situated just opposite to the bus stand. It also has lodge as well as hotel. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The service is good. The oners interaction with customers is good. The food quality is superb and clean. The price is comparitvely low and is worth it. My first choice in the city is this hotel.

Just opposite to the KSRTC bus stand, this place is very accessible and convenient.
The Rooms are quite spacy and maintained very well.
And the washrooms are maintained well too (most important factor if you ask me)
Restaurants, transportation, pharmacy, condiments, movie theatres, etcetera are not gonna be a problem. Walk a few metres and you'll have them.
Barring occasional mobile network issues, quite good place for short stay. Prices are reasonable.
Recommended.

Worst spoilt food was given. They use same utensils for multiple customers and nothing is clean.
Avoid food is here. It is stale.
