I have been waiting for more than 1hr for ENT, nobody is giving a proper response, management is worthless

AS EXPERIENCED BY ME AND MY FAMILY THIS HOSPITAL IS ONE OF THE WORST HOSPITAL IN BANGALORE, THERE IS NO PROPER CARING, NO GOOD TREATEMENT AND UNEXPERIENCED DOCTORS TREATING THE PATIENTS BUT THE CHARGES ARE VERY HIGH COMPARED TO GOOD HOSPITALS, HOSPITAL ADMINISTRATION ARE VERY MUCH MONEY MINDED.

Lack of technology, ignorance of patient, they only work for money, doctor timing no words

I Agree with Yathisha S. Earlier Ashraya was good but nowadays new doctors have come and all are seems to be money minded. Because of these new doctors Ashraya name is spoiled. Even for small things they ask us to admit to start up billing.they delay treatment to increase no.of days of admission. Please don't play with patient.good reviews are paid reviews. Please dont consider.

Worst hospital ever seen. They charge for special ward and give worst possible room. Really don't recommend to anyone.

I came for my c-section in ashraya hospital and I'm really grateful to dr.saumya for taking care of me during my pregnancy she treated me well and my experience in the hospital was good and the staffs and management is very friendly they take good care of there patients.

Staff are behaveing nicely with patients and Attender, Good and experience doctors and nurses are available in this hospital.

I got a good experience, hospital is very neat and clean, running under new management ASHRAYA AFFORD HEALTH CARE, I Suggest this hospital 100%. They have good surgens and physicions

Treatment Tooo costly.

Hospital doctors and nurses will treet good but the charges for just once visit of doctor for a time is verry high they just come simply 3 times a day but charges 600 once so I don't reffer this hospital to take treatment they just empty our purse

I met Dr. Soumya Sangamesh – Senior Laparoscopic Surgeon (Obs & Gyn) for my nephew’s 11 years old daughter for one of the very rarest issues and underwent a hystero laparoscopic procedure.
Dr. Soumya Sangamesh is an incredible doctor with highly qualified, experienced, and skilled doctor.
She has not only taken great care of my nephew’s daughter’s health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every meet/appointment.she is very Kind hearted having so much Patience to explain in detail to the patient the problem description, its route cause, remedies, treatments, and pre and post-surgery precautions, and has solutions for all.
Most important the doctor responds to your calls for any emergency or urgent requirements except if she is in OT or on emergency.
The doctor is very professional, and ethical have never seen this doctor unnecessarily make someone undergo expensive treatment or surgeries unless it’s essential.

It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and cares for a patient as a person with outstanding quality medical care.
She is also a wonderful mentor and counselor who will help us to cure psychologically and physically.
I highly recommend becoming her patient!

Worst management
I had taken an appointment and waited for 2 hours. Doctor didn't arrive. Receptionist has no idea when doctors will come, don't play with patients life, first have proper communication with doctors and give proper appointment. Waiting for two hours in a stingy place is not good. Hospital smells a lot with rats inside please maintain hygiene.
Please do not visit this hospital if you don't have energy to wait.

The treatment was very good.the staff nurses are very good, doctors are excellent care taking but we are suffered from irresponsible receptionist soundrya they don't know how to behave the patient attenders she talked rudely. Mr. Sridhar admin this person talked rudely on phone call we are very disappointed about him

My father in law was admitted due to sugar levels was very low. He was unconscious and had a bit of memory loss initially.
Dr. Raghavendra addressed initially for the hospitalization, later on Dr. Rahul was incharge of the patient.
He was calm and handled the situation wisely.
Franklin who was ICU Staff incharge was very calm and polite, he also handled the situation very wisely and made us to come out of fear.
Very special thanks to Franklin and I request Management to appreciate his efforts.
Lavanya at front desk was very helpful in proving the detailer informations on billing and claiming related bills,
Verabhadra at office front desk was supportive in providing to us accommodation to sleep.
Hospitalization bills was reasonable.
Overall a good Hospital.

They don't follow any procedure, no bills provided, and doctors come on their own time.
I had taken an appointment at 2 and the doctor came after 2 hours.

I recommend Dr.sowmya Sangamesh as she is well experienced and she treats very well and makes the patients feel comfortable. I was well treated and felt comfortable during my pregnancy and even at time of delivery. Very inhumane treatment from the receptionist who answers the phone. When asking for enquiry on an emergency they cut the call in the discussion and not answering the phone from my number.
Management please addrss this behavior or we can understand what class of hospital treatment you can expect.

Very bad facility, irresponsible facility from past 2days they are giving us the discharge summary they don't know how behave with there clients and they don't even know the computer knowledge that they have sent the mail by entering the wrong mail ID they have got the mail back it is a wrong mail also they are telling that we have sent yesterday only and the receptionist female person talked rudely on the phone cal by telling that u want the discharge summary so, u only come and take she talked very rudely so, Please improve you facility in the receptionist how to talk with there clients and improve with there work speed and this morning when I reach the hospital still they are getting ready of discharge summary we got angry and went away by telling will collect by evening and at evening also they are taking a print out at evening every disappointed with your service least poor service by your receptionist facility. I got two of my friends admitted during 2nd wave of Covid in this hospital. Out of my two friends one was very critical with dipping oxygen levels and no availability of ICU bet in the hospital where he was being treated in HSR Layout prior to admission here. I sincerely thank Dr. Sangamesh for accommodating him in ICU when additional facilities were planned luckily at the same time. My friend was in ICU for almost a month, the whole nursing team, Pulmonologist Dr. Sridhar and other doctors helped my friend out of the way and saved my friend's life. I am very grateful for saving a family. Though the doctors said chances of saving my friend was minimal, still they were able to help him recover. Its almost more than a year, my friend is healthy and still improving of the carona effect. I sincerely thank Dr. Sangamesh, his team of doctors and the nursing team for their expertise and care.
